Was Terra an intergalactic Botany Bay?


Q:  What kind of a race was there with whom to begin the bioengineering?

Tom:  The twenty-four civilizations have never mingled with the original race of Terra, which is the black race.   But other beings had been set upon Terra by other civilizations—civilizations not working directly with the twenty-four.  [These other civilizations] had transported groups of beings that were outcasts, and these evolved as human.  It was this race which was mixed and intermingled by those who landed in 32,400 B.C.  The people were placed there.  We cannot use the word seeded because that is not the appropriate word.

Q:  Are they the results of breeding on Terra or were they brought to Terra?

Tom:  They are the result of breeding upon Planet Terra. . . . Before the time of 32,400 B.C., seeds were placed upon Terra.  By 32,400 B.C., the seed had evolved into a human being.  Then, those of the other civilizations came to this planet with a being we could call the Hawk to interbreed the seeded peoples with beings from other civilizations.  The blacks evolved from the planet. MICHAEL WASKOSKY: In one of the previous updates, you talked about the souls from around the cosmos being brought here, from around the galaxy. Do you think that is the same thing as the star-seed phenomenon, when you’re talking about the soul being brought here, that they couldn’t make it on their planet?

COREY GOODE: Yes. Yeah, the star seed is kind of a bucket for all sorts of things: ET groups that came here on purpose to incarnate and try to help us, but also just a bunch of real confused souls that were dumped here because they were interfering with the progress of another—

See, one of the things that, I guess, you can do if you’re an advanced species—but not completely ethical—is if you have a certain percentage of your people that are looking like they’re moving in the right direction, and there’s a group that’s holding you back, they have the technology to harvest their souls, take them to another planetary sphere, release them there, and because of the electromagnetics of the planet— it’s kind of like a hard drive, and those souls are electromagnetic, and they are then planted onto this hard drive, or this planetary sphere, and they get stuck in that incarnation cycle.

And that’s happened on this planet so many times that we have groups that were having their own problems or issues in the ascension process, and they may have been holding back other planets, or they may have been people that were too liberal, artsy, and weren’t locking into the timeline of that planet where they were wanting to evolve.  So, a lot of the civilizations that can travel the stars also have the ability to easily bind a soul to a magnetic field and harvest it, and then take it and install it somewhere else.

MICHAEL WASKOSKY: Yeah, the Ra contact does basically give both examples of why beings come and incarnate on a different planet, both to help alleviate the harshness and raise the vibration, but also because they have their own distortions to work through, and this is such an accelerated learning environment. It’s much easier for souls who are having some particular blockage that they want to accelerate their progress through, it’s much faster to get that done incarnating on Earth, is basically what it says.

(25:30) MERRILY: At what point did Earth become a prison planet?

APOLLYMI: Just about every seed planet is a prison planet. It really depends on the planetary creator councils. If they have people who have done wrong . . . they can put you on a prison planet, which is usually a seed planet. And this is so that, instead of imprisoning their soul, they can have experiences and possibly learn from them. And to make sure they learn, there is karma.

MERRILY: So, a seed planet could also be called a rehabilitation planet—it sounds better than prison planet.

APOLLYMI: The difference for a prisoner is that you will be reincarnated on that planet continuously until your sentence is served, like my circumstance, for example. So, my sentence is complete; therefore, after I die, I can either leave this planet, or I can reincarnate somewhere else when I choose to.

Radu Cinamar, Forgotten Genesis

From the original Sirian civilization, many other secondary civilizations have developed that have relocated over time to other planets and other star systems.  Most of them, however, have settled near the Canis Major constellation, especially in the Orion constellation and the star systems of Orion’s Belt.  The mistake made by contemporary authors was to confuse one of these secondary civilizations that spread throughout the galaxy with the original Anunnaki civilization on Sirius A.

In the discussion I had with the man from Apellos, he synthesized these aspects very well.

“When a being is born, he begins the cycle of continuous evolution.  A planet can only support the evolution of that being or civilization for a certain time: there comes a time when a civilization must mature.  This happened with the E-N-L branch, which, at its maximum level of development, withdrew into the subtle etheric plane. [The soul-harvest that took place in Atlantis – the editor]  This will be the case with the current human civilization as soon as it reaches its peak; but for now, contrary to what most people believe, homo sapiens’ civilization is still far from the beginning of its maturity.  To draw a parallel, they are about somewhere between fourteen and sixteen, an age when all teenagers think they are extraordinary; but in reality, this is far from the truth.  They have much more to learn.”

