Hopefully I can contribute something to what is sometimes called the mystery of Phil Schneider.  I don’t think his life as such was any mystery, but prior to the point when he went public, perhaps it was, because he worked for the government in one capacity or another for many years.  He was both at the Skunk Works—what was called the Skunk Works—in Burbank, California, and he was at Edwards Air Force Base. He worked all over the country, and eventually all over the world, on underground bases—told me many stories regarding those.  Of course, his involvement with the Dulce Wars, as they were sometimes called, against the aliens: he was one of the very few survivors in the one which was so disastrous.

All of these things, of course, I did not know about him.  In fact, never heard of him, until some time in early 1993, as I remember, when at a conference, doing a lecture, of course on the Philadelphia Experiment, in Seattle.  He had showed up, introduced himself, and says, “I would like to talk with you.”  He says, “My father, Oscar Schneider, was a part of the Philadelphia Experiment.”  Well, of course, my ears perked up.  And over the course of time, he told me some things about his father.  At that point I believe his father was still alive; it was shortly after I met him that his father died of cancer.  But his father had been a captain in the United States Navy medical corps and was the chief medical officer for the Philadelphia Experiment, and other things afterwards.

Now, didn’t his father, that’s Oscar Schneider, tell Phil this information just before he died?

Yes.  He knew that he was involved in the Philadelphia Experiment; that was an open discussion well before he died.  But what was not open discussion until two weeks prior to his death, when Oscar knew he was dying of cancer—and was, I guess, irreversible at that point—he called Phil into his bedside.  And he says, “Phil, I want you to know my real history.”  He says, “I’ve always told you I was born in the U.S. of Jewish parentage and such”; and he says, “That’s not true.”  He says, “I was born in Germany many years ago”—the exact date I don’t recall.  But during the period when Hitler was in power was when he grew up.  He was a master machinist at the age of 14, which was quite an accomplishment  in Germany then, and eventually enlisted in the Navy and became a captain, and a captain of a U-boat.

According to what I was told, Oscar Schneider had something like 68 successful kills—that is, sinking English or French shipping during the early part of World War II, because the United States was not involved until after December 7, 1941.  And he was captured at some point along the line by the French.  He was taken into custody; he was held there in France until late 1939 or early 1940—some time in that period; I’m not quite sure of the dates, but it was some time around early 1940.  And some negotiations took place, and at some point, the Third Army of the United States was involved—of course, we had some troops over there.  He was turned over to the American troops brought back to the United States, and suddenly given the same rank in the United States Navy as he had had in the Germany Navy: that of a captain.  And, of course, he was a medical officer.  Now, Phil asked the same question I did: if he was a U-boat captain, and he comes into the United States Navy, how could he suddenly become a medical officer?

Did he tell his son that he was Jewish?

Prior to the true story; he was not Jewish.

So Phil thought he was Jewish.

Yes.

But he was really German.

He was really German.

Okay, so that was a cover.

Right.  He was actually born about 1905, if I remember correctly.  And the official Navy record, which I have seen, says that he was born in 1905 in some little town called Cisco, California.  Went through the University of California, Berkeley for his pre-med.  This is for Oscar Schneider: this is the official version I’m talking about for the Navy, which I have a copy of somewheres.  And when he finished his pre-med, he went to Harvard for medical, for his internship, and then joined the Navy and worked his way up through the ranks as a medical officer.  That’s the official version.  The unofficial version and the facts are quite different.

(5:55)  Now, how Phil Schneider—uh, Phil Schneider had no choice but to accept the word of his father; but how Phil Schneider thought about this I don’t really know, except he questioned it just as much as I did.  How could a man who had been in the German Navy for a number of years as a captain going around, as a U-boat captain sinking Allied shipping suddenly become a medical doctor?  It had to be a cover, which, the Navy made up the whole story of his original being born in the U.S. going through all the medical schools here.

Well, do you think, Al, that his being brought over here to the United States was part of Operation Paper Clip?

Oh, this was long before Paperclip.  Paperclip was 1946.  He was brought over to the United States sometime I believe in late 1941.

Did he say why he was brought over, or why he came over?

To become part of the Philadelphia Experiment, was the information I had, and the information which I believe Phil had; he was put into that immediately.  Now one has to ask the question, why?  Having read some of the private papers of Oscar Schneider, all I can say is for an MD to run off the mathematical equations I have seen, and references to time-travel and equations for time-travel, I knew the reason why the United States government wanted him.  He apparently was involved somewheres in the background of the German research on time-travel and time research, because they had a program going also, as we did.  And our program, of course, was heavily concealed under very high security starting in 1936.  But the Germans allegedly had a successful time-travel system functioning before World War II was over.  And it would appear that Oscar Schneider had knowledge of this, and because of his knowledge of this he was assigned to our project, namely the Philadelphia Experiment.

Now, the Philadelphia Experiment was not truly a case for time-travel: it was a case for using manipulations of time and the time field to create invisibility; but there was a relationship.  That’s my data, my assumption, and what I have been able to put together on why they wanted Oscar Schneider in the U.S.  Because otherwise, why would you take a naval commander from Germany, who had sunk all kinds of ships, including maybe your own—and at this point I don’t believe he had sunken a U.S. ship, but Allied shipping—and suddenly put him in the United States Navy at the same rank as he had held in the German Navy?

(8:30)  Well, did Oscar ever share that with Phil, as far as the reasoning that he was brought over?

I don’t know whether he really did or not.  I discussed this with Phil quite a lot, and Phil did not give me all of the background that he knew about his father, except this aspect: there might have been a connection between Oscar Schneider coming to the United States and my father—my real father as Edward Cameron.  My father was Alexander Duncan Cameron, Sr., who was involved in government intelligence from the time he left the Navy in 1929 through the period of 1946, when he was heavily involved in Operation Paperclip.  He brought a lot of German scientists into the U.S.  I certainly don’t know who they all were.  Could he possibly have had a connection with Oscar Schneider?  I think it’s possible.

So, in your conversations with Phil, did he say anything else about his dad and the Philadelphia Experiment specifically to you?

The only other things that came out specifically was that Phil’s father and my father were very close friends.  And they used to go on fishing trips together out of Sarasota, Florida—this was, of course, after the war was over.  But I can make an assumption here, without really knowing the facts, that they might have known each other before Oscar Schneider came to the U.S.  That is a possibility.

So, that was the link, I guess.  That was the reason why Phil Schneider came to you in the first place.

He came to me in the first place because he knew that I was involved in the Philadelphia Experiment; he knew his father was in the Philadelphia Experiment.  And he wanted to tell me about it and discuss various things.

(10:00)  So, from that point, did you two become close friends?

Yes, we did.  We became casual friends at first.  And as time went on I kept talking with him, and I says, “Phil, with what you know about various things in the background, plus the Philadelphia Experiment, and what you say you’ve been involved with in building underground bases and traveling in the underground and building the underground tube transportation system, why aren’t you out talking about this publicly?  You’re not in the Navy anymore; you’re not in the service; you’re not working for the government.

So, was he retired?

He was retired.  He actually was retired in the sense that he retired himself.  He was not formally retired: he walked out on the government.  He walked out on a NATO position.  And the reasons for that he gave me very specifically, and in terms of the background of Phil, this might prove very interesting.

Phil in his own way worked his way up through the ranks as a geologist, and became involved in building underground bases and the tunnel tube system for the underground transportation system, and eventually graduated into a NATO position.  He was all over the world, and he knew how many underground bases were built in the U.S. as well as world-wide.  He used to tell me: 131 in the U.S. and about 1,400 world-wide.  Of the type he described, which was 1-3 miles underground, anywheres from 1/2 to 3 cubic miles of earth were removed by nuclear detonation, and to create this huge cavern.  Because earth, the rock, is porous, and if you choose the right earth materials, the right rock material, which he was an expert at.  You had to use certain types of rock material to build the underground base or you just forgot it.  It had to be certain layered rock, certain structures, which I’m not familiar with, but he was.  And you build these underground bases: they were all over the world.  They’ve been built by other nations, also.

And part of this led into his NATO operations.  The thing where he left was the most interesting.  He was on line for—and I said two-and-a-half, three years—retirement for NATO—formal retirement.  His salary at that time in NATO had gone up to something like half a million bucks a year—this was the salary.  And his retirement was slated to be one million per year—retirement.  He was an extremely important person, very high-level; had high-level clearances.  But he said what changed his mind and he decided to walk out on everything was the fact that he was invited to attend some UN meetings—the very classified ones, which were not held in New York at the UN Terminal, the UN buildings, but in a deep underground military base.  He said there was a facility which had all of the layout exactly like they have the UN headquarters in New York underground in this base—he never told me where it was—but there was an extra row of chairs, or a ring table and a row of chairs, above the rest, which did not exist in the usual settings for the UN for the meetings.  Everybody would go in there, including the spectators who were there, himself and some other people, everybody would sit down and be waiting, and then the final group came in, would sit at this upper tier of chairs.  They were all tall greys, extraterrestrials, seven-footers.

Like the ones he shot in Dulce?

I don’t know if he ever shot a seven-footer.  He didn’t tell me particularly whether it was a seven-footer or not, but he said the ones who came in on the UN meeting were the seven-footers, and they dictated policy to the United Nations.  He attended not one, but two meetings of this type, and he says— after the second meeting he says, “I am working for the wrong people.”  He had a conference that day with some of his NATO friends in the NATO department of geology, I believe is what he called it.  There’s a whole group of about 40 of them.  They all decided they wanted no more any part of it, and they walked out on retirement, salaries, everything.  All 40 walked out the same day, and wiped out NATO’s department of geology.

(14:15)  And he retired. And he went back to Portland, Oregon.  He was living alone in his own apartment—he had an ex-wife and a daughter about eight years old at that time; she’s a little bit older than that now—and sort of ruminated within himself.  Talked occasionally before one group in Oregon, which was the Western Bigfoot Society.  [unintelligible] in talking before that, and there is one article published on the internet about it.  He used to talk about some of the things he knew at this Bigfoot Society group, but he never went totally public—this was a private group; it was not a really public group.

