This video autobiography of Alfred Bielek was filmed in Castle Rock, Colorado.  It was intended to be a comprehensive life history videotaped for six hours over three days.

This autobiography is presented as it is in the hope that those who view this record may comprehend the lengths to which the secret government, comprising both human and extraterrestrial entities, have gone to cover their tracks for over half a century—rewriting history and burying the truth.  Many who attempted to expose this vast conspiracy have suffered the loss of family and careers—even their lives.

It is my sincere wish and desire that this record, incomplete as it is, will awaken the viewer to the greatest coverup and orchestrated lies in human history.  Time travel is real.  Extraterrestrials are real.  Technology presented to us as the science fiction is real here and now.

Part 1 Early Life and Education

Hello.  My name is Al Bielek.  My commonly known name—official name—is Alfred Bielek.  That is my current name, and according to my birth certificate, I was born on 31 March, 1927, making me 73 years old.

That is not my entire history.  Currently I am a retired electronic engineer.  I have done a great deal of research on things like UFOs, history both ancient and modern.  I have background in electronic engineering.  And, of course, and some years in the past I became interested in the Philadelphia Experiment.

My actual birth and my actual history is quite a bit different.  I was born on the fourth of August, 1916, as Edward Cameron, son of Alexander Duncan Cameron Sr., my father, who was born in 1891.  There’s a long and suppressed history here.  I’ll go into the complete history of myself as it actually occurred, and then eventually get into Al Bielek, as everyone has known me for many years, including myself, as Al Bielek, and it was only in recent years, in 1988, I started to recover, and I lost history, I lost memories, if you will, of the many, many government projects I have been in—both as Al Bielek and as Edward Cameron.

Let’s start at the beginning.  I was born Edward Cameron, 4 August,1916, in Bayshore, Long Island.  My father was a Navy man, Alexander Duncan Cameron Sr., and he was born in 1891.  Some of the history is perhaps lost and obscure.  We don’t have much of a real history of Father, other than we know he was born in 1891.  And I do have a copy of his birth certificate: strangely enough it was available from the [UI] in Bayshore, Long Island.

His history as to schooling and all this, little is known.  We do know that he went to Loyola High School in Brooklyn, graduated from high school, and joined the Navy some time prior to WWI.  And he remained in the Navy until the end of December—approximately December 30 of 1929—when he retired with a pension and a disability.  Now I will not get that much into his history at this point, but that was my father.1

My mother was a common-law-marriage woman, and as I found out much later, a German woman.  What she was doing as a young girl in the United States I don’t know.  A great deal of history has been lost, and we can only surmise part of it and fill in.

Now my father was a Navy man, and Navy men are not exactly known for their scruples in terms of their women friends.  My father had a common-law wife in Bayshore, Long Island, that was my mother.  He had another one up in Connecticut, because he did travel between the home—which was on Long Island—and the Navy base in Connecticut, and he had another female up there, who was the mother of my brother, Duncan.  He was born about eight months later, and his history is a little bit obscure also.

Duncan and I actually grew up together.  But the reason why that occurred, that we did get together and grew up together, was because in 1917 the United States entered the war—World War I.  Father was in the Navy, of course, and he was called to sea duty.  He abandoned his two common-law wives and, of course, went to sea.  We, as the two sons, I being the first-born, Duncan the second, were raised by our aunt, Auntie Arnold, whose maiden name was Cameron, in the big house in Long Island.  It was a 23-room mansion, built in 1905-1906, and is connected with the Arnold Constable family fortune.  The family was well heeled,2 had a great deal of money because of the Arnold Constable Store.3

And the history of that family and that group, which goes back to 1855, when the store was first founded.  An Englishman by the name of Arnold came over from England, founded a store, and brought in some years later a partner by the name of Constable.  So it became known as the Arnold Constable Store, and they were all over New York.

That’s a little bit of the background.  There is not too much known about that history.  The Arnold Constable Store Company is no longer a business: they folded approximately in 1965, under reasons which were obscure.  The historians in New York in the historical society that I contacted said there was not a financial problem so far as I know: they just decided to close up operations.  And nothing more is known than that.  They had a very long history of operating over 100 years.  But they had the money to build a very palacial home in Long Island, in West Islip.  It is still standing.  I do have photos of it, and it is still a very large and outstanding home.  It is now a place which is historically marked by the town of West Islip, with a plaque in the lobby.  I’ve been there more than once.

We were raised by Auntie Arnold.  Occasionally we would see father, typically once a year around Christmas, and he would take us around the city and various places, and, of course, treat us to what kids are normally treated to.  We went through the grade schools, went through high school, graduated two years early from high school, actually in 1932.  We were considered rather brilliant students at that time.

Father in the meantime had retired from the Navy in 1929; after that, we saw a great deal of him.  He never worked as a person for another company or a job as such.  And he had money, and in his retirement he used to build racing sloops.  And he entered the Long Island Regattas every year—won quite a few trophies.  He’d get tired of a particular boat, he would sell it and go build another.  They were hand-built in a boat yard which still exists in Long Island.  I had the occasion to go by there and see it in looking up the history of the family after I became aware of who I really was, which means in 1989 onward.  My awareness fell back into place, you might say, in 1988, under circumstances I’ll go into later.

But in the early history, Father built these sloops, would disappear for a period of time, traveled a great deal, and even as such we didn’t see him all that often.  We finished our high school, and Father insisted that we get a good education.  And certainly the money was there, and the family, and the prestige of the family was such that I was able to enter Princeton University.  My brother, Duncan, for whatever reason, decided to go to the University of Edinburgh—Edinburgh, Scotland—and he went his entire period of education there.

We both entered in 1933—he in Edinburgh and myself at Princeton. I took a bachelor’s in degree physics in 1936 out of Princeton, a master’s degree in 1937.  And of course, during that period of time I met Dr. John von Neumann.  Von Neumann, of course, was a professor of mathematics: he taught in the school, in the graduate school primarily.  But for reasons unknown to me then, he took a great interest in me.

I might digress a bit and go into the history of Princeton.  Princeton University is one of the presitigious elite schools of the United States, and of course, it’s a very old school: it’s the second-oldest in the United States.  The oldest and original school in the United States, of course, is Harvard; I wound up going there later.  But Princeton, of course, a very long-known elite school; a great deal of money has been endowed to it by various trust funds.  And all of their building, all of their artwork—there’s a great deal of original art in the various graduate school buildings, the study halls, the libraries, etc., which I did wander around at a later date, after, of course, going through my schooling.  And it’s all there.  It’s a very prestigious school.  And, of course, the type of people who go there are, shall we say, the cream of the society in terms of what one usually considers the people who come from monied families, who have a position, and this sort of thing.  It was not a school— pardon the expression, it was not a school for commoners.  Not that I have anything against commoners, because I’ve long since learned from Al Bielek that there’s a different side of life than one learned as, shall we say, Edward Cameron.

The school was a very interesting school. I was in one of the fraternities.  I’ve long since forgotten, and I’ve tried to research this, and I can’t find much out to this day.  But I continued on, I finished my school there, went to graduate school.  And von Neumann, during this period of time, kept saying to me, if I’m going to go for a PhD, which, of course, I did, that I should go to Harvard.  That it was a better school in those days, and perhaps it was; and still has, of course, the great prestige of its past.  But eventually, in 1937, I transferred to Harvard in order to do my graduate work for a PhD in physics, which I continued and finished the work in the summer of 1939.