A common strategy, which is used by the vast majority of advanced alien civilizations, is to send certain members of a particular civilization that have not evolved as quickly as the rest of the population to a more suitable plaet.  In other words, they are relocated to another planet which better corresponds to their vibrational frequency, where they will evolve at their own pace.  Those who remain on the home planet can thus accelerate their evolution without being hindered by those who have been relocated.

An example is that of the Anunnaki, because they proceeded in this way in successive phases, relocating entire segments of the population of their planet, originating in the Sirius A system, to other star systems.  Such migrations to other planets follow the cosmic law of vibrational affinity because no being can remain in an existential reality unless he corresponds to that local frequency.  An adjustment of the situation is then sought out, with the most natural solution being this kind of redistribution of the vibrational frequencies.

Metallicman – Question and Answer with Domain Commander

[8.1] Question – What did I experience as a child that I only now have the wisdom to begin to comprehend?

When I was a kid in around 1984-1987 my mother shared a story with me that one of her co-workers confided to her. Her co-worker’s name was MJ and they worked together at the Beaver Valley nuclear power plant located in the borough of Shippingport, PA, on the Ohio River.

MJ told my mother about a time she and her family were driving home early one night. They saw a UFO hovering off to the side of the road, and they stopped the car and stared at the object.

It had 3 portals along the side and they were able to see a figure with a large head, large eyes and kind of a squished-in face. One of the family exited the car to look closer, and the object flew away.

I also experienced a couple of odd occurrences at night. One was in the summer of 1986 while taking a family road trip to Enid, OK, to visit relatives. We got lost one night driving somewhere near the Ozarks and experienced “lost time”. Another couple of times I experienced a presence trying to pull me out of bed at night. I vividly remember 1-2 instances as a teenager and also one within the last year.

I have always felt I have some unique purpose here to do something; I have only in the last 5 years tried to really openly begin to explore this. I trained a little in remote viewing, I explored spirituality and  I trained as a medium and a psychic. I also meditated and engaged In deep prayer.

It was May 2020 when I found the MM website. I thought/felt I’d finally stumbled into something that provided a deeper understanding—not with the UFO enigma, but my second truth quest in life—what is it all about?

COMMANDER:

The Domain conduct periodic operations within the prison complex confines. These are periodically observed by inmate skin-suits. However, questioner’s mother’s co-workers did not observe a vehicle of The Domain. That was a vehicle of <redacted> and they are the assets that investigate nuclear systems and operations upon the Earth physical sphere.

Questioner’s experience of “missing time” is similiar to that of MM when he was upgraded in 1985. These are events that take place to perform biological investigation, monitoring, and observation. Questioner was examined, and returned with no ill effects. This was also conducted by <redacted> but is part of an overall structured process in which multiple “species” take part.

Questioner is on a pre-birth world-line template (sic) that was established for this role of a searcher for precisely the purposes of the acquisition of knowledge for eventual realease from this prison complex. Thus, while it might appear to be random, it is not. Questioner is running a fated existence for precisely the reasons previously stated.

Questioner must now accept this reality and recognize that it is in a school at this time with the ultimate goal of release on parole from the complex. Every effort the questioner is involved in should be directed to this goal.

[8.2] Question – Why not destroy really bad IS-BE entities?

Question: Rather than work so seemingly wide-spread (on this earth), and time-consuming, and given that the entities in meat-suits are immortal, why not just terminate their (the really bad guys) existence here? Are not these Old Empire parasites easy enough to identify?

COMMANDER:

One cannot destroy an IS-BE. You may apparently “erase” its memories, but through techniques in development, they will be able to be recovered. You may cut it up, divide it, and scatter its pieces elsewhere, but in so doing you will create many of the same entities. Instead of one, you now have thousands.

You may place it in a confinement area, such as a bubble universe, but it will eventually leave that confinement area.

Thus the solution of the “Old Empire” manifested; a bubble universe with a system of strife and reward on a never-ending wheel that keeps an intentionally ignorant IS-BE from returning to its parent universe.

The “Old Empire” thought process was valid, but was thwarted by internal corruptions and problems in implementation and selfish pursuits. It had eveolved into a kind of playground for torture, visceral pleasures, idealized control and other vices. It has spun wildly out of control and is now evolved into something wholly different from its initial intent.

The Domain is active in stabilizing this environment, but there are bigger, more pressing galactic issues at hand and the resources are limited. Rest assured that we are doing everything we can at this moment, and the questioner must recognize that and not be overly influenced by problematic IS-BE entities he is trapped with.