I kept insisting: “With what you know, Phil, you should go public with this.”  I said, “It’s in the interest of the public; they should know some of these things.”  I said, “I’m not telling you you should say everything you know, but certainly about the underground bases and operations and so forth.”

So, I finally got him out on the lecture circuit after we’d talked about this quite a bit.  The first attempt at a lecture, which was successful so far as the lecture was concerned, but in terms of videotaping it was a failure, and that was the 7th of May, 1995, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Was that his first lecture?

That was the first one public of this nature.  It was not the first lecture he ever did.

Yeah, because he mentions that he did like 30 or 40 lectures.

He did a total that year of about 30 or 40.  He may have done some prior to that, again with the Bigfoot Society and some small groups in the Portland area.  But this was in Las Vegas on the 7th of May, and the next day we were slated to talk up in the Cour d’Alene area of Idaho.

So, was it in 1994 that he decided to go public?

It was early 1995.  I kept twisting his arm, and he finally decided, “All right, we’ll try it.”  The first one that was recorded successfully was the one outside of Cour d’Alene—I think it was Post Falls, Idaho.  That was on the 8th of May.  Then there was the August one in Denver at the Instonians, the Global Sciences Conference, and he did a workshop for about two hours.  September, the Preparedness Show in Seattle; November another Preparedness Show—not Seattle; it was elsewhere, I think Denver.  And that was the last of the public series which were recorded.  In-between this, of course, he had many other lectures.  He knew a great deal about the Kobe, Japan, earthquake, which is what it was formally called.

(16:50)  And many others, too.

Yeah.  He knew a great deal about those; he knew a great deal about the earth faults—he used to tell me about them.  The fault lines.  And that Denver was relatively safe, but he said if you go west into some of these so-called secluded places for survival, he says they’ve got fault lines running right through them.  He said the first ridge of the Great Rocky Mountains, as an example, is loaded with fault lines.  And he says, “You don’t want to be there.”  He says, “Go further west, and the second ridges, and you’re okay.”  And he knew all the geologic layouts and where the problems were and such.

But he was invited to go to Japan to speak over there.  The State Department refused to let him go.  They says, “You’re not going.”  They says, “We know you have a passport, but you’re not going to Japan.  We will not allow it.”

Oh, because he wanted to talk about the Kobe earthquake.

He wanted to talk about the Kobe earthquake and a few other things.

And they wanted to find out, didn’t they.

They wanted to find out the facts of what he might know.  So they arranged that.  Since he’s now long gone it doesn’t make any difference.  They arranged it very neatly.  The Japanese says, “We’ll pick you up out of Vancouver BC.”  He says, “We’ll fly our own jet over.”  He says, “You drive up.”  He says, “You can drive across the border with no problem.”  Of course, he can, unless there was a strict order at the border that he’s not to go, which there wasn’t.  He could, just as a tourist, drive acrosss the border into Canada on a driver’s license—he didn’t have to show a passport.

So he did that.  And he met them at the particular airport in the Vancouver area, and they flew him over to Japan in their private jet, and he was there three days lecturing on the Kobe earthquake and who-knows-what else.

When you say, they, who were the ‘they’?

They were the top executives of major Japanese corporations.  Mitzubishi is one example I remember he mentioned.  Mitzubishi and some of the others—I don’t remember all of the names.

So, they must have given him quite a bit of credibility.

They did give him a great deal of credibility.

Was there any retribution that the Japanese enacted as a result?

No, there was no retribution on the Japanese or by the Japanese.  No.

Because, obviously, what Phil is saying is that we blew off an atomic bomb that caused the earthquake, right?

That’s exactly correct. There was a tactical [nuclear bomb] in the harbor, which was planted by, as he said, Navy SEALs. And it followed a long argument between the United States Government and Japan over the fact that Japan was the world’s leader in synthetic intelligence computer technology, and all of it centered in Kobe.

So, what happened with the executives?

That’s an unknown—to me, anyway.  Kobe was leveled, and particularly the building which contained most of the research for this was leveled.  And he told me that 70 percent of the Japanese scientists working on synthetic intelligence computer systems were living in Kobe and were working on a project there.  And it was leveled, and that put them out of business.  And the U.S. government probably—whatever elements in the government; you cannot accuse the whole government; it’s certain sectors within it—probably felt satisfied.  There was no repercussions that I know of.  But at the same time, those executives learned what Phil had to say regarding the facts of what happened, and what may have happened after that I have no idea.

And about what day again was this?  What was the date when he was actually flown to Japan?  Was it 1994 or 1995?

It was in 1995, after he had gone public.  And I would say it was in the fall months, but I’m not sure of the dates.  Because Phil died—murder by suicide, if you will—on or about the 10th of February of 1996, just before he was going to go to the Global Sciences Congress in Florida, that winter congress.

Let’s go back, before we get into his death.  Again, you had a lot of contact with Phil.  And didn’t you spend—

We spent a lot of time with him.  Going around lecturing, particularly that period when we were in Cour d’Alene and the hotel there, sponsored by a woman who is now dead; she brought a lot of people in lecturing all over.

But didn’t you share a hotel room with him?

Yeah.  I shared a room with him.

Did he share any other information with you besides what we are going to see on the CD, on the videotapes?

He mentioned Area 51.  And a very interesting incident that occurred out there.  He had business during the time he was working for the government.  He’d fly out out to Area 51 periodically and see some particular officer in the—I think he said the Air Force; I’m not positive now, rather high rank—on business related to what he was doing.  And in this one particular day—as I say, when he went out there, he had gone in—and he went into the outer office, and a Marine guard there says, “So-and-so is not ready to see you right now; please have a seat in this office.  Oh, and by the way, just keep your eyes straight ahead: don’t look from side to side.  And when he’s ready, he’ll call you.”

Of course, tell that to Phil, and he’s going to have other ideas: “What is it they don’t want me to see?”  So he let his eyes wander, and he saw a window, probably one of those slanting windows, where he could see through partially.  It was a dark-colored glass.  He could see through partially and see that there was somebody behind that glass.

Eventually he got to talk with the person he was to meet and talk with, what his business was, and so on, he took care of that, and then he asked the guy.  He says, “There’s a smoked-glass window out there on the other side of your office.  What’s this all about?”  He said, “Oh, that’s one of our guests.”  He said, “One of your guests?  What do you mean?”  He says, “One of the guests of the government.”  “What do you mean, guests of the government?”  He says, “Oh, that’s one of the aliens we keep around.”  “Aliens?”  “Yes.”  “What do you mean?”  He says, “Well, we have a few guests, you know, from the UFOs that have come down and so forth.”  He said, “We’ve got a reptilian in there.”  He says, “We’ve had him here for months.  We’ve been trying to get him to talk, but we can’t.”  He said, “He won’t talk with anyone.”

So, Phil looks at the officer and he says, “Why don’t you let me try?”  The guy looks at Phil and says, “You?”  He says, “What makes you think he’ll talk with you?”  He says, “I don’t know.  Why don’t you give it a try?”  He says, “Well, everybody else has failed—why not?”

So, he was prepared for this.  He said this is a special room; it’s got a special atmospheric mixture for him and a temperature of 123 degrees (Farenheit).  You have to go in in a suit, an air-conditioned suit and so forth.  And you have a microphone, a speaker and all the appropriate apparel.

Are you saying the reptilians can’t live in this atmosphere?

Oh, they can. But this guy was being kept in the atmosphere which was more normal to what he was experiencing, would normally experience. They kept him in an atmosphere which was esentially the same as his home atmosphere.

And where was his home?

That was not mentioned to me. So, Phil went in there and he said he was in there 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and this guy—I say, “guy”; I assume it was a male—started coming out with a bunch of pips and squeaks and high-pitched sounds. Now, being that this creature was about six foot tall, one would expect a lower voice. But if you have some rare-gas mixtures, such as argon, helium, whatever, it’s common knowledge, of course, if you put a human in a high-helium mixture, they sound funny. Their voice goes up in frequency because the propagation rate for the gas is a much higher rate than normal air.

(24:30)  So, was that the problem?

That was apparently part of the problem. So, eventually Phil did get to talk with this creature, and they exchanged some thoughts and ideas. He was trying to speak in English, but it didn’t come out very well.

Because of the gas.

Because of the gas and so forth.  Perhaps he didn’t know the language that well.  I do not know the reasons.  But eventually he talked with him.

Okay.  So Phil actually got them to change the gas?

I don’t know whether they did that or not. But in any case, Phil reported back to the officer later. He says, “Yeah, I got this guy to talk, and such and such and such.”

Well, at the time when Phil admitted this to me, I asked him. I said, “What did the guy tell you? What did he talk about?” He says, “I don’t feel comfortable talking about that at this time.” He never did tell me. But he got a permanent assignment for three months there as the official interpreter for this alien. And nobodly else could talk with him, except this guy would talk with Phil.

So, what information came out of that, who knows? The government was trying to interrogate all of these captured aliens that were still alive and find out where they were from, what they were doing here, and whatever they could get out of them. And apparently it was a fairly successful program. Because I know one other operation, who was on the lecture circuit for some years at the Instonians up in Denver, who was lecturing about the aliens and admitted openly that he spent seven years in the Pentagon on special projects related to UFOs. I happened to wander in while his lecture was going, because he had the door open. And I looked on the podium; he had notes on the podium. This is a friend of mine—I’m not talking about Phil; I’m talking about somebody else, later. And, all alien text. I looked at this alien text, and I says to my friend, “I didn’t know you could read this stuff.” And he looked at me and says, “What do you think I did for seven years in the Pentagon?”  And I said, “Oh.”

(26:17)  Who was this?

I don’t know if I should mention his name. I know who he is and all that, but, he’s now out of the circuit, but—

Was he a speaker?

He was the speaker.

It would be public information.

Basically, yeah.  He was the nephew of a famous admiral who went to the South Pole back in 1947, Admiral Byrd.  This was Admiral Byrd’s nephew, whose name at the moment escapes me, but it can be traced.  But in any case, I found that curious because he was more [UI] an alien-language text, and there has been a great deal of communication with aliens by certain elements of our government, the secret government.  And Phil was involved in this for some three months.