During this period of time, I had almost no contact with Duncan.  He didn’t come home: he stayed over in Scotland.  And perhaps there was a reason, because the Cameron family has a long history, which goes back into Scotland.  If you trace it historically in the Cameron clans, of course, they originated in Scotland, and there’s a great deal of history involving Scotland for the background of our family.  This is another subject I won’t go into now. But I finished my schooling in 1939 in the summer; I took my PhD, and all of the usual things that go with the graduation.  Duncan did the same.  Father decided at this time that it was time I met my mother again—my natural mother.  And we had to go over to Europe in order to pick up Duncan anyway, so father picks me up and we go to Scotland, Duncan becomes part of the entourage, and we go to Germany—to Königsberg—to meet my natural mother.  I hadn’t seen her, of course, in many, many years—very many years. T here she was when we got to the place, living in the family castle, if you will, overlooking the river right outside of Konigsberg.  I still remember this.  And of course, she was monied in her own way.  She was happy to see us; they had servants, and all that sort of thing.

We left there and returned to the United States—it was a short and a brief trip—on the first of September, 1939. We went back in the states.  And, of course, the first of September, 1939, was when hostilities broke out in Europe, over World War II.  Konigsberg today is part of Russia (Kaliningrad).  It was part of eastern Germany, which was captured by Russia as part of the end-of-the-war divisions of Europe.  And even after East Germany went back to become a part of unified Germany, Kaliningrad remained as part of Russia, and is still.  All of the castles there were no longer under private ownership.  That was ended when Russia took over, and they are now part of the state system, and, for the most part, they are museums.  There’s no private living in any of those in that section of Russia.  There’s another long story, I will not go into it, as to what happened to Mother.  Part of this, in terms of her, is still current: she is still alive today, believe it or not.  She is actually 100 years old, and will be 101 this summer.  Her birth date was June 30.  But at that time she was still a relatively young woman.

And when we returned to the United States, of course, Father said to us, Duncan and myself, “We want you to continue in the family tradition”—that is, in the Navy.  And he had, of course, (going into his background, which I will) many connections.  He had already set things up for us: had already, as we say, greased the skids, so if we would enlist in the Navy, there would be certain opportunities opened up for us.  So, we enlisted in September of 1939 at the Naval Enlistment Station at 50 Church St., New York.  We were given commissions as lieutenant JG (junior grade) because of our education.  And, of course, this was all tied into what Father had already set up for us, which was to work on a spectific project.  We were not informed in advance of what plans he had already made with certain groups in the military.  And we finished our schooling.  We then, of course— we went into a Navy school, which was what was typically called a “90-day-wonder” school at that time, for officers and officer candidates.  We finished that, and we were then assigned to the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton, New Jersey.

Now, I might go into a little bit further the background of Father.  My information on Father was very scanty at that time.  Of course, he was alive, and in the family, and we saw him a lot, and he made many trips to Europe.  And we didn’t know what they were all about at that time.  But we found out since—that is Duncan and myself, in research with some other people—he made many trips to Europe, and during the period from 1933 to 1941-42, he literally spirited nine different German scientists, mostly Jewish, out of Nazi Germany to the United States.  He brought them over across the ocean on an ocean liner, buried in a cubicle, which typically the store—the company store, that is, our family history—they had to bring many goods in from Europe, and they were typically packed twelve-foot [UI] in a crate.  Which was typical for handling at sea, you know, the crane dropped it in the hold of the ship and all this.  They would build a special one up with living quarters, which included, of course, food and water, light, sanitary facilities such as they were.  And this crate would be dropped in on the top of everything else, so it was on the top of the stack, as it were, in the hold.  Whether or not the person got out during this trip I don’ t know.

It would arrive in Brooklyn, or in the New York Harbor as the case may be, be offloaded, and that person would be removed and would then go literally to our home.  He’d be given a disguise, and after a period of time, he would sort of sink in and disappear into New York society.

These people were held in reserve; they were not used at all during that period of World War II until the war was over.  And there were some rather interesting people involved in that, including one very prominent scientist, who we were able to track the history of, and he became later on a very prominent scientist in one of the later follow-on projects after World War II—which had nothing to do with the Philadelphia Experiment, I might add.

These people came over, they went through this whole business, and Father was literally going into Germany—including after the war started and hostilities broke out, before the United States was involved directly in the war, and even one trip after the United States was involved.  In retrospect, if you look at this, how did he have so much access to Germany, which was basically Nazi Germany during this entire period?  And why was he able to spirit these people out who were well known scientists—they were beyond the engineering level: they were actually scientists, and most of them with PhDs—how was he able to get them out of Germany?  This has been something of a mystery we’ve never been able to determine, except he had a great deal of connections, some type of clout, which enabled him to go into Nazi Germany and bring these people out.

Typically, for someone to be brought out of Germany in that period of time, if they wanted asylum in the United States, or any other part of the world, if they wanted to be brought out, there was a price to be paid. And the price typically was, during periods of peacetime, before Germany was involved directly in the war, it they wanted to be brought out it would cost them typically fifty percent of their assets to guarantee safe delivery into an environment where they’d be safe. After the war started, I understand that it was everything you were worth financially if you valued your life.  Father probably collected a great deal of money over these various trips; nobody knows where it went.  And when Father did finally die, he had a very small—  In 1981, according to the official records, monies were inherited.  He had a small trust fund for my brother Duncan and his sister—a later Duncan than the one I am discussing from the period I am now talking about, namely, my early history as Edward Cameron.

World War II Begins

There was some dispute as to whether or not Father actually did die in 1981. That was later resolved only in very recent years. But at that time, when Father took us over to Europe in 1939, which was in August, and our brief stay and our return on September 1, things were a little bit hectic. And Europe, one could sense, was in something of a turmoil. People expected, because of the advent of Hitler and the rise to power in Germany, that something was going to happen in the way of a war. It did, of course, start in 1939 on September 1 because England, Winston Churchill, being the premier, declared war on Germany over the Polish corridor incident. And that, of course, began World War II.

The Institute for Advanced Study

The United States was not involved at this point. And we were enlisted in the Navy and went to Princeton, that is, to the Institute for Advanced Study, and I met Dr. John von Neumann, and from that point on, it became very interesting. Both Duncan and myself, having graduated with PhDs in physics, thought—actually it was a typical attitude, and still is—that we knew everything about everything. Now we knew all about physics, we knew all about science, and so forth and so on, so we joined the staff. We did not actually join the staff in the sense of being paid by the Institute. We were there as auxillaries assigned by the Navy to be both observers and participants in the ongoing Project Invisibility, which began in 1931. But what was interesting was the fact that John von Neumann had to sit us down in the class, quite literally just between Duncan, myself, and von Neumann, and tell us what the project what the project was all about. And not only tell us what the project was about, but what the mathematics were, what the physics background was and so forth, and in this period of time, which took over a month—not full-time, because he had other duties—but in this period of time he brought us up to speed and discussed various things, like the advanced mathematics at the time, rotating time fields, the physics of time, the physics of time fields, interlocking of various energetic systems, which we all know and understand—except the interpretation has been wrong on some of them—and it was well known at the Institute because of the fact that he had a long history of mathematics background, which von Neumann himself was involved in and other people there were involved in, which brought us to the point of almost saying, Why did we bother going to school? Well, of course, there was a good background; it was a good starting point. And from that point on, we learned the realities of modern physics, and speaking, of course, in terms of 1940, 1941, and what we were being groomed for.

Since technological superiority also means superiority in military and intelligence circles, it was decided by the government that it would be to their advantage to communicate with the aliens and possibly acquire advanced technology. They also wanted to find out more about both the aliens and the role they were playing in mutilations and abductions of humans and animals.

In 1952, the government created several special agencies to help with the problem. The National Security Agency (NSA) was created especially to deal with the aliens. Together with the NSA and the CIA, the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and Delta security forces (under the NRO) completely took over all aspects of alien and disk interaction.

One of the projects created in 1952 was Project Sigma, which was a joint NSA/CIA project that had as its objective communication with alien species.  The project was successful, and after communications sponsored through Project Plato (to establish diplomatic relations), a meeting was held between elements within the U.S. government and the species known as the Eban greys on April 25, 1964, at 18:00 at Holloman AFB in New Mexico.  Two disks hovered above the runway while a third landed.  [Lyndon Johnson became president after George H.W. Bush assassinated President John F. Kennedy.  Johnson covered up the CIA’s responsibility for the assassination.]