Well, did Phil know who this secret government is? Did he know the people?  Because he talks about his security clearance—I forget the name of it, something-3—that he had this very high-level security clearance.

Yeah.  This got in through an interesting point of contention later—not between Phil and myself.  It was a peculiar clearance and it was related to one of the gemstones.  They had a gemstone level of clearance. There were several levels of gemstones and several numbers and he had one of these clearances, plus some other level which came out of the Pentagon.  And many years after this, after Phil was dead and gone, I was on a talk show.  The host was the former director of the FBI in Los Angeles—Ted Gunderson.  And I mentioned the level of clearance, and one of Ted’s friends calls in and talks on the show.  He introduces himself and says, “I am a former NSA employee,” or still was NSA.  But he says, “There’s no such level of clearance.”  I got into quite an argument with this guy, and finally I was cut off the air.  I talked with Ted much later, years later about this: “Why was I cut off the air at that time?”  And he says, “I had nothing to do with that.”  I says, “Well, who did?”  He says, “I had orders from the program head that runs the program for the station” that I was to be cut off the air.

So here you were, you were on the air, you’re describing Phil’s level of security clearance by name, and Ted Gunderson, who is the host, told you later that he had to cut you off the air.

Right. He says, “It was not my doing.”  He says, “I had orders to cut you off.”

(30:30)  So what else did he share with you?

He mentioned the fact that he had been in Europe and Russia; and though he claims he never rode on these underground railroad systems, he helped build them.  And he says, among other things that he was aware of was a huge pile of UFOs, wrecked ones, that we had, and that we were shooting down UFOs at the rate of approximately seven a month.

Did he see these piles of UFOs?

Yes, he did, personally.

And where were they?

He didn’t specifically state where in the U.S., other than that there was more than one—there were several piles of them.  But he said while he was in Russia on NATO business, he looked into the matter over there, and he said they had football fields.  He said, fields full of junked UFOs covered two football fields.  He said they were shooting them down at the rate of about one a day.  And I said, “Well, what about the occupants?”  He said, “I don’t know what happened to any of the occupants.”  But he said the orders have been out for quite some time—this being prior to 1995—that anyone who comes into the Earth closer than, as I was told, a 250-mile periphery above the surface of the earth—a 250-mile zone, safe zone for us—any closer than 250 miles above the surface of the earth, it would be shot down no matter who they were, friend or foe.  They had to have clearance to come any closer, no matter who they were.

(32:00)  Well the listener would say, “These guys, these extraterrestrials had the capability to do space-travel.  Couldn’t they counter our defensive measures?”

Not what we have now. Now we have particle-beam weapons systems, like those developed by Tesla, but, of course, vastly beyond what even Tesla dreamed of in terms of power.  They now are so powerful—  Much of the research was done at Montauk Point in conjunction with the Montauk Project.  But quite aside from that, we have them all over the planet now: there’s some 36 major high-powered ones, from what I understand.  And the power level is now to the point, with one of the newer ones, which is a twin-beam particle beam, which is transmitted as a scalar transmission system.

Now, if you know anything about scalar theory, which some of your listeners will, if you cross two scalar beams so they cross each other, you manifest a strict electromagnetic beam, with all of its manifestations at that crossover point.  So what they do is they aim two of these particle beams in the scalar mode out into space wherever they want to.  And when they want it to, let’s say, produce a physical manifestation, such as converging on a UFO and blowing it out of the sky, they will focus it that way.  Now, it will take a bit of power to do this.  The power now is upped into the terawatts region.  You had to go on from megawatts to gigawatts, and it’s now in terawatts (one trillion watts).  And the last piece of information I had on this was that we have been using the moons of Jupiter for a shooting gallery, for practice, with the particle beam, the newest one, from Earth.

The tunnel for these have to be optically aligned, laser aligned, and so forth.  Three hundred miles long?

Deep, you mean?

No, 300 miles long, for the system, well under the earth, in the middle of the U.S. somewheres.  And how they reflect the energy out and how they focus it I do not know.

But you think that’s what they’re using to get—

That is what they are using to blow a hole through one of the moons of Jupiter 25 miles in diameter, from Earth. I think that will take care of any UFO that’s out there, including in the Jupiter orbit.

(34:40)  What else did Phil tell you that was interesting in those private moments?

He told me about one of his encounters in the underground when we were doing a bore for preparation to build an underground base. He said the typical procedure was, they bored a large-diameter hole—large enough to run a captain’s chair down through: it was about six feet or so in diameter—and it could be earth boring, it could be laser, it could be whatever. But they bore this hole down—he says anywheres from one to three miles. The goal typically was between one and three miles—no less than one mile.

But his job was, when they had it down to the depth they wanted, he would go down on the captain’s chair—literally, physically down in the bore hole—and examine the rock structure at the bottom to see if it was the kind of rock structure that would be possible to use to create, by blasting, their underground base. And he says more than once it happened that as they were boring they hit an open area, an underground cavern system. And he was dropped down. The first one of these, where it happened that way, he was told, “Get on the chair and go down and find out what’s down there.”  Well, he took lighting with him.  He said he didn’t know what to expect.

Is this the Dulce wars you’re going to talk about?

No, this was before the Dulce wars.  This has nothing to do with the Dulce wars.  This is in the standard procedures of building the underground bases.

Wouldn’t he get hot?

No, this is another great misconception.  I’ve done a lot of spelunking in my life, and this is one of the strange things they tell you.  In all of the natural caves, natural cavern systems, they are the same temperature the world over, averaging around 52 degrees Fahrenheit, night or day, summer or winter.  They vary maybe plus or minus two degrees from that, but they hold right around 52.  And regardless of the depth, they’re still 52 degrees.  Now, you say, “What about volcanoes?”  They have a special structure, and apparently the volcanoes— of course they’re hot: you got molten rock.  But there’s no truly accurate theory to explain why you have volcanoes with all of this molten lava, which is assumed to come from the center of the earth—it does not.  Why we have volcanoes is still something of an unexplained mystery, and even Phil couldn’t come up with an answer on that one.

But he went down on this one case, on the chair.  He got down to the lift, got out of the chair, and was wandering around in a very dim cavern system, very foul air.  Apparently sort of breathable, but very foul air.  And with his lighting he looked around there, and he wandered— he thought he saw a shadow of something moving, and he wandered around one of the corners of this cavern system and was face-to-face with an alien.  And he said he looked at it, it looked at him, if I remember correctly, he described it as a reptilian.  But he says it went for something on his chest: it had some kind of a plaque or thing on his chest.  But he says he pulled out his 9mm Ruger that he had in his pocket.  He wasn’t supposed to have it in his suit, but he had a hunch to take the gun with him that day and he did, and he shot this thing dead before it got him.  He said this happened more than once.

Well, I thought this was the Dulce wars you were talking about. Because he said that sixty or so soldiers actually got killed in that exchange.

And the exchange in the Dulce wars, in the Dulce tunnel.  But this was a totally separate phenomenon.  See, what he was talking about exploring— this is when I say in private conversations.  He was exploring these caverns when they hit them.  When he went back up finally, and told them what happened, he said he got the impression that they knew all about it.  And he says, eventually he learned the government knew where these underground caverns were and that they were inhabited.

So, how is that experience different from what the Dulce wars were?

The Dulce wars was going into a base they already knew, already had, was originally a government base, was turned over to the aliens, and they took it over completely, and eventually kicked out the scientists—wanted to run it entirely on their own.  The government wanted it back.  And this was in New Mexico, of course.  And my understanding of the history of it, it was originally built as a storage depot for nuclear waste.  But the governor of New Mexico at that time says, “You’re not dumping that nuclear waste here in an underground facility in New Mexico; you’re not going to use it for that, even though it has already been built for that purpose.”

Eventually it was adopted for the underground labs and experimentation which took place at Dulce.  The aliens were invited in; they more or less took it over, and then eventually totally took it over.  But the attempt to take it back from the aliens is some 66 people went in fully armed—or they thought fully armed—and only four or five total came out.  Phil was one of those who came out alive, all injured.  They had to be carried out by marines they brought in just to carry them out, and even the marines were hit.  And he recovered slowly.  He had severe burn marks; he had a hole in his chest and other burns.

So, that’s a different experience than the one he talks about with the alien who shot him in the chest.

Totally separate.  Yes, this was one-on-one where he shot—  Dulce was not one-on-one; this was an unknown number of aliens at the other end of the tunnel, costing 66 people, including most military, heavily armed—or they assumed they were adequately armed—and literally took all the military out.  They had weapons systems we did not have at that time.

Was there anything else that was bizarre that he shared with you?

Yes, he did.  If you get into the period after he left the government, he remained, as he said, quiet for about two years, two-and-a-half years, didn’t talk publicly.  He took his oaths of secrecy seriously, and wouldn’t discuss any of what he had done.  But then he started talking, little trial balloons, at the club that was there, the Western Bigfoot Club.  And I talked with him and eventually he realized that the public should know some of this.  So I kept twisting his arm to go public, and he did.  During this whole period, he was visited periodically by various people from his old group, and from the government, from intelligence: “Hey, we don’t like what you’re doing; you shouldn’t be taking things public. We’ll forgive you everything if you just come back and work for us.”  And he said this went on repeatedly.

He says finally after his trip to Japan when he came back, he said some fairly high-level intelligence people came to visit him in his apartment in Oregon, in the Portland area, and discussed with him.  He said, “We want you to know, Mr. Schneider, that you have done a great deal of damage to the whole infrastructure, a great deal of damage to the New World Order.”  He says, “How much?”  He says, “It’s incalculable.”  He says, “You have done major damage to them with your lectures.”

Had he really?

This is what he was told, and this is what he passed on to me.  That’s a good question: did they really?  Of course, he got the same pitch again: we will give you all of this if you’ll just come back with us—we really need you.  He kept telling them, no.  Well, from that point on, apparently, they started their attempts on his life—every conceivable form.

I think he mentions that there were around thirteen, or so.

Thirteen, before, of course, the fourteenth that got him.

Al Bielek:  I met Phil over the telephone approximately three years ago, and in person about two years ago.  And during that period of time I became very well acquainted with him.  He was at that time still working for the government, and he didn’t say much about what he did.  But nonetheless, over a period of time I became well acquainted with him.  I found him to be a person of integrity and honesty.  And about one year ago, he became totally fed up with the New World Order and the establishment.  He thought he was working for the betterment of mankind, and the work that he was doing as a geologist for our government, as well as for NATO, and he found out that it could be, and was, actually anything but that.  So his revelations became, in many respects, my revelations, and I urged him last winter and spring to go public and lecture.  Finally got him out.  He’s given over 30 lectures to date, all very successful, very interesting.  In fact, so successful there have been 13 attempts on his life since the beginning of the year.  And he’s survived them all.  Well, all I can say is, God must be protecting him because he has a message.  So, without further ado I would like to introduce Mr. Phil Schneider.  And understand also, everything is being recorded and the video and audio tapes will be available later.  Please give a warm welcome to Phil Schneider.

Phil Schneider: I guess I can always start off by saying, “Loose lips sink ships.”  I’m Phil Schneider.  I worked 17 years for the United States government as a geologist and aerospace engineer, as well as a structural engineer.  I worked in elusive occupations with Morrison Knudsen, Bechtel, Page Aerospace, ALA France, EG&G, and a host of other— Los Alamos laboratory and these kind of things.  But rather than bore you with all those statistics, I’ve got a real mixed bag here of different topics, and it might be a little bit like brain overload, but I’ll start from the beginning.

Like I said, I worked 17 years.  Co-invented methods of shape-charge blasting as well as laser rock deflagration, which means rock is literally melted or powdered by a special maser-laser combination, and the residue of the rock underneath is applied as a coating, as a liquid coating, kind of like instant agate, if you could imagine a hunk of agate, which is a hard silica mineral—and a rock, actually.

But up here we have another topic.  This is an area where I worked.  I worked 11 years of the 17 years at Groom Lake.  It’s in the Nellis Air Force Base area.  In fact, Groom Lake is— I’ll show you in the picture right here.  Right here.  Groom Lake is quite the place.  A lot of rumors and other kinds of things have come out of there.  Of course, people have stood on the outside for years and wondered what’s been flying there; there’s all kinds of things been flying.

Let me give you a brief overview; start in ancient-history land here.  Back in 1909, the U.S. Cavalry was engaged in catching some bandidos that had crossed over the Mexican border into a place called Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.  And they went into a cave or hideout and killed the so-called bandits.  But what they found out they couldn’t explain, and they were called horseshoe craft at that time, or horseshoe ships—they were UFOs.  And (they) saw these, what they call demons, gray demons, little gray guys, all around the place.  That was in 1909.

Now, in 1933 our government was actively engaged with the Europeans, mostly the French and the English and special research dealing with aerial phenomena.  And once again, the term, flying saucer or flying disc didn’t come about until much later—supposedly right around the mid-1940s.  Anyway, the whole thing here is that—  Also in 1946, I might want to add, we were engaged in atomic-bomb testing and this this kind of [thing], and, of course, the area of Bikini Atoll—some of the pictures are over here on the white board—are showing with the actual language of both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy archives.

Anyway, these flying ships we’re seeing since 1945, ’46—some of them are called Foo Fighters and you-name-it—they were fully known about maybe as early as 1935 or ’36 by our U.S. Navy.  And there was a shallow underwater base at Bikini Island, and that was probably the one reason why a number of atomic bombs were exploded in that area—rather than other areas, which they could have been, even more remote out in the South Pacific—at Operation Crossroads.

Well, anyway, this all led up to, later on, about six, eight years later, in 1954 during the Eisenhower administration, it led to a interesting treaty called the Greada 1954 Treaty, and it was the alien-human treaty.  And supposedly the aliens had come in and exchanged technology, and they’d want to take an occasional human being and a few head of cattle, and accurate books were supposedly to be kept and all this kind of stuff.  And of course, eventually all that broke down.  And aliens are notorious for being liars, even greater liars than we humans are, so alien treaties are often just not worth the piece of paper they’re written on; they’re just really kind of worthless.

Anyway, my work as a geologist in building underground military bases, some of which are over two miles underground.  And I think when you listen to Al (Bielek) tonight, if you have a chance to listen to him, he will speak of—  Al’s actually been on some of the high-speed monorail subway cars, if you want to call them, that link these bases together.  Some of them are capable of riding on a cushion of air about three-quarters of an inch off a rail at the better part of Mach II.  And he’s actually been on one of these trains; I’ve only been in one of the tunnels and helped build some of the tunnels.  Incidentally, I helped work on thirteen deep underground military bases, actually had hands-on experience.  Notorious was the one in around the Dulce, the southern of southeastern and southwestern sides of Dulce, New Mexico, in the Los Alamos Laboratory region, was where we built some hermetically sealed rooms that were very deep, going down over a mile.  We also built additions onto Groom Lake and S-2 and S-4 complexes.  There are a total of nine underground or— called— they’re called DUMBs, like “You can learn a lot from this dummy.”  But DUMB stands for deep underground military base, and, or deep underground— DUMB-2 for instance, is a submarine base, and I have built a few of those, too, which are off our continental shelves and in certain islands out in the Atlantic and the Pacific, in strategic locations.  All this can hardly— in an hour’s time I could hardly squeeze all this in; so I’ll be kind of rambling here, if you’ll just bear with me.

The main topic of my discussion here is to link up basically what’s going on with these deep underground military bases; what they’re being used for; what is the present situation now being employed, both by our federal government, which is slowly being phased out by the United Nations government, as well as the “New World Order,” which is an even higher entity; and who these higher entities are taking their orders from.  And try and link up, basically, what’s going on.

A lot of us have been kept in the dark.  We’ve been given, maybe most recently, over here, photographs of an alien at Roswell.  Now, I’ll just very make a very brief statement about that. The photographs cannot stand up to a computer grain analysis test and therefore are retouched or faked. They’re not real.  The real one, the real photograph of the of the charred or dead alien that was one of the several that were autopsied— this over here was given to me by a friend by the name of Skip Frombag of Seattle.  And his father worked as one of the principal doctors.  He was from Germany at the time and worked on some of the autopsy material, from what I understand, along with other people.  Anyway, you just can’t believe everything; and that goes for me.  You’ve got to get out there and do your homework.  Like I always say, you might say, “You don’t put your spectacles on: you put your skepticals on when you listen to me.”

So if we can, if we can have a show of hands here, how many people have heard about Roswell, New Mexico?  Very good; almost all.  And how many people have heard about the black helicopters and the other kinds of flying-saucer type equipments out at Groom Lake and other places?  Pretty good.

Well, this, obviously, is a nice enlightened audience.  Most of you have probably seen what a black helicopter is, or maybe even gotten rare glimpses of an F-117-A black jet, or stealth, as they’re often called, or a B-2 bomber, B-1 bomber, or some of these other sophisticated aircraft that are now being touted as the new technology.  Once again, where did we get this new technology?  Well, obviously we’ve had a little hand in that.  Our little alien, so-called buddies (ha, ha) have it kind of exchanged things, but not without a great cost.  The cost of which has been, a lot of people have disappeared.  Some, and I’ll blow this statistic by you: there’s, according to current FBI and Defense Intelligence Agency and CIA statistics, 100,000 children and one million adults disappear every year.  And these are not kidnappings or murderers or rapes or suicides or anything.  Totally unaccounted for.  And where are these people going to? Nobody knows. Maybe one of us in this room or somebody has, has encountered such an individual and lost a loved one or a friend or something, and that’s unfortunate.  My best friend, Ron Lee Rummel, several years ago got himself murdered, because we dared to put out in print—at that time I was still working for the government and so was he—we dared to put in print that the so called the Strategic Defense Initiative, or Star Wars, is part of the New World Order and takes its actions—  It was originally written as a kind of a spoof or a joke.  We had one of these alien greys dressed up and had New World Order insignia on it, and of course that wasn’t taken very nicely and my friend got himself murdered.  It was called a suicide, but now it’s been turned over to special authorities, who have now acknowledged it was a homicide.

(14:00) Other than that, I’d like to also mention something about my father.  My father was a U-boat captain in Hitler’s Navy, and he got captured and taken over.  I didn’t find this out until about two weeks before he died, on his death bed.  He kind of told everybody in total shock—I was one of them.  In fact, I didn’t believe him; I  thought it was kind of in delirium or something like that.  And of course, other things have come up since.

And so, anyway, he was captured by the French, turned over the Third Army, the U.S. Third Army; U.S. Third Army turned him over to the Navy.  And he was a master machinist.  That’s not a journeyman.  The master means they can take a block of metal and make a gun or a watch or some other fine instrument.  And he was a master machinist.  He later became an MD doctor and part of the aerospace medicine group of the United States Navy.  He was instrumental in helping build the USS Nautilus and its first nuclear-powered predecessor, The Enterprise—the first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier—and other other ships like it.  He pioneered all the ways and building very small miniature nuclear engines, and he even helped build— later on in his life he helped develop the infamous grid-bed nuclear motor, which is now employed, and some things that look like flying saucers that people claim are flying saucers.  Yes, we, the United States Air Force, and other armed forces, are training other European forces to fly unidentified— or now identified flying saucers.  We’ve actually built built several prototypes that are flying under the names of black craft.

My position as a geologist and engineer got me to see a lot of things in the world—I’ve been in over 70 countries.  I also worked for NATO.  I carried a level-three security clearance with Orion rhyolite factor—rhyolite is a hardening factor, only given out to a handful of civilians and maybe a couple of hundred military men worldwide.  I thought I was doing the nation, the United States, as well as the world, a favor; I thought I was kind of keeping my end up.  Well, it didn’t work out that way.  And I was to later find out that these underground bases are now being employed as strategic basis for in case there is martial law in this country.  Right now, our military professors that used to be in war colleges and the like are training people like ex-Russian KGB and Spetsnaz people right here on American soil.  I’ve seen it with my own two eyes, along with other people, other geologists.  By the way, I’m still a geologist, still do geological survey work.  However, I don’t work for the government anymore.  I took my security clearance and all my government stuff and cut it up and send it back to the—pardon my French—SOBs.