Thousands of feet of motion picture film were taken of the event, and in the 1980s, producer Linda Howe was contacted by Special Agent Doty of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) with a proposal to use some of the film in a Home Box Office (HBO) documentary. The government reversed its position later on, citing political reasons.

At the meeting at Holloman, hostages were exchanged. The name of the U.S. hostage is not known, but the alien hostage was known as KRLLL (no vowels), and he was confined to an electromagnetically secure facility at Los Alamos National Laboratory (Department of Energy) in New Mexico.

At one of the meetings between [individuals claiming to represent the people of the United States of America] and the Eban, as they called themselves, an agreement was negotiated. The individuals claiming to represent the people of the United States of America were aware that the Eban had a part to play in livestock mutilations and abductions of humans. The Eban told the government that their abductions of humans were for the purpose of performing biological examinations.

The agreement was made, and contained some of the following provisions:

1. The United States government would not reveal the alien presence and would not interfere with alien operations.

2. The United States government would allow the aliens to maintain underground bases. Old Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) underground facilities were some of the initial facilities to be offered, although larger faciliteis were built at 26 locations around the Southwest.

3. The United States government would allow aliens to abduct its citizens on a periodic and limited basis for biological examination, providing that the people were returned unharmed and without memory of the interaction.

4. The aliens would furnish a periodic list of abductees. This list would be reviewed by the National Security Council.

5. The aliens would provide the United States government with technology in beam weaponry, gravitational propulsion and mind control and implant technology. (Brain implants were in use as early as 1964 and legalized in Sweden by Olaf Palme)

It was estimated by scientists that the alien culture was at least 50,000 years ahead of ours. We even had our own scientists that were transferred to the alien world to study it.  AFOSI Special Agent Doty: “We have research scientists studying their planet like they study ours.”

Some time after the [individuals claiming to represent the people of the United States of America] made their agreement with the aliens, they began to suspect that the aliens were abducting a larger number of people than they were reporting to the National Security Council. The [individuals claiming to represent the people of the United States of America] weren’t so concerned about the animal mutilations, only the actions that involved humans. They also realized they had made a mistake in trusting the aliens and that they couldn’t do anythiing about it [without facing charges of treason and crimes against humanity].

So, the aliens had violated the agreement. There was also an awareness among the [individuals claiming to represent the people of the United States of America] of what the aliens were really doing with the people they abducted.  There was apparently little they could do but try to keep the information a secret [in order to protect themselves from facing military tribunals for treason and crimes against humanity].

In December 1988, former Navy intelligence officer William Cooper interviewed a man who said, “I don’t know everything, but it’s way out of control. To tell you the truth, I’m afraid of what’s going to happen. Giant underground shelters are being built under Groom Lake and in other places.”

At that time, in December 1988, there were other leaks that began to surface. It was said that the government tried to make contact with another group of aliens, allegedly the reptilians (who are apparently advancing on this star system), because they were one of the few enemies of the greys who could get rid of them. The communication was done from the huge underground communications facility outside Datil, New Mexico, in February of 1989. At the same time, at Los Alamos, scientists were phasing down the SDI program and continuing work on Project Excalibur, which involved nuclear missiles capable of penetrating 1,000 meters of hard soil. They were equipped with a one-megaton warhead and were proposed for use on the underground EBE (extraterrestrial biological entity) bases at Dulce, New Mexico, and other in the four-corners area.

A new, more disturbing rumor began to surface. It said that the government had already developed an anti-matter weapon at Los Alamos National Laboratories, and would detonate it above Earth’s surface, killing all life and destroying the atmosphere and water if the reptilians would not help us get rid of the greys. Evidently, other races use Earth as a way-station for natural resources and this was thought to be a good way to induce them to help us. There is not word on what the reply might have been.

[Think about that for one minute. The same government that yearly made human sacrifices to reptilian gods at Bohemian Grove; which was abducting millions of children for programming, sexual exploitation, slavery and ritual abuse; which kept the world in a state of constant warfare, ignorance, poverty, environmental degradation and moral degeneracy; was concerned about the people the greys were abducting?  And appealed to the same reptilians they made sacrifices to in their Luciferian rituals to save humanity from the greys?]

There is no doubt that the government policy of secrecy makes the harvest easier for the greys. [Under the Constitution, the government derives all of its powers from the people, and these powers are specifically stated in the Constitution. Obviously, there was treason] and it appears that the Nazi SS intelligence-based CIA had a lot to do with it.

One might note that alien-related projects, such as those that test and fly captured alien disks and maintaining bases and “the other space program” require a lot of money. In 1949, there was virtually no heroin addiction in the United States. Lucky Luciano was allowed to return to Italy around that time to start up the heroin processing labs in return for his help to the government during the invasion of Italy during WWII. Heroin began flowing into the United States in the 1950s, and it provided a good start for the massive addiction problem we have today. Bo Gritz, one of America’s most decorated heroes, recently wrote a book titled A Nation Betrayed. In it, he details that when he went over to Southeast Asia to investigate the POW (prisoner-of-war) problem, he discovered that the USG is the largest purchaser and distributor of heroin and cocaine in the world. Primarily, the CIA and the Delta security forces (under the command of the NRO at Fort Carson, Colorado) are involved. The process appears to serve two purposes: (1) To eliminate weaker elements of society and (2) To provide funds for alien-related and space projects.

In 1987, a Los Angeles police officer was killed when he discovered that the top floor of a hotel in Los Angeles was used as a CIA heroin/cocaine distribution point. Other points exist out of Riverton, Wyoming and on the Laguna Indian Reservation in Arizona.  So much for First Lady Nancy Reagan’s “Just Say No To Drugs” program. Who was in charge of the CIA during the greatest increase in activity in these programs? [Reagan’s vice president, George H.W. Bush]  Wake up, Planet Earth!

Eisenhower was the 34th president of the United States, serving from January 1953 to January 1961.  During World War II, he served as Supreme Commander of the Allied Expeditionary Force in Europe as a five-star General.  He planned and supervised the invasion of North Africa (1942–1943) and the invasion of Normandy from the Western Front (1944–1945).

In 1952, Eisenhower ran for president as the Republican nominee.  He won that election and the 1956 election by a large margin of victory.  During his two terms, Eisenhower used his prestige as commanding general of the victorious Allied forces in Europe to reduce the tensions that the Cabal was creating with the Soviet Union.

The Cold War was the continuation of an ancient strategy used by the Draco reptilians to divide, conquer and enslave the human race.  The ruling elites, who are part reptilian, have kept nations in a perpetual state of conflict in order to impoverish and weaken them.  They created one external enemy after another so that people wouldn’t see that their real enemy was their own ruling class.

Eisenhower joined the Army and ran for president to serve the people of the United States, not the capitalist class.  He visited Nazi death camps after the war and was horrified by the atrocities he witnessed.  He would not have willingly allowed facists to take over the United States.

“When people really understand where Eisenhower came from, he was a farm boy, how his parents did not want him to go to Westpoint and pursue his mission—very nervous about it. . . . However, by the time Eisenhower became president in 1953, the Cold War was well underway.  In the public mind, the enemy of the United States was its former ally, the Soviet Union.  Harry Truman had created a shadow-government in 1947 with the creation of the NSA, the CIA and Majestic-Twelve—all with the pretext of “fighting the Soviet Union.”  They chose Eisenhower’s vice-president—Richard Nixon—who was a child-raping Freemason.

Just a few days before the November 1952 presidential election, Truman carried out a military coup.  He made an order to the effect that all national security matters would be confined to a secret committee within the National Security Council and comprised of the secretary of state, the secretary of defense, and the director of the CIA.  This three-man committee would not be under the authority of the president of the United States, but would be autonomous, and would report to him, Harry S. Truman.  Effectively, Truman and this committee were running a shadow government during Eisenhower’s presidency.  (Richard Nixon was supposed to become president in 1960, but Kennedy won the election.  Another document published by Robert and Ryan Wood indicates that The Majestic Twelve had Kennedy assassinated.)