When I found out that a number of these 131 deep underground military bases are being used to subvert the Constitution of these United States and its people, I says, “That is enough.  I can’t possibly be connected.”  “Oh, Mr. Schneider, you can’t quit,” they said.  “Well,” I says, “yes, I can.  I’m an individual; I’m going to quit.  And I’m walking off the job.”  And he says—  So I got arrested and (was) casually told, “Well, you gotta finish your job.”  And so I caved in to that part; I finished three weeks.  And then I— at that time my father was dying, and I was allowed (to go) home and I never went back for my paychecks.  Don’t intend to, either.

These people are beginning to show signs of being our utmost enemy.  I’m talking about military people now engaged in training foreign troops on American soil, clearly against the Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution.  It’s why we formed a government, why our forefathers formed a government, a republic of these United States, in the first place, way back 200-plus years ago.  Because the quartering of soldiers, taxation without representation, law by edict—otherwise known as today’s version, executive order—among other things.  The very reasons that we became free, a free Republic, a free society, possibly one of the greatest nations to ever be a nation on this Earth, were instilled in our founding fathers that are now so far away from the people now running our federal government structure.

(20:00)  So, I’m here today to touch upon a number of subjects, one being that these underground bases—roughly over three of them per state.  There’s now, instead of 12 prison camps, there’s 39: that’s almost one per state.  They’re building two prison camps every seven months.  They’re building two underground military bases every year.  Each one of these military bases, by the way, these underground military basis, they cost somewhere between 17 and 26 billion dollars—billion dollars.  They employ 1,800 to 10,000 workers each in varying grades of skill.  They gobble up totally, through the black budget, over one-quarter of the black budget, or roughly 310 billion dollars.  Of course, you may say, “Where are these figures coming from?”  Well, the black budget, as we know black projects—which anything called black means hidden—hidden from Congress, hidden from the American people, and very few people are even in the know about it at all.  But the black budget per year garners over $500 billion a year.  And these kinds of huge quantities and sums of monies are garnered through CIA drug activity, National Security Agency clandestine operations—mostly in Panama, in South America.  Now also engaged in Russia in bringing in, refining strategic metals.

By the way, you might want to ask, “Where’s all these kinds of interesting new metals coming?”  Over here on the white board we have the new periodic table: it’s got 140 elements.  Now, in our high schools of today—I was in high school about a week ago—I saw a new periodic table.  it had 105 elements.  Somewhere, we’re not being told the truth.  We’re being lied to at every turn in every corner.  We’re considered less than morons.

So the government has made itself an entity, an independent taxing body, an entity unto itself, and isn’t accountable to anybody—not even the so-called New World Order.  They just go ahead and do everything willy-nilly as they please.  There’s nobody checking; they don’t have to worry about this.  Occasionally there’s a senator pokes his nose in here and there, and that senator finds out, either nicely or not so nicely, that you don’t do things like that.  Now, if we’re to gain a grip on our country, if we’re to take our country back, we must first ask our public officials: if they cannot tell us the truth, then we will impeach them or they will be impeached.  Or they will be tried as traitors.  This is pretty stiff language.  Already, it’s slowly beginning to trickle out, and it will occur to a number of people and this may be the only way out.

Also, our founding fathers, George Washington, Patrick Henry, and a few of the other ones, came up and said, “You don’t want to let the beast out of the box.”  And they were talking about a runaway government.  You don’t want to allow your government to become like England at that time.  And so they warned us about this very same kind of thing.  First of all, the United States is not a democracy; it’s not (even) a republic anymore.  It should be a republic; that’s “and to the republic for which it stands; one nation under God.”  By way, we can’t even pray in the public schools anymore: we have to have a Supreme Court judge or group of them, plus Janet Reno and company, among other things, telling us what to do, interpret for us as if we cannot read with our own two eyes and understand with our mind.  This, of course, is bad policy all the way around.  And we, I guess I don’t need to blow that by your ears.

Okay, on another subject, I have a number of items up here at the table, one of which here is—I can show it—is a heavy hunk of rock, indeed.  It has a weight of about, a little bit more than a pound—two and a half times the weight of uranium.  It’s not radioactive, can never be made radioactive.  It’s composed of earth, rare-earth clays, and powdered metals, as well as alien element, an alien element, mostly from crashed-retrieved flying saucers and the kind that have happenstance to crash in our deserts and backyards, so to speak.  It’s called murinite.  This is employed in every stealth aircraft, every black jet throughout the black budget.  Also in very small quantities in the skins of black helicopters.  Murinite.

(26:13)  Here’s another thing.  Here’s a piece of probably the purest titanium you’ll ever hear (of) or see.  It’s so pure— it’s also composed with other alien elements to make it extremely tough.  It’s capable of withstanding temperatures in excess of 7,000 degrees Fahrenheit.  Our new Phoenix-class submarines—which we’re building two a month right now—  Phoenix-class submarines is a black-budget program, each one of those submarines costing $208 million just for the titanium hull, which is made of this material—approximately 10,000 pounds of it.

Now, we’ve got supposedly, as of the data right now, we’ve got 106 of these submarines.  They’re plying the waters and the waves.  They can dive to a depth of over 7,000 feet and hold that for three months.  It’s a fantastic submarine, indeed.  It has 11 grid-bed nuclear motors on it, engines, that run everything—purify the air.  By the way, these aren’t your usual nuclear motor installations.  They’re very small.  They’re probably no bigger than this podium, weighing less than 3,000 pounds, putting out as much as the equivalent of three aircraft carriers of the Enterprise class.

(28:00)  But these Phoenix-class submarines are getting this metal.  Now, where are we getting the metal?  Well, it’s being stockpiled in a number of strategic locations.  Supposedly, I’ve heard stories, “Well, it’s being mined on the moon,” and I have no way of proving that one way or another.  I think we’re probably getting it from Russia, and/or refining it in outer space.  We’re shuttling basically a shuttle, a secret shuttle flight.  one a week now is going up and back.  What are they shuttling?  Well, obviously they got kind of their own little laboratories up there, space station, and all this kind of stuff.  Remember, what you’re being told is only just a smattering of the truth; it’s not the real truth.  Maybe it’s five percent of the truth.  Maybe it’s not even that.  You can rest assured you’re not getting much.

Another strategic metal is this particular bar with some strange crystals on it.  Scalenohedral crystals of niobium-titanium-rhenium-copper oxide.  This complex group of elements, not found on Earth, and specific quantities—this was developed at Los Alamos through EG&G and other outfits—are employed in all black jet aircraft—all of them; including the sport model, the little flying saucers we occasionally see over at Groom Lake.

And by the way, now, if we happen to be with a video camera, you know, taking pictures of the so-called area around Groom Lake, it’s now— you can get your equipment confiscated, your car, your house.  it’s considered the same thing as a drug dealer, and you’ll go to jail for five years, up to five years, and a million-dollar fine.  I personally don’t think—this is what I’m hearing—I just don’t think that this kind of punitiveness is what we need in America and we have to get rid of it; otherwise, we’re going to die with no America.

Here’s some other elements.  Here’s a very light element.  It’s composed of lithium metal, as well as a alien element.  A little heavier than hydrogen, but a little lighter than helium.  Also employed in this; it’s used in secretive methods of propulsion.  And it also is in a peculiar scalenohedral crystalline form.  And anything scalenohedral—and by the way of scalene triangle is no side is equal to another side—the scalenohedral metallic crystaline structure is definitely an alien element, or an alien technology converted over to our own technology.

These were given to me about a year ago.  They’re called alien, alien aurora drops.  It’s supposedly the skins of the black jets.  Some of the ones that are coming in at very high rates of speed, they’re still glowing, red-hot, white-hot.  And they’ll sit out there and cool off, and they’re dripping their material off of them.  And it’s kind of like a rubberized coating.  It’s not rubber; I can tell you that.  It’s as hard as lava rock or harder, capable of withstanding tremendous temperatures.  But nonetheless, some of it sloughs off every time, and so they just kind of scoop it up and throw it in the trash can, a few pieces of it.

Here’s one of the hardest so-called man-made rocks.  Once again, it’s got a number of alien counterparts to get an alien crystalline structure to it—very advanced.  It’s about 11 times harder than a diamond, about 70 times stronger than a diamond, capable of withstanding temperatures in excess of 10,000 degrees Fahrenheit.  It is employed as very thin coatings on windows, tiny windows, and hypersonic aircraft—aircraft that exceed Mach V.

Here’s an interesting artifact.  Right here in this hunk of rock—which, by the way, was an old 100,000-year-old chipping tool found in Syria.  Jordan rounders gives me is a imprint of— looks like a fossil, but it’s not.  It’s an imprint of a small mechanical part with exactly 360 kind of like rotor blades.  Well, this rock is 220 million years old.  Who was making machines 220 million years ago?  Maybe [unintelligible] was right after all.

Here we have a actual piece of advertised fruit, or it’s similar to a lime.  It’s even been pecked by a bird at one time, and that’s still there.  So it was instantly turned to agate.  It’s the same agate or chemical structure as material found at Hiroshima and Nagasaki after the bombings in World War II, where grasses and flowers and flower, petals of flowers and other kinds of things were instantly petrified, turned to agate; it is the same identical crystalline structure.  However, this particular case, is about 20 million years old.  And it’sstill got its original green coating.  And it’s basically unchanged, perfect condition.

(34:00)  Likewise, here’s a garlic plant about somewhere between 20 and 35 million years of age.  And once again, it’s got that same pink agate coating.  And here are some pieces of the metal skin from the crashed disc at Roswell.  It was given to me when I was 14 years old.  My father was visiting one of his old friends in the Navy Archives—as well as he was in the Royal Navy in England—and I, as a 14-year-old boy, I says, “Gee, Dad, can I ask Johnny something?”  “Oh, go ahead, ask him.  Get anything you can from him.”  You know, that kind of thing.  And I says, “Well, do you think I can have a piece of this metal?”  “Oh, no, no, you can’t have that.”  “Oh, give it to the kid.  What the heck: he won’t have it very long anyway.”  Well, I’ve had it all this time.  It’s kind of a unique thing.  They were able to break the scan of that craft, by the way, by dropping it into a bath of liquid nitrogen and hitting it with a mechanical or hydraulic hammer, and it shattered into little bits.  And it was later analyzed and adapted for our own technology.

(35:00)  All of these artifacts are fine.  But once again, the main part of this talk is, where’s it all leading to?  We get very little spinoff to where any of this is leading to.  Occasionally we’ll get a new computer, or maybe a quartz watch or some little trinket—kind of like giving the Indians beads a couple of 100 years ago, well we’re getting these little spinoffs.  But the black budget still rolls on, garnering up over a trillion dollars every two years.  It’s somewhere between 1.023 trillion and 1.31 trillion dollars every two years.  And every year it goes by and the black budget is unchecked and unaccounted for, it’s just subverting our country.  That’s number one.

Number two is that these underground military—  First of all, if there was something like a nuclear war, or, or there was a definite enemy out there where we were going to be under attack, like from China or someplace like that, I could see maybe a couple of dozen underground bases for government so it could theoretically rise up like the Phoenix out of the ashes.  Well, not 131 of these.  And if you were going to so-called round people up and put them in prison camps, what better prison camp than underground, where nobody knows where it is anyway?  So, once again, these underground bases are most likely being planned as underground prison camps and slave-labor factories for the New World Order.

New World Order, by the way, it’s getting—and I’m probably the only person ever talking about this—the New World Order is taking—and the United Nations—is taking its orders from, believe it or not, these more powerful outer-space alien entities—we might call them the large greys or the small greys.  Sinister forces indeed.  And you might want to say, “Well, gee, how come we don’t see more of this kind of thing?”  Well, you can just imagine.  If you’re only being told five percent or less of the truth, that isn’t very much to go on.  That’s one thing.  Another thing is, you don’t find very many people coming up here and letting you have hands-on experience.  I’m going to try and do this to you.

(38:00)  However, I do ask you to go out and do your homework and keep doing it.  Don’t necessarily believe in what I’m saying, but get out there and talk to people.  Whether it’s just a couple of neighbors or friends or something, get out there and talk.  Because one will tell two, and two will tell four, and pretty soon you have a whole room full of people that are in the know.  And then from there, wonders can work.  Other than that, as as far as changing the black budget and these clandestine programs, public opinion is only going to do that, and it’s going to take millions of us.  But we have to be informed.  And to do that, we have to be doing what we’re doing now—gathering and talking.  And, of course, most of us are adults and can weed out fact from fiction.  Most of us are responsible adults and know the difference between fact and fiction, and how to use it or how to abuse it.  So, we therefore have to continue to keep studying and keep talking.

(39:30)  If there’s just me out there—believe it or not, there aren’t very many people like myself out there talking.  I’ve given over 30 talks in the United States, Canada, Japan, I went over to England—well, I went into Japan kind of illegal, came back the same weekend.  They flew me in and out, but I gave a talk to a number of their execs, and they were very interested, indeed.  Now if this was all a bunch of poppycock and hooey and poo-poo, I might— I wouldn’t be listened to, be given an audience by these people.  But I have. But (there have been) thirteen attempts on my life since the first of this year.  There’s a number of you ladies present so I won’t (give you gory details), but Al has seen some of the wounds, and there’s few other people that have been to a few of my other lectures and they can attest that I have been shot, I’ve been run off the road, I’ve been pushed off the road, I’ve been mostly shot at and that kind of thing.  But I’ve been in hand-to-hand combat with some of these people, and once again, I’m not in the best of shape anymore but I still know how to handle myself.

And I’m just about ready to wrap things up here.  But just basically wanted to give you an overview of what’s happening, and if we have any questions, we can start asking a few questions.  Okay, here’s a gentleman way over here.  Would you please speak up?  Loud.

(41:00)  Yes, I was involved in a—  In 1979, in August, late August of 1979, I was involved working through Los Alamos laboratories at Dulce, New Mexico, in what’s now known as the Alien-Human War.  Sixty-six Secret Service agents, government workers, geologists and the like, I almost bit the dust; I could have been number 67.  Lost their lives that day because the government lied and knew full well what was underneath.  And what we’d done is, out in the desert there, we had drilled four— in a period of a couple of days we had drilled four of these holes that went down several thousand feet.  And one of these holes kept bringing up dirty dust and putrifying odors and broken-off machine bits, and other kinds of things like that.  And boring machines as well as lasers came up damaged.  And there was a probe that was sent down, and that came up totally missing.  And so people were sent down there, and I was one of the people.  And when I got down there, of course the odor was— and remember, I was in a space-suit-type environment.  All I had was a small tool belt with special sensors, and a small rock hammer and a rock sack for mineral specimens, and those kinds of things like that.  And I had my little pistol.  And being an engineer, I didn’t have time to carry a big hunk of pistol like most of these Green Berets carry, stuff like that, Black Berets.  I carried a little Walther PPK with a nine-shot clip.  As soon as they got down this hole, standing about from me this gentleman over here in the front row, about 10 or so feet away, seven feet away, something like hat, was one of these seven-foot tall, stinking alien guys.  And I didn’t waste any time; I said, “I’m not fiddling with you guys,” and “poom,” away you go.

And I had— I was one of the rare few that had been alerted that this may or may not occur, and so basically was given ET training, but a lot of these other people weren’t.  And we were— in fact, it was asked, “Are there aliens in the area?”  And of course, the big question was, “No.”  And that was a big lie.  And of course, 66 people died that day.  I have a big hole in my chest.  I lost— my lung was literally burned out of me, my fingers burned off of me, my toenails burned off of me.  My skin was— and I was in radiation isolation therapy for 400-plus days.  My bones were vitrified or burnt.  I was cooked.  I managed to survive here telling you something about it today.

But other than that, I’m the only talking survivor.  There are only two other survivors and they’re nursing homes up in Canada.  Canada refuses to allow the United States officials to talk to them and they’re in very bad shape, indeed.  One of them can’t talk and the other one doesn’t want to.  So they’re regarded as Canadian heroes, so they’re being kept by Canada.

Okay, this fellow over here.  Speak up loud.  Actually, yes, there’s several.  In fact, as I was coming to this talk, I was supposed to be here by plane but there was a subsequent foul-up.  Anyway, I drove all the way and did it in one day.  But as I was coming over, over up near Cheyenne there, I know that the military, the Air Force and the Army are building a so-called new boot camp, prison camp, right up in Cheyenne, Brandon.  And I was here three months ago—that wasn’t there.  So it’s something brand new.  In Colorado, yes, there’s about four underground bases, one being at Denver International Air Base.  I call it air base, space port or whatever you want to call it.  Denver International Airport.  No wonder your luggage gets lost!  There are eight levels underneath the airport tarmac there or cementmac.  And so those bags could be there for a long time.  Why,  just imagine if this was the instantly turned 30 or more million years ago, those bags can very well be the same way!  So, yeah, there’s, there’s a number of them.  And I wish I had a map with me.  In fact, in subsequent talks, I’ll have a map, which will be put on the on the overhead.  In fact, my next talk, I plan to have just that.  I had planned to bring a map here and had all the latitudes and longitudes of all the bases, and I can’t do that.  That would be a nice jail sentence for me, so I didn’t bring it.  So, but other than that, I’ll have that all researched for you.

Yes, this this one.  Yes. there as far as there being an inner Earth, a hollow earth or anything like this. No, I’ve never run into anything like that.  However, Al Bielek has been on these tunnels trains, better part of Mach II, going from coast to coast an hour and a half—faster than any jetplane and we got, including the SST, or thereabouts, the same rapid speed.  But I helped build a lot of these tunnels, and all of the underground mountain or military bases are connected—all of them.  All 131 of them.  They’re connected both by road—not a big freeway under there, but that’s at least a two- to a four-lane road; rather narrow lanes, but they’re there—and there are also high-speed magneto-levitron train tunnels.

Yes, this lady over here.  Stand up and speak up, please.  What levels of military personnel know about this?  Most of the levels of the military know about this, especially the higher levels.  Officer— higher officer levels.  The enlisted, I’m sure, don’t, or are basically kept in the dark like we are.

(49:00)  This fella right here with the hat.  Well, there’s 131 of them in the United States, 127 of them in the lower 48 (states).  There’s some in Canada; I’m not counting those.  There’s some some in northern Mexico; I’m not counting those, either.  They average about four-and-a-quarter cubic miles hollowed out underground, an average depth of 5,700 feet underground.  Average cost 17 to 31 billion dollars each.  They employ anywhere from 1,800 to 10,000 people.  Some very large ones now being built in Sweden, one of which is reputed to be 30 cubic miles.  It will take five years to build that one, at a cost of about two trillion dollars.  And that’s all being supplied by the United Nations.

(50:00)  Yes, anybody over here?  This gentleman.  Speak up, please.  Okay, you want to know exact locations of all these.  Well, for where all of your Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force bases are, there with all this present—not the ones closed in, by the way, the closed down bases are now being used for gasoline storage and equipment storage and these kind of things.  So they’re not really closed down yet.  Boot camps and all this kind of stuff.  So-called prisoner camps and these kind of things.  Right now, our police, for instance, are being trained by the Air Force and the Army Intelligence in martial law research, as they call it.  How dare they call it by that name?  Where these are there, where every one of these strategic bases are, in Colorado, in and around Denver, there’s three of them, and they’re fairly small.  Some of these bases are only maybe 2,000 to 3,000 feet in depth.  Some of them were built a long time ago, back 35, 40 years ago, and they’re only maybe 500 feet, and they’re mostly for equipment storage.