I therefore designate the Secretary of State and Defense as a Special Committee of the National Security Council for COMINT, which Committee shall, with the Director of Central Intelligence, establish policies regarding COMINT activities, and keep me advised of such policies through the Executive Secretary of the National Security Council.

The military junta set up by Truman, unfortunately, had veto power over President Eisenhower. As Laura Eisenhower, explained,

He wanted to align with Val Thor’s mission and they wouldn’t allow it: it got shot down, it got vetoed.  And this is when it becomes really obvious that the president doesn’t have as much power as people think.  He’s dealing with certain advisors and the shadow-government control-forces that literally will either lie to you, betray you, or shut something down.  And there’s a lot involved in that, in understanding the legalities, the government structure at that particular time and how that was even possible, that the authority of a president didn’t supersede that of those around him.  But that is the nature of the shadow government.  In particular, you mentioned Project Paperclip—all of these things that happened in 1947 to put different laws in place to make certain things not accessible to the office of the presidency—things that are deemed top-secret.  And so, Eisenhower lost control, especially with the greys and MJ-12 doing this behind his back. Dan Willis

The following account of Dan Willis, who served in the U.S. Navy, succinctly sums up Eisenhower’s role in the 1955 Granada Accords, a humans-for-hardware agreement made with small greys who were acting on behalf of the Draco reptilians and unfriendly greys in the Orion system.

In Feb 1954 President Eisenhower had a first-contact meeting with the Galactic Federation. Eisenhower had planned on public disclosure on radio and television in May of 1954, but was circumvented by the MJ-12 group, which opted for secrecy and a technology transfer with the Draco/Orion group that the Galactic Federation warned about.

 On Feb 11, 1955, a surrender agreement was made between the Eisenhower administration and the Nazi/Draco alliance due to their technological superiority.  Since that time, every president, CIA director and heads of intelligence have been DENIED ACCESS.

Al Bielek

In his Complete Video Autobiography, Al Bielek provides details about what happened in 1954:

The mind-control becomes a very interesting and very strong issue today, but I will go into it because it wasn’t the strong issue at that time, but was one of the research programs.  They were kicked out of Brookhaven in 1969 because somebody started reading their monthly reports, which are required for a tax-supported scientific institution.  They looked for a new home.  They found it at Montauk, Montauk Point, and the military people, they moved in, and the military people shortly after that moved out for the most part.  And they continued their operations, funded privately, without any government money.  Therefore there was no need for an oversight on the place.  But, of course, you had your intelligence people—CIA and NSA, ONI, Office of Naval Intelligence, DIA, all of them—knew everything that was going on.  And, of course, they were working with the people who were there because there was another aspect to this, which the public has never learned except in a few cases and instances, and very few people know about the Montauk research program out there at Montauk Point unless they reported it.  And there are quite a few people around today who were part of it.

That program went into high gear after 1968. It’s a very long and drawn-out story, but basically the continuation of German research took place there, and because of certain UFO activities, and what happened in 1954— This is part of the public record, which is still sealed, but it is public because I have read . . . private letters communication from somebody who was witness to this at Edwards Air Force Base. Believe it or not, a UFO landed in the middle of the base, the aliens got out, said to the scientists who were there—including the CIA, who had some very good scientists, and they do have some excellent technical people—there’s no question about it.

They said, “Okay, you guys think you’re so smart and know what it’s all about: see if you can get into our ships. We’ll just stand by and watch you and see what you can do. In two weeks time they found out they couldn’t get into the ships: they didn’t know how to enter them. They tried cutting torches, diamond cutters, everything else on the hull; they couldn’t cut it, they couldn’t scratch it, couldn’t do anything. Now, this became exceedingly frustrating to the scientists there, and, of course, the word went back through the community of intelligence groups, and the miltary, and to the president of the United States, Dwight Eisenhower. “Get out here and take a look at what’s going on.”

So, he took a vacation trip to go to one of the golf courses which were nearby. Eisenhower was known as the golfing president: he spent a lot of time on the golf course. So, he took a little trip to California, and he disappeared one night or one weekend to Edwards. And he witnessed the ship, and they wouldn’t let him get up right next to it, they wouldn’t let him talk to the aliens, but the record is that the military told him, “This is technology we have no idea what it is, and we’ve got to buy time. Make a treaty. We don’t care what kind of treaty you make. Make one—we’ve got to buy time.”

So, one was hammered out, which in essence, the name of the treaty for the record was the Greada Treaty [Accords]; I’m not going to say how I found that out. And it said in essence that neither us nor the aliens will interfere with either’s civilization—we will sort of keep our hands off of each other; we’ll each go our own way—but there will be cooperation. There will be technical information and expertise given to us that we don’t have. They wanted us to provide underground bases and medical expertise to help them with a problem they had, which, they said, was that “We have serious problems; our race is degenerating, and we need to create a new line of bodies. That was the story. Many people have reported this since and have discussed it.

And many underground bases were built over a period of time, starting in 1959. Because of this treaty, and this is the aspect that’s important, when the Montauk operation took place, that is, the secret part of it after the military was removed, and the German scientists and others that were not German moved in, there was government oversight in the sense of the direction of the projects and the cooperation that was ongoing and was to continue. And this was what they told these technical directors. He says, “You have to learn to work with aliens. They will be part of this project, and they will be cooperating with you to help develop certain technical aspects.” And that, of course, is what did happen. Later in 1954, the race of large-nosed gray aliens which had been orbiting Earth landed at Holloman Air Force Base. A basic agreement was reached. (8.3) What we’re looking at is, the American government had just won, and then lost, a war with the Germans, and so they were hiding that these were German space ships. And that was when this entire disclosure movement got started. So, from the get-go it has been a set of people digging for the truth, and there have been agents and disinformation people mixed in to keep them from finding the truth. So, this has been since 1947. . . .

And so you continue to have President Eisenhower claiming that weather balloons or whatever; he had a treaty [agreement] he signed with the Germans as soon as he was elected because they had been buzzing the White House. That was what the DC flap was about in the 1950s.

And I’m not sure about the Treaty of Greada. The story goes that it was a treaty with the Zeta greys, and if so, then that was in addition to the treaty with the Germans in Antarctica. So, you’ve got one with the folks in Antarctica and possibly another one.

And in that time while Ike was president you have a bunch of different groups that were coming in because we had set off nukes during WWII. And nukes are very dangerous–not necessarily here, but in the densities around us. Basically we were making big holes in the fabric of time-space, and beings who lived in other densities were simply disappearing. They were evaporated because of our bombs. So, not all of these ships are from 3-D: some are from other denisities that– they were coming in to tell Ike to knock this shit off.

So, he was having to deal with a lot of things. And I think he was basically a good person, and that he was in over his head. So, he turned it all over to his vice president, Rockefeller. [Eisenhower’s vice president was Richard M. Nixon] And so, that’s where the Rockefellers got their political power: Rockefeller became the liason between the Germans in Antarctica  and the American government. Frank Stranges

Commander Valiant Thor landed in a space ship on March 16, 1957, with two crew members. He asked to be taken to the president. After meeting with Eisenhower, the two became friends, and Thor was given VIP access to the Pentagon for three years.

Though he claimed to be from the inside of Venus, it has been claimed that Commander Thor was from the Pleiades system, and his race is called the Ahel.

Frank E. Stranges, author of The Stranger at the Pentagon (1967), told the following story about Val Thor’s offer of beneficial technology:

We had a marvellous half-hour conversation. I said, “Where are you from?”
He said, “I’m from your planet that your Bible calls the morning and the evening star.”
I said, “Venus?” and he said, “Yes. The inside of Venus.”
I said, “How did you get here?” He said, “I came in a saucer-craft which is called Victor I.”
I said, “What is your name?” He said, “Commander Valiant Thor. You call me Val.”
“How long have you been here?” “Three years this coming March 16th of 1960.”
“What have you been doing here?” He said, “I’ve been conversing with the president of the United States, Dwight D. Eisenhower, and Mr. Nixon, and several members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.”
He said, “I brought a gift for them. And this gift was in my hands, and I looked into the eyes of Mr. Eisenhower. I said ‘This information will do away with sickness, disease, and even death in the United States, and then you can share it with other nations.’”
He gave it to the president. President Eisenhower received this information. It took them over one year to get back to the commander. He was their guest for three years at the Pentagon. And one year later, the president came back, met with the commander again with this information in his hands, shaking his head. He said, “I’m sorry. We cannot accept this information because it will ruin the economy of the United States.”

Laura Eisenhower was asked about the beneficial technologies that Val Thor offered to her great-grandfather:

“And your great-grandfather, we understand, was introduced– Val Thor introduced the highest technology that would help humanity. How would that technology have helped humanity, Laura?”

“Well, any of these technologies. Most of the stuff introduced by the greys has to do with mind-control, social engineering, the chem-trail agenda, some of that darker stuff. Some benevolent technology as well, but used and weaponized in a bad way. . . Stranges (1967) describes how the Illuminati surrounding President Eisenhower were successful until the end in preventing any beneficial technologies from interfering with their plan to enslave the human race.

His last meeting with the president did not reap any results. He wanted to let the world know of Val’s proposed plan, but the Secretary of Defense, the director of the CIA, and the military chiefs of staff were opposed. The president attempted to effect a joint meeting before the General Assembly of the United Nations, but this plan, too, was rejected. He was informed that the U.N. would receive a special press release in the form of a memorandum to the Secretary General no later than February 7, 1966. These leaders argued long into the night, fearing that if the people of this nation learned of the plan Val was offering, they might choose to follow him instead of them. At one point, Nixon insisted that the “pressure boys” allow the president to make the decision. He was immediately vetoed. (p. 44)

Interview of Al Bielek, brother of Duncan Cameron and veteran of the Philadelphia Experiment and the Montauk Project

LE:  Tell us about the history of the Philadelphia Experiment.  You and your brother, Duncan, were naval officers aboard the ship, the Eldridge, engaged in an experiment about invisibility.  Then, what happened?

Bielek:  There were two tests, the first one on July 22nd, 1943.  The hardware worked very well and they achieved invisibility from radar, sight and camera.  The big problem was that the personnel stationed on the deck of the Eldridge were very badly hit by the high-powered electromagnetic radiation.  They were thoroughly disoriented.  Their nervous systems dysfunctioned, and they became very ill.

LE:  How do you make an object invisible?

Bielek:  Displace it in time.  Prevent a reflection of light or radar energy from it.  If there is no reflected light and radar energy, you are not going to see it.  The scientists were working with a concept of manipulating time to make an object invisible.

LE:  What happened to you and to Duncan?

Bielek:  We were inside the control room during the experiment.  The radiation had no effect on those of us who were below deck because we were shielded by the steel.

LE:  Even with the personnel problem, the Navy scheduled a second test in less than a month, right?

Bielek:  Yes. The Navy said: “Okay. You have until the 12th of August.  Do whatever you need to do to complete the experiment.  This test must be finished by that date, or just forget it.”  It was a drop-dead date, which means you finish by then or you just don’t bother.  They did say that they really didn’t need optical invisibility, only radar.  They still said that we had to meet that date.  Everybody was very unhappy about it because they knew the health problem was very serious.  No one knew how long it would take to solve this problem.

LE:  How was the second test different from the first one?

Bielek:  This one, unlike the first, was very successful in that we obtained radar invisibility after about 70 seconds.  Unbeknownst to us in the control room, the ship vanished right out of the harbor.  There was a nice big hole where the ship was in the water.  Remember that for the second test they didn’t want optical invisibility, only radar.

LE: They were not attempting to get optical invisibility, but it happened anyway?

Bielek: They only wanted radar invisibility.  The ship was a haze, then “poof”—it was gone! Even the waterline disappeared.

LE: Where did the ship go?

Bielek: Into hyperspace.

LE:  Will you define that for our readers?

Bielek:  Mathematically speaking, it is a domain that is outside of our normal, three-dimensional reality.  In fact, it is outside of the sixth-dimensional reality.  There are three physical dimensions as we see them, and there are three time dimensions.  So, the ship was outside our domain, including time.  Hyperspace is a nice mathematical term that says it is nowhere in terms of our reality.  No one can accurately define where it is.

LE:  Okay. The ship is in hyperspace.  Now what happens?

Bielek:  The equipment started to go haywire after about 30 seconds.  We were seeing strange effects in the control room.

LE:  Exactly what did you see?

Bielek:  The banks of electron tubes—3000 of them in racks—started to glow in an unstable way.  It was wavering, which was very unusual.  Then we started getting some high voltage archovers, like mini-lightning bolts, even though there was no high-voltage equipment in the room to cause such an effect.  We tried to get someone on the radio, but we heard only static.  We were on our own, so we decided to turn the equipment down.  We went for the main power control handles, but they were frozen.  At that time we decided to get out of the control room and to go up on deck.

LE:  What did you see when you went on deck?

Bielek:  A greenish haze.  Sailors walking around.  There was great confusion.

LE:  What was happening to the other sailors?

Bielek:  They were running around in circles like they were totally disoriented.  They didn’t know where they were or what to do, acting almost to the point of being crazy, but not quite.  Obviously, they were very disturbed or neurotic.  Duncan and I looked at this and decided to jump overboard and swim to shore.

LE:  Why didn’t you stay at your post?

Bielek:  Because we couldn’t shut down the equipment.  We went up on deck, saw what was happening, and jumped overboard.  Only we never hit the water.

LE:  You were floating in hyperspace at that time?

Bielek:  We were floating someplace.  It felt like we were falling through a tunnel.  We didn’t know where we were or what was going on.  We experienced what seemed like two minutes of this—and I have to be totally subjective on the amount of time.  We wound up in a military base, standing on our feet, at night, with a chain-link fence to our back.

LE:  What was the name of the military base?

Bielek:  The Montauk Station on Long Island, New York, only we didn’t know it at the time.  The next thing we knew there was a helicopter beaming a searchlight into our faces.  We did not know what a helicopter was; they were still in the experimental phases in 1943.  Military police ran out, grabbed us, and took us to a building.  We went down several floors in an elevator, underground.  An elderly civilian walked toward us and said, “Gentlemen. I’ve been waiting for you.  I’m Dr. von Neumann.”

LE:  How did you feel at this point?

Bielek:  We didn’t believe him.  We told him that he couldn’t be John von Neumann because he is a much younger man and we left him about an hour ago.  He said, “Oh, yes. I am.  Unfortunately, you are no longer in 1943.  This is 1983.  I am 40 years older.  Welcome to Montauk.  This is the Phoenix Project.”  We still didn’t believe him.

LE:  What did you believe?

Bielek:  We thought the guy was nuts!

LE:  Did you ever think that you were taken from the ship, brainwashed, and placed in this very unusual scenario?

Bielek:  A lot of thoughts went through our heads at that time.  We were confused and agitated.  Then he (Von Neumann) took us for a cook’s tour of the underground facility.  And that is when we saw all kinds of computers, tape recorders, large-screen displays, hard drives and similar equipment.

LE:  Things that obviously did not exist in 1943.

Bielek:  There was no such thing as even a tape recorder in 1943.  We did not recognize any of this equipment.  After the tour we watched color TV on a large screen.  We had only seen black-and-white up to that point.  The commercials were particularly interesting.  The one that sticks out in my mind was about flying to Hawaii for your next vacation in a 747 jet.   There were no such jets in 1943!

LE:  Seems like you were pretty emotional.