Denver and then there’s Fort Collins.  There’s also the Colorado Springs area.  By the way, Colorado Springs is a kind of a famous area; Nikola Tesla’s laboratories were in Colorado Springs.  Need I say more?  I’ll leave that up to Al Bielek.  As far as Nellis Air Force Base, there’s nine underground mountain bases, and Nellis Air Force Base—that’s in Nevada; it’s north of Las Vegas.  There’s going to be a UFO show and conference in Mesquite here later on this month, and that’s up very close to Area 51.  That whole area— by the way, the state of Nevada, is 81 percent managed or owned by the federal government.  Land is either restricted or run by the federal government.  That’s why they have— there’s groups rising as we speak, dealing with the problem very vociferously, and senators are now getting involved.  So, evidently, waking up is occurring.

Yes this gentleman over here.  Speak up, please.  Okay.  Yes, they are.  The gentleman asked, are these tunnels connected to large caverns?  Yes, these large bases are basically like this coliseum.  Everything’s underground.  Everything’s a city underground.  Most of these bases both have military bases, and they have all the accoutrements of life.  Remember, each one of these costs quite a bundle of money, and and some of it in our tax money, but most of it in clandestine approaches, and that’s definitely undermining the country.

(54:00)  Yes.  Some of them have difficulty in understanding our language; it’s too slow to them.  If you’ve heard whale songs or bird chirpings at high speed, it’s about what these aliens sound like audibly to us, so it’s a bunch of gibberish.  Yes, they’ve slowly actually broken it down: there’s 11 civilizations of aliens using this planet all the time, all of which are known by the U.S. military.  Nine of which are not very good—they’re pretty bad news; two of which are benevolent.  But the benevolent ones have supposedly left; they have their own little war of sorts, especially the Pleiadean groups and what-not like that.  Of which Val Thor was repudiated to be a Venusian, but other people assert he looks more like a Pleiadean.  He looks like a normal human except he’s got six fingers and toes, he’s got one oversized lung, he’s got two hearts—he’s got all kinds of weird stuff.  Bones are bigger.

(55:00)  Yeah.  The man asked, do I tie in the alien agenda to the New World Order?  Yes, sir, one hundred percent.  I can elaborate briefly.  The New World Order right now, basically, is dismantling countries, governments—telling governments not to war with each other anymore, basically, so that looks good on the outside.  They’re taking their orders directly from the aliens, who’ve got their own timetable.  They want the One World Order because they want the planet for themselves.  Of course, you’ve often heard of the term Global 2000; that’s a global sinister plot, or has been a group of sinister plots, to produce biological weaponry to reduce or thin out the population of the planet by five-sixths, or roughly five of six billion people, enslaving the rest to work willy-nilly with the so-called people of the New World Order.

(56:00)  Now the— another peculiar thing is, the alien agenda is not really well believed nor understood by a lot of these one-worlders.  They don’t believe it; they think they’ve been singled out for their own glory, and what they don’t know is they’re just another human being, and according to the negative or bad aliens, they’re just another— we’re considered bags of food to them.  They don’t eat us, like we think of a cannibal eating a hunk of meat, but they use our glandular secretions as part of their food base—our blood and our glandular secretions like adrenochrome and other kinds of things like this.  And, in fact, there have been— the Atlanta Center for Disease Control has figured out ways that we can combat this, and this kind of thing like that.  It might be where these new designer diseases like AIDS and Ebola, Hantavirus, and all these kinds of things have come up out of nowhere, and these diseases almost have a mind of their own.

Yes, this lady here.  Okay, the lady asked, is the tunnel-building having an effect with earthquakes?  Yes, it could very easily be, although you gotta remember, a lot of these underground bases are constantly being repaired, and so a lot of people have to be hired.

(58:00)  As far as the U.S. government, the second part of her question was, is the U.S. government modifying our weather?  Yes, that’s an affirmative.  The U.S. government’s been working with the Russians for at least since 1972, and maybe as early as 1966, on weather modification and the well known fact.  And it’s well employed.  And by the way, they can literally weather-modify a hurricane or a tornado out of existence.  And the reason they don’t do it is pretty obvious. Or they could actually send a plane inside of a hurricane, for instance, that would blow off an atmospheric bomb or a shock-wave bomb in the eye of the thing, and it would completely dissipate.  Well, they don’t do this, of course.  There’s probably other reasons for that—see which way it goes, or what kind of havoc, and how we can study the havoc, and we go from there.

This fellow, way in the back, in the black.  How do we learn more about our general topic?  Well, there’s this particular fellow, his name is Richard Souter, PhD.  He wrote a book recently: Underground Bases and Tunnels: What is the Government Trying to Hide?  That is one book.  Then we have another.  Here’s a Popular Science article, “Secret Air Base.”  The government doesn’t want you to know that Groom Lake— supposedly Groom Lake doesn’t exist.  Well, I guess if it doesn’t exist, then me talking about it, I guess I can’t be arrested or anything; I’m just full of poppycock here.  Well, editor of Popular— one of the editors of Popular Science who put this article out is now in federal prison.

(1:00:00)  Then there’s a book called Stealth Fighter Pilot.  These books are available, I got this one at Dalton’s.  This one actually was sent to me by the publisher.  I did some test-piloting, and the only thing I test piloted, I would run the aircraft back and forth on the runway, the special runways we built at Groom Lake.  Here’s a picture of me in uniform.  And I can go on.  And these publications are out now and they’re available.

Yes, this lady over here.  I can’t hear you.  Okay.  Okay, that’s kind of a mixed-bag question there.  She asked, with martial law being called, will precious metals and all these kinds of things.  First of all, hoarding anything will be outlawed.  If you hoard food, have a radio, any way of communicating, stash gasoline, these kind of things, you would just be rounded up and that would be the end of you.  Martial Law is martial law.  Martial law is dictatorship of the worst form, or one of the worst forms.  And her other part of the question, if I got it right, was when is the alien takeover?  Well, the alien takeover is right now and probably will be for some— probably in the next 20, maybe 30, 40 years, will be basically in the background.  The idea is to get the One World beast-like government Order in place and to thin out the population of the planet.  And then, of course, then all heck will break loose from then on.  And whether it is— I don’t often mix Bible and talk, but some people have alerted, well, this is already mentioned in the Bible, and all this kind of stuff.  Well, that may be, but all I can tell you is I’ve been face-to-face with one of these sinister characters, or a couple of them, and the thing lased, and most people would— just the shock of them seeing such a thing would cause them to not be in very healthy mode, frame of mind, physical as well as mental.

(1:03:00)  This man here in the blue cap.  Oh, it’s a combination.  What technology is used to build these underground bases?  Well, we have lasers.  They can drill out, or basically deflagrate or melt out, a tunnel seven miles a day.  And that tunnel is 28 feet wide, 28 feet high.  You’ve been told about drilling and boring machines and a very slow quarter of a mile a day—most of that went out in World War II.  Most of that’s old World War I or World War II-era materials.  And once again, you’ve been badly lied to.  I can hardly believe—  First of all, I’ve worked on public engineering projects, and we do better in grinding up road beds and re-laying them down at the rate of four miles a day, and supposedly that doesn’t exist.  Well, I worked on one in the state of Oregon just few months ago.  And we built a tunnel for— a sewage tunnel and what-not and like that.  It wasn’t very big, it’s about six feet across and about—  Drilled right through solid rock right to base of under one of the hills in Portland, for their new light rail.  Did that in two days.  But it was a complex— it was a small complex tunnel.  It was big enough for a man to crawl through and inspect.  And I was one of the people that inspected, so, yeah.

(1:04:20)  What technology?  A lot of this is alien technology readapted for our own use, but a lot of it is our own ingenuity too.  So you can bet—  How can you tell alien technology?  Well, anything that’s just absolutely outlandish, like taking an oxyacetylene welding torch and trying to cut into this metal and getting nowhere.  Obviously would be metals research, aircraft research and the like, different tools and products, many times the hardness of diamond, or known hardened substances, substances like borazon.  Obviously, that’s nothing that we came up with on our own, but we could have, over a several-hundred-year period.

(1:05:00)  But you’ve got to remember, too, that the military technology is outstripping the public-sector technology at the rate of 44 to 45 years of technology for every calendar year, every 12-month calendar year here.  So, every year going by, by this time in 1996, the military technology will be roughly 45 years more advanced than where we are today.  So it’s quite possible that way back in 1943, the U.S. Navy not only caused a ship to disappear, it literally disappeared, and reappeared (the USS Eldridge).  Basically, military technology right now is about 1,200 years more advanced than public state technology.  Computer technology right now, it’s off the scale.  I can’t tell you.  It’s just right now, and employing just in black jet and stealth aircraft, the new computers are so completely advanced that we couldn’t get them in the public sector for maybe another 40 or 50 years.

(1:06:30)  Yes, this lady here.  Well, the lady asked, with the slave-labor camps, are the old, the infirm, the handicapped, are they going to be executed?  Will there be executions?  You can bet your bottom dollar there actually will be these things.  I wish I knew more, but I don’t.  I have my own agenda to kind of keep up and talk about.  But other than that, yes, I would imagine so.  If you look at all the 39 prison camps that are presently built—and they’re called boot camps, by the way.  And of course, these new trains that they have that have 143 shackle placements per train: why, they’re a scary thing, indeed.  And you know what they’re called?  They’re called United Nations prisoner transfer cars.  Well, that’s an appropriate name, I guess.

Well, we got to wrap it up here—they’re telling me it’s time.  I’ll take one more question; this lady over here.  No, brainwash— they don’t brainwash you.  How do they brainwash 18,000 people that are working?  Well, you sign this little piece of paper saying you work or you go to prison for the rest of your days.  Or you’re not going to be taking home a paycheck of about anywhere from $4,000 to $40,000 per month, depending upon your position.  $40,000 a month’s a lot of petunias.