Bielek:  We were getting quite upset and decided maybe the old man was von Neumann and maybe we were in the future.  We were then taken upstairs and outside, where we were given a short tour of the base.  But, we were not allowed to leave.  They took us back to von Neumann, who said, “Gentlemen, we have a problem.  Your ship, the Eldridge, is still in hyperspace, and the bubble around it is growing.  We can turn off the equipment here at Montauk, but your ship’s equipment is still running and feeding the hyperspace bubble.  Unless it breaks down, there is enough fuel on board to run the generator for 30 days.”

LE:  What would happen if the hyperspace had continued to grow?

Bielek:  He told us that it could grow large enough to engulf the entire planet.

LE:  So, Earth would be in hyperspace?

Bielek:  Yes, out of our normal space.  Who knows what would happen then?  So, they had to do something to prevent it from growing.  They decided to send us back to the ship so we could smash the equipment.  They said that they had complete control over space and time at Montauk, and that they could send us anywhere and to any time.

LE:  They had a time-machine that you walked into and were transported elsewhere?

Bielek:  Yes, they did.  It was actually more like a time-tunnel than a time-machine.  We didn’t believe them, but they did send us back to the deck of the Eldridge with instructions to smash the equipment any way that we could, in order to turn it off.

LE:  One minute you were watching color TV; the next minute they are sending you and Duncan back to the ship deck full of crazy sailors.  How did that make you feel?

Bielek:  Not very good.  We went back to the ship to smash the equipment, not really knowing what was going to happen.

LE:  How did you destroy the machines?

Bielek:  We got axes and started smashing tubes, tube banks, and smaller equipment.  Eventually, the generator wound down.

LE:  And you returned to third-dimensional reality?

Bielek:  Before the ship re-emerged in the harbor, however, we went out on deck and saw sailors buried in the steel deck and bulkhead.  One of them was our younger brother.

LE:  Why did people get stuck in the walls?

Bielek:  Because of the process of re-materializing out of hyperspace into our reality.  As the fields collapsed, the molecular structure of the sailors’ bodies was also shifting.  If they were moving around, and a lot of them were, they would be in a fluid state until they re-materialized.  If they were floating around near a wall when it re-materialized, they would be stuck in it.

LE:  How did you and Duncan escape this tragedy?

Bielek:  We didn’t, totally.  Our little brother Jim died that way.  And Duncan didn’t stay.  He jumped overboard again, before the fields finally collapsed, and would up someplace in 1983 or around that time period.

LE:  Did Duncan leave again because of what happened to your brother Jim?

Bielek:  Yes.  Jim died when he got stuck in a bulkhead.  Duncan disappeared back into the future.  I stayed there, and eventually the fields re-materialized.

LE:  You could have jumped overboard too.

Bielek:  I could have.  Duncan was expecting me to.  I didn’t for one reason.  I saw Jim there, crying, with his head and shoulders out of the steel, so I put my arms around him and he died that way.

LE:  You lost both of your brothers and traveled forty years in time.  That’s enough to drive the average person crazy.

Bielek:  Yes, if it were the “average person,” he probably would have gone insane.  I stayed sane, perhaps because of my naval training.  Maybe I was selected for the job by somebody who knew more than I did.  I often speculated, “Why me?”

LE:  Why do you think?

Bielek:  Maybe because of my father.1  He had been a career Navy man.  He also was smuggling Jewish scientists out of Germany during WWII.  One of them happened to be Herman C. Untermann, who later became director of the Montauk Project from 1977 to 1983.

LE:  Where you were in 1983, did you find out who won the war and bring back some military information?

Bielek:  Oh, yes.  They told us we had won the war, and were in a Cold War with Russia, and had been on the moon.

LE:  Did they tell you anything that could change events?

Bielek:  No.  There is a problem with doing that, called the time-loop.  Our being there physically violated the flow of time and created time ripples.  If we had brought back knowledge to change the history of the war or speed it up we could have caused a closed-loop time paradox, in which interfering with the past too much could change the future.  In doing so, the person in the future could have changed where he had been.

LE:  What is the “present” when you travel in time?

Bielek:  The “present” is where you are.  Your reference is where you were born.  A “time lock” occurs at the time of conception.  Even if you move up and down the time stream, you still have the same reference point.

LE:  Why do you think this happened to you and Duncan?

Bielek:  We’ve never been able to answer that.  It may have been planned, but not by us or anyone else on the ship.  There were two others who jumped overboard, but they disintegrated.

LE:  What differences did you sense about yourself when you went back to 1943?

Bielek:  My mental outlook had drastically changed.  Physically I did not feel any difference.

LE:  Did you witness any alien intervention?

Bielek:  I did not see any aliens in 1943.  We found out since then that they were there.  I have a picture of Valiant Thor taken from the Eldridge.2  I plan to show that photograph at the Asheville, North Carolina Expo.  However, the aliens were heavily involved with Montauk.  They were there, visible, mostly from 1973 to 1983, assisting with the time-tunnels.

LE:  How did the aliens benefit?

Bielek:  The aliens were the ones who transmitted the drop-dead date of August 12, 1943 down the chain of command working on the Philadelphia Experiment.3  When the time-travel occurred, it caused a rift in space-time, but it did not destroy it.  That hole allowed alien ships from other domains to come through in large numbers and sizes.  The rift was created when Montauk locked with the Philadelphia Experiment.  But they couldn’t have done so without the alien help, especially for the super hardware needed.

LE:  So, that is why you conclude that aliens were involved with the project in 1943?

Bielek:  Yes, to allow the two experiments to lock.

LE:  Do you consider these aliens to be of a negative nature?

Bielek:  Basically, yes.

LE:  What proof do you have of the alien intervention?

Bielek:  The government does have photos.  Physically, I saw the aliens when I was in the Montauk underground.4

LE: You are very vocal about what you know.  Why do you think you are not interfered with?

Bielek: Perhaps because of my time travel with Duncan and the time-loop problem.  They don’t dare touch us until 2003.

LE: Why 2003?

Bielek: It is 20 years after the 1983 incident.  Time equations show that because of the Earth’s biorhythms, it takes 20 years for the whole thing to stabilize down to the way it was before any of this happened.  We don’t have to worry about the past, just the future.  If this time-hole isn’t dampened by something in 2003, it could flare up again and get worse.

LE:  Are you and Duncan the “dampening factor?”

Bielek:  Yes.

LE:  What happens if you die before 2003?

Bielek:  Depending on how close it is to 2003, the effect could be a very unstabilizing and unsettling event for Earth.

LE:  That’s a big statement.  If you go, so does the Earth?

Bielek:  The government won’t let us die.

LE:  Assuming that you and Duncan are still alive on August 12, 2003, what could happen?

Bielek:  The whole thing becomes stable and probably shuts down, unless someone builds hardware to extend it.

LE:  Is there a price on your head after August 12, 2003?

Bielek:  Theoretically, there could be a price on my head now because I have been so open in talking about these projects, the Philadelphia Experiment and the Montauk Project.  But, I have never been approached by a government agent and they have never threatened me.  But they have threatened others.

LE:  Why do you think that the government allows you to speak so openly?

Bielek:  I really can’t answer that. I have said enough that other people have been nailed for, but they never say “boo” to me.

The human race did not evolve on its own.  It is the product of genetic engineering carried out by highly advanced beings that have existed for billions of years.  432,000 years ago, beings from the Sirian civilization arrived and began to accelerate the evolution of primates.  Over the following millenia, other civilizations brought people to Terra and experimented with various combinations of DNA.  All of this took place with a high degree of coordination, the goal being a race that was genetically strong and which contained the DNA of a diverse mix of species.

By 32,400 B.C., the people brought to Earth had evolved into human beings, and a group known as the Council of Nine began to impart the elements of civilization.