James Casbolt MI6: Agent Buried Alive

The objective of government mind-control research is enslavement

James Casbolt was born in 1976, and his autobiographical manuscript about Project Mannequin, James Casbolt MI6: Agent Buried Alive, was released in 2008.  In 2015, Casbolt was sentenced to 12 years in prison for attempted blackmail and threats against his ex-wife, American supermarket heiress Haley Meijer.

James Casbolt is a former MI6 agent who worked in ‘black ops’ drug trafficking operations in London between 1995 and 1999.  He comes from a family of intelligence officers: his grandfather was in naval intelligence, his father was in MI6 and involved in black ops, and his uncle was an MI5 officer.

James wrote this book because he wishes to make amends for his part in these operations and blow the whistle on the crimes against humanity that the intelligence agencies are involved in.  MI6 and the CIA have cornered the global drug trade (which is worth at least £500 billion a year–more than the global oil trade) and are now bringing the majority of street drugs into America and Britain.

They are using this drug money to fund projects classified “above top secret,” which include the building and maintaining of deep underground military bases (DUMBS).  There are now over 4000 of these bases worldwide and some of them are four and a quarter miles deep.  The bases are on average the size of a medium-sized city, and yes, he says there are aliens in them.

James is connected to former intelligence officers who have worked in these underground bases and on other ET-related projects.  There are vast numbers of children and adults disappearing around the world and ending up in underground bases. – Forward to the manuscript

My name is James Michael Casbolt.  The following is my life and testimony. I was born in London in 1976.  I was chosen for an intelligence-agency mind-control and genetic-enhancement programme before my birth, and was born into the programme known as Project Mannequin.  This project is one of the most secret and classified projects in this country, and this is the first book ever written about it.

I was born into the project because of rare genetic attributes that I posses, which the handlers of the project are looking for and because of my family’s involvement in the intelligence community and the Illuminati.

The underground base at Lambourne is the “Area 51” of the U.K., with many exotic, anti-gravity aircraft stored there.  Project Mannequin involves the kidnapping of targeted civilians and also certain intelligence and military people.  Some of the intelligence and military personnel have volunteered for the project, but many have not.  Almost all of the civilian “guinea pigs” have not volunteered, and have been used against their will.  I was sold into the project.  Many of the civilians have also been used in the project from young children.  (Aliens genetically engineered James, and according to their viewpoint, they own him. – Editor)  The purpose is to create programmed “sleeper” agents using sophisticated electronic-hardware-based hypnosis.  These individuals are programmed by the NSA to carry out future tasks set by the NSA, and become hit-men as adults.  Sleepers are people who carry out a huge variety of pre-programmed tasks, often with little awareness of the medical procedures [done on them] in Project Mannequin because of advanced memory-blocking techniques.

A large part of the project focuses on creating espionage agents and assassins who have undergone genetic enhancements, which will be discussed in greater detail in this book.

Project Mannequin is actually a type of school I grew up in.  I have been trained since the age of five at the AL/499 and other military bases around the U.K.  I carried out my first covert assassination for the intelligence community when I was sixteen years old in Brighton.  This may sound unbelievable to many people, but a vast amount of evidence will be presented in this book.  Most people do not know what the intelligence community actually is.  Forget about James Bond movies: much of the secret service apparatus in the U.K and U.S is an occult, pedophile network run by corrupt factions of the “Illuminated” degrees of Freemasonry (33rd degree and above).

Project Mannequin is a mind-control and genetic-manipulation program run by the National Security Agency (NSA).  Although the NSA is officially the United States government, they run many covert black projects in many countries around the world.  The NSA is fast becoming the world’s most powerful secret service and is currently taking over much of the global intelligence apparatus.

Project Mannequin was started by the NSA in 1972 and is still being run from a 6-level underground facility beneath the small town of Peasemore in Berkshire, a few miles from where I grew up.  This underground base is so secret that the local residents of Peasmore are not even aware it exists.  This NSA facility, known in intelligence circles as the AL/499 base, is located 200 feet below the village.

Intelligence-run mind-control operations are usually a multi-generational thing, with each generation more easily programmed, as the genetic memory of the horrific procedures becomes more ingrained into the family’s genetic makeup.  In the 1950’s, an NSA genetic bloodline study was started at Harwell Laboratories to find suitable candidates, especially children, to be used in Project Mannequin.  From this study, the project was started in 1972; however, my family may have been targeted for mind control before the 1950’s.

The NSA is very interested in creating genetically enhanced assassins and espionage agents who have certain inborn genetic traits, such as PSI/psychic ability.  These genetic enhancement methods are a continuation of the work of Nazi geneticists and mind-control doctors during the Second World War.  As many people know, the Nazis were heavily into the occult, and Hitler was trying to create his Uberman, which is German for superman.  This is a genetically-enhanced soldier with heightened senses, intelligence, strength, and paranormal abilities such as telepathy.  All of this will be covered in detail in Chapter Two.

The NSA is looking for people of certain bloodlines, and these people are mainly of Celtic/blueblood (aristocratic) genetics. Individuals with these genetics have a predisposition to paranormal/PSI ability, as these cultures have practiced psychic abilities for generations in ancient rituals that have their modern expression in Freemasonry.  Therefore, abilities are encoded in the genetic memory of people of these bloodlines, even if they have not developed any psychic abilities.

There are generations of high-level Masonry in my family.  Individuals of Celtic blueblood lines have Rh-negative blood. This is a rare blood type and makes up about 5% of the population.  Rh-negative means oxygen is processed in the blood differently from Rh-positive blood.  The amount of oxygen processed by the body makes all the difference in unusual abilities: this is evident in arts such as tai chi and yoga.  (Another view is that Rh-negative blood allows for genetic engineering. – Editor)

There are also deeper issues, which connect to the so-called ancient “Nephilim” of the Bible.

My father’s mother was a French aristocrat named Vera Tilard.  There were generations of high-level Freemasonry in the De Tilard family.  The family line moved from Scotland into England.  The Tilards have a coat-of-arms that is handed down through the generations to the eldest son.

Because of all this, my involvement with the global intelligence apparatus has been extensive.  As I began to untangle myself from the project, I was directly helped by renegade factions in British Intelligence and the NSA, who want to see Mannequin shut down. I was given an UMBRA-1 (one level above top secret) security clearance by this NSA faction and de-briefed on deeper aspects of the program and things that changed me for life.

Because of what I was told and shown, I will never be the same again.  Most of this will be detailed in this book, and various official documents that have my name and number will also be included.  There are both positive and negative factions in the NSA and British Intelligence involved in an internal war with each other.  In fact, the whole global intelligence community has descended into chaos, with much infighting going on between rival factions, often in the same organizations.

I was also given some technology that was created by the NSA in the 1960s, which opens up neural pathways in the brain to recover memories that have been suppressed in the mind-control projects.  Among other things, I have been provided with highly classified documentation that teaches you how to control your own brain waves and master and take control of yourself instead of the project controlling you.

Brain-wave control is a large part of Project Mannequin, and people breaking free of it need to be able to control their own brain waves.  These self-mastery methods I have taught are similar to very advanced meditation, but using machines and advanced physics created by PhD biophysicists.

I am now thirty-one years old, and around this age, the neural pathways in the brain that hold back memories of mind control procedures often begin to open up, and the victim begins to remember in detail what happened to him or her in the facilities where the procedures occurred.  Often, a sleeper is killed before his 30th birthday because of this.  This is known in intelligence circles as “being thrown from the Freedom train.”  Freedom train is their code-name for the vast numbers of civilian victims who are being used in the many mind-control projects in this country and abroad.

Specific “programs” that hold instructions for tasks, and even enhanced abilities, are installed into Project Mannequin victims’ memories.  In the project, you are taught things like how to access PSI ability and how to “tag” a room, a person, a vehicle etc., advanced combat, crowd control, psychological warfare, torture and interrogation techniques, etc.

This information is stored in compartments in my mind that only the handlers of the project had access to and could bring forth using hypnotic triggers.  That was until my memories started to come back in detail in 2006, and the amnesic barriers around these compartments began to break down.  With the right help and my de-programming efforts, I am slowly accessing more and more of this information.

At least five Mannequin programs and a whole bunch of related sub-projects have been uncovered in me.  These have been installed into me and are classified under Greek letters, which are also the name of specific brain waves—tor example, Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma, Theta, and Omega.  The Theta program is a PSI/telepathy program that enables me to physically see scalar-based radio sound waves.  I can also manipulate these sound waves with my mind.  The most important technology the intelligence community uses is based on scalar/radio waves.  You can therefore imagine how important this ability would be to an individual involved in espionage.

The brain has the ability to receive, give off, and manipulate radio waves.  If you hold a glass or a shell to your ear, the static-like hissing sound (like the sound of rushing air) is the glass or shell acting as a container and “capturing” the radio sound waves that the brain is giving off.  The brain has a telepathic receiver and transmitter that uses sound waves.  In fact, thoughts are simply scalar sound waves that most people cannot see but are very real–hence, tele-pathy, tele-visions and tele-phones.  (See Preston Nichols, Montauk Project: Experiments in Time)

I have photos that will be shown in this book of me manipulating scalar/radio waves.  It is possible to catch them on digital camera.  Imagine my surprise last year when the parts of my brain that hold PSI ability from the project started to integrate with my everyday personality.  I was seeing waves of light coming off people’s heads, off of antennas on people’s houses and cars, and off of mobile phone masts. I thought I was going crazy until one of my friends explained what they were and showed me how you can take pictures of these radio waves.  It’s a strange thing to describe.  Sound waves look like someone has dropped a pebble into a pond, and ripples are coming out in circles and waves.

From my understanding, sound is the secret of life, and PhD scientists who work for the NSA know this well.  That is why advanced physics is kept so secret and out of the public domain.

There has recently been a film released called “The Secret,” which claims that a person can create the reality around him using his thoughts.  When I saw the film, I immediately noticed this was just watered-down physics the NSA had taught me in the past.  I have done things in the past year–like getting my information out to millions of people through radio shows, magazines, and the internet–using the methods I was taught by this positive cell in the NSA.  They call this MPO (Manifest Production Observership) and LERM (Light-Encoded Reality Matrix).