Despite these auspicious beginnings, by the second half of the 20th century, the human race was nearly enslaved. The ruling class had sold humanity to aliens as if they were livestock.  These villains, known as the bloodline families, were themselves half-reptilian.  They performed out Satanic rituals and drank human blood.

During World War II, the Illuminati-controlled German government made a pact with Aryan extraterrestrials from Aldebaran and Draco reptilians: the aliens would be provided with humans to experiment on, and the government would receive advanced technology.  A Nazi base was built underneath Antartica, and another beneath Australia.

When Franklin Roosevelt died in 1945, the Illuminati seized control of the U.S. government through Vice President Harry Truman, a 33rd-degree Freemason.  In 1952, Truman signed an unconditional surrender to the Antarctic Nazis (See The Omega Project).

The future looked bleak for humanity, but all was not lost. Beings from many different star systems, galaxies and dimensions came to the rescue. The Galactic Federation of Worlds, being the closest to Terra, have been helping humanity on the military and technological front to fight six predatory races known as the Nebu.  Extremely advanced entities known as The Council of Nine and The Council of Five have been working on the spiritual front, helping Terrans to raise their vibrational frequency to a higher level.  In addition, since the end of WWII, millions of souls have volunteered to incarnate on Terra, like a heavenly Abraham Lincoln Brigade.  The volunteers call themselves star seeds.  

Questioner:  How many of them are incarnate on Terra now?

Ra:  I am Ra. The number is approximate due to an heavy influx of those birthed at this time due to an intensive need to lighten the planetary vibration and thus aid in harvest.  The number approaches sixty-five million.

Questioner:  Are most of these from the fourth density?  What density do they come from?

Ra:  I am Ra.  Few there are of fourth density.  The largest number of [volunteers] are of the sixth density.  The desire to serve must be towards a great deal of purity of mind and what you may call foolhardiness or bravery.  The challenge/danger of the [volunteer] is that it will forget its mission, become karmically involved, and thus be swept into the maelstrom into which it has incarnated [and contribute to] the destruction. – The Law of One  (January 28, 1981)

The Return of The Seeders

In October of 2021, a massive fleet of ships arrived in the solar system and docked near Jupiter’s moon, Ganymede.  This fleet accompanied the return of a group that is sometimes called the Intergalactic Federation, and sometimes the seeders.1

This is what Commander Val Nek, of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, said about the seeders on October 15, 2021:

You see, these beings, the consciousness if you will, that we call the Intergalactic Federation, they are responsible for seeding many different races that date far beyond the history of man.  They are the ancestors of Planet Terra and many others, and hold the consciousness of creation.  It may be helpful to think of them as energy instead of extraterrestrials or people.  Their energy holds a quantum frequency that contains the original intention of this planet and its people, when it was first created and even before it and the inhabitants were created.  (Megan Rose, 2021, p. 61)

This article is not about these momentous events, which are all described in Megan Rose’s book, Welcome to the Future.  Rather, it is about the seeders.

Indigenous human beings

The most thorough description of the origins of the human race is found in Radu Cinamar’s Forgotten Genesis (2019).  What we learn from this amazing work is that there was nothing organic about humanity’s evolution.  Cinamar recounts how 432,700 years ago, beings from the Sirian civilization arrived on Terra and began to alter the DNA of primates they found on the Sinai Peninsula.  Their goal was to help them evolve into a race which could support the spiritual evolution of souls. Over the following 10,000 years, they monitored their progress and continued to make subtle changes.

It was primarily the Sirian civilization which had assumed the role of “parent” in the creation of more beings in our galaxy—among them the future human beings on Terra—having collaborated in this respect with several other very advanced civilizations, among which one of the more important ones were the Arcturian.  They were considered the “doctors” of the galaxy because of their exceptional knowledge in the field of spiritual development of genes, life and evolution.

I was shown in a few pictures that the Arcturians deal in our galaxy with the state of harmony, well-being and spiritual health of many civilizations, expecially those in the early stages of evolution.  Knowing the “theme” of the genetic project on Terra, they suggested that the strain of human DNA must withstand a very high degree of complexity of genetic combinations, and also indicated the frequencies that were needed to make it happen in order to get this extraordinary versatility of the macro-molecule of life. At some point a new branch of primates was developed through genetic engineering that combined the DNA of primates with that of ETs.  The original branch of primates was called E-N-K and the new branch was called E-N-L.  It was this second branch, E-N-L, that developed into the civilizations of Mu, Hyperborea and Atlantis.

Although the E-N-K branch was mostly allowed to evolve naturally, there were occasional infusions of ET DNA, and they were also allowed to interbreed with the more evolved E-N-L branch.  Eventually, the E-N-K branches evolved into humans with genomes from twelve intergalactic species.

This is how Radu Cinamar describes the relationship between the E-N-K and E-N-L branches:

With regard to the E-N gene, through the subtle energetic interventions of the Neiberau ship, and the genetic ones realized by Tenekau and the team of researchers, it gradually developed and split into two main branches: the E-N-L and the E-N-K.  They developed over time, and through diversification, each formed sub-branches.  Following the birth of Adam, the E-N-L branch became a specialized nursery for the incarnation of extraterrestrial beings who had accepted the mission to help ground the new race, while the E-N-K branch has grown more slowly and mostly naturally, with certain occasional infusions of extraterrestrial DNA, or through combinations with higher beings from the E-N-L branch. (p. 153)

Cinamar goes on to explain that the E-N-L branch dissappeared along with Atlantis.  However, many souls chose to remain behind to pass on their knowledge to the E-N-K humans, and this brought about a leap forward in their evolution (p. 163).

The Council of Nine

Between 1975 and 1994, a medium named Phyllis Schlemmer Carmel channeled an entity that called itself The Council of Nine for a select group, which included Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry and researcher Andrija Puharich.  The Council of Nine described themselves as being Aeons: they are formless, wise and all-powerful (see The Council of Nine).

Colonization

The following exchange is between the Council of Nine and attendees at one of the sessions.

GENE: Have the civilizations represented by The Nine visited Earth in humanity’s distant historical past?

Tom: Yes, many times.

GENE: And is it also true that some of them remained on Earth interbreeding with the humans here?

Tom: There were civilizations that colonized Planet Earth. The original beings that evolved on the planet Earth were what you would call the black race.

GENE: Do I then understand that the races other than the black are result of interbreeding between the black and the people of the civilizations?

Tom: No. The orientals, the whites and reds have been colonized, have been of other civilizations.

GENE: Are they the results of breeding on Earth or were they brought to Earth?

Tom: They are the result of breeding upon Planet Earth.

GENE: Since the whites and reds and [orientals] represent breeding of advanced civilizations, does that mean that the black is inferior to other races, or are they merely different? Can you explain what the difference is?

Tom: The black is an equal race upon the planet Earth. Those that colonized from other civilizations to Planet Earth (and the Hawk’s civilization had a portion of involvement) attempted— How can we explain? Before the time of 32,000 B.C., seeds were placed upon the planet Earth. Then, by 32,000 B.C., the seed had evolved into a human being. Then at that time those of the other civilizations came to this planet with a being we could call the Hawk to interbreed the seeded peoples with beings from other civilizations. The blacks evolved from the planet. It was an experiment, to see in which manner the originals, that were not seeded, would evolve in comparison with those that colonized.

STEVE: I’d like to ask about the historical information we’ve been given about civilizations on Earth before 32,000 B.C. I understand that the black races were the only people on Earth at this time, is this so?

Tom: It was those that evolved on Earth. It was the original on the Earth.

STEVE: They were not in just one location in Africa, were they? Because I understand that there have been finds in Siberia and China.

Tom: They evolved on all the landmasses of the Earth.

STEVE: Yet people of China, Siberia and South America are not negroid.

Tom: When you speak of others, the red, the yellow, and the white, they were descended from colonizations from other civilizations many thousands of years ago. This is not the same as the colonization from the higher civilizations of 32,400 B.C. The originals were the blacks.

JOHN: And so, is it true to say that blacks are the only race that went through a complete evolution from here?

Tom: Yes. Those that are the nature of black were the indigenous of this the Earth. They may, if they have the wish, go as souls to other worlds for evolution, or evolve in different situations within this planet. It is their choice.

(p. 87) JOHN: When the Hawk came down to Earth, at what stage were the Earth people? They had not had any previous contact in any form at all with the civilizations. Were they what we would call barbaric, or— ?

Tom: You might call them simple structured societies.

JOHN: Yes, and then there was a mixing of genes with them?

Tom: Yes. That was the beginning of more advanced culture on Planet Earth.

ANDREW: What kind of a race was found there with whom to begin doing the bioengineering? Were they blacks, whites or yellows?

Tom: The civilizations have never mingled with the original race of Earth, which is the black race. But other beings had been set upon Earth by other civilizations — civilizations that you would find of superior intelligence to you, but not working in direct cooperation with the Twenty-Four — who transported groups of beings that were outcasts. These in turn evolved as human. It was this race which was mixed and intermingled by those who landed in 32,400 B.C. They were placed. We cannot use the word seeded because it is not the appropriate word.

Before the time of 32,000 B.C., seeds were placed upon Planet Earth. Then, by 32,000 B.C., the seed had evolved into a human being. Then the other civilizations came to this planet with a being we could call the Hawk to interbreed the seeded peoples with beings from other civilizations.

In her book, A Gift From the Stars and The Book of Alien Races (2020), French archeologist and registered Druid priestess Elena Danaan writes the following:

Invader races on Terra have interrelated agreements between them, as well as with the U.S. government and [its security forces]. Draconians [are at the top of the pyramid] of the military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex, controlling all information related to the alien presence. They control the elites, media, corporations, institutions and financial systems. They [foment] wars, scarcity, fear and insecurity, and encourage corruption, ethnic and religious violence, terrorism, drug trafficking and organized crime.

There is a strict hierarchy involving the Draco reptilians and other extraterrestrial races involved in the invasion of Terra. Reptilians from Thuban, the Ciakahrr and Naga are in command of the Earth-based reptilians. These, in turn, are in command of the Maytrei (medium-sized greys) . . .* The Maytrei . . . are in command of the Do-hu Zetai (small greys). . . and their related cloned and biosynthetic technicians.

The American government made an alliance with a separatist faction of Telosii, a colony from Alpha Centauri which is part of the Agarthan [Inner Earth] kingdoms. These two allies later made secret treaties with the Do-hu from Zeta Reticuli . . . The deal was to [allow them to] conduct a few abductions of Terrans . . . in exchange for technology . . .

The Do-hu and the Draconian reptilians work together. They used their treaties with the Terran and Telosi governments to take possession of the military bases and the Telosi underground colonies. (pp. 152-153)

The deals struck between The Majestic Twelve and the Zeta Reticuli greys were not treaties.  Only the president of the United States can sign a treaty, it must be debated in public, and it must be ratified by two-thirds of the Senate.  No treaty exists between the U.S. government and aliens; therefore, Danaan’s claim is false.

On May 18, 2022, Danaan attempted to explain an amendment that the Galactic Federation of Worlds recently made to the Law of Non-Interference.  This amendment recognizes that when a technologically advanced group attempts to conquer and enslave an evolving society through infiltration, that is a violation of the free will of the society and constitutes interference.  On this occasion she falsely claimed that the United States government has “ownership” of prisoners, and “have lawfully all rights over them.”

SSP veteran Penny Bradley, in an interview with AJ Roberts, talked about the Luciferian practice of treating prisoners as chattel slaves:

We’ve also been taking prisoners in the United States out of prison. The same abductions for service in space happen to people in prison, only they’re not officers and soldiers. They’re the people that are digging the mines; they’re the people who are cleaning the latrines; they’re the people who are put out in battle without space suits. The fact that the Law of Non-interference was amended means that there was something wrong with the legal framework under which the GFW has been operating.  Objective circumstances haven’t changed: according to Danaan, the Ciakaharr have used proxy races and secret deals with leaders to take over worlds for ages.

“This joint method of maipulation using the Do-Hu for easy conqust is so well known; it has been used by the Ciakahrr Empire to infiltrate many worlds.  Always, they are able to find naive indigenous allies to sell out their own people in exchange for false promises.  Once treaties are signed, and the local leaders of the invaded planet agree on the terms the invaders have all rights regarding in the eyes of the Galactic Federation of Worlds.  They systematically proceed like this, and it works wonders because they always manage to find that sparkle of greed and personal profit in targeted indigenous leaders on the world to conquer.”

“In 1954, the Do-Hu contacted Terran leaders to operate their age-old trick, so the Galactic Federation of Worlds decided to . . . warn the Terran leaders not to make the greatest mistake ever in thier history.  Unfortunately, it occurred shortly after the Terran leaders signed an agreement with the Do-Hu.” (p. 153)

I will now move on to the rest of the horror story.  Danaan claims (p. 69) that her information comes from a commander of the Galactic Federation of Worlds named Thor Han.  Given her Satanic affiliation, her false claims and her completely unjustified defamation of Megan Rose, I don’t take anything she says on trust; however, the information is worth considering.

Underground Nightmares and the Rising Storm (p. 153)

Over the following decades, the situation worsened. In a short time, the list of a couple of hundred of abductions, mostly prisoners and the mentally ill, ballooned to thousands, and then millions.  The Ciakahrr Empire stepped in as soon as the treaty was signed and shortly afterwards, the Orion Empire and the Corporate of Altair invited themselves to the party. Independent groups such as Kiily-Tokurit and Maytrei jumped on the opportunity, and quite quickly, a complex web of agreements was made among non-Terran species.

On the earth and beneath it, secret alliances were made between aliens and dark Terran cults that fed on fear, pain and blood sacrifices [the Freemasons, the Vatican, the Sabbatean-Frankist cult, the Muslim Brotherhood and other Illuminati societies].  All of this was set up to give birth to the most horrible, multi-tentacled beast: the Cabal.

For decades, Terrans were abducted, imprisoned, bred, tortured, raped and butchered in the vast underground facilities connected with the U.S. military bases [also the NSA].  Children were used for the sex trade, food and adrenochrome; women for breeding and as sex slaves; and men as slave workers sent to diverse mining colonies.

Some facilities specialized in mind-control technologies, using nano-particle and quantum-dust trackers, AI, guided energy weapons, human cloning and genetic experiments, and worse—soul scalping.  This is the removal of the soul from the body by means of mercury, chrome and intense pain.

All of the species named and all of the Terran elites were implicated in these crimes.  The network of underground bases, tunnels and cities was vast.  The Agarthan subterranean structures, extremely ancient, were requisitioned and vastly extended with the help of ET technology.  Trains running deep underground used antigravity technology to travel at up to 1,200 km per hour, linking the continents together.

That has all come to an end.

In the second decade of the 21st century, a vast operation was created to conduct a large-scale cleansing named “The Storm.”  The purpose was to exterminate the Cabal and liberate the Terran species.  We renewed contact with Terran governments and started working with them, training elite fighters and preparing an interventon which will be remembered as the greatest covert operation in the history of Earth.

The Galactic Federation generated precise seismic activity to map the whole thing and this is how we located all of the tunnels and facilities.  Strengthened by our support, many influential Terrans started to speak out and reveal the truth.  Many were eliminated, but nevertheless the Cabal was overwhelmed.  One by one, Terran leaders rebelled and joined the fight, and [non-Terran] allies of the Ciakahrr Empire, not wanting to oppose the Galactic Federation, turned their backs on them.

The war underground was violent, but millions of Terrans were rescued and Terran elites were arrested.  In a final paroxysm, the Cabal created the fiction of a deadly pandemic as an excuse to impose martial law and forcefully inject the entire population with tracker-dust.  The 5G network would work with this substance to imprison Terrans in the third-dimension matrix.
