Born and raised in Canada, Nüsken was impressed as a young child into the Nacht Waffen Regir—the Dark Fleet—because of his ancestry. On his mother’s side were French-Canadian Jesuits and Native American medicine men; on his father’s side were Anglo-Saxons and a German WWII fighter pilot awarded two Iron Crosses.
In the Nacht Waffen Regir, Nüsken reached the equivalent rank of Lt. Colonel in the 302nd Jugenbild Unit—which means “Youth View.” He believes Jugenbild is a Nacht Waffen recruitment arm operating out of Western Canada. He also names some SRA sites in Canada, because Nacht Waffen, Monarch and the Cabal (Luciferian Illuminati families) work together. But there is a rebel group within Nacht Waffen Regir that is opposing that, which is called The Alliance.
Nüsken has memories of Lunar Operations Command, Mars, Ceres Colony, Iapetus (a moon of Saturn), and Alpha Centauri. He also has memories of missions during which he rescued potential assets and friendly populations and took them to NWR facilities and planets. During his years of service, he has encountered Draco reptilians, greys and native Centaurians.
Nüsken remembers two alternative timelines involving Nacht Waffen Regir landing on Earth: a Project Bluebeam timeline and a fake-rescue timeline. In the fake rescue, he remembers moving through urban areas, armed to the teeth with conventional weapons, rounding up Cabal loyalists or eliminating them when they put up a fight. Shortly after the Cabal are removed, however, NWR starts injecting the population with nannites in preparation for injecting everyone with black goo.
How he was chosen for the Nacht Waffen Regir
(23:00) My great-grandfather, at the time he was in the Luftwaffe as a pilot. He was actually over in the Battle of Kursk and got shot out of the sky by a Soviet fighter. And after that, I couldn’t find any more military records of him. However, I noticed his original name was Nüsken, and then when the Allies did capture him, I noticed that it got changed slightly to my current name. And I noticed that since WWII, they were involved in Paperclip and brought over to North America, and most of them had become people in the government—like people running taxes, the military-industrial complex, other high-end jobs.
The SSP also impresses people based on their past lives. In a previous life, Nüsken was a scientist doing analytical chemistry in 1880s – 1890s Germany. He worked on the technologies of ancient Tartaria and also on some of the ideas that Viktor Schauberger developed later on. He says the Draco Empire and the Cabal were active throughout the 19th century in preventing mankind from developing technologies for the benefit of Earth’s people.

When James asked Nüsken what he knew about technologies developed by Winfried Otto Schumann and the Vril Society, this was his response (11:30):
From the recall that I had, NWR was sent back by the Draco to prevent this [i.e., prevent Germany from advancing in energy, agriculture, health and aviation]. However, NWR and the 10-15% white-hat group were trying to take the technology for themselves in order to cut out the Draco middlemen. Of course, something happened on that mission, and the Draco had to directly intervene instead, and after that, the Draco took that technology. And then the group of Vril and Thule societies, they gave Schauberger and the other group the technology years later. But instead of it being developed indigenously by the Germans, it was given to them by the Draco-Vril-greys—all those aliens—and so they could control the timeline, but the Germans couldn’t. So, technically, the Germans were given an edge, but it wasn’t the edge of 20-30 years before that.

Beginning of German Breakaway Settlements
(33:00) JAMES: When the Germans got ahold of die Glocke, not only did it have the antigravitational properties, allowing them to levitate, but it also had time-travel capabilities. And the Germans traveled back in time and settled parts of Mars in around 1820, and other planets all throughout the galactic rim, as far back as 400 years in the past. So, by the time the Germans started developing this technology, there was already a group out there with settlements. But you’ve also mentioned this positive faction in NWR. I’m assuming it was part of this same breakaway group that traveled into the past.
NÜSKEN: Ten to fifteen percent of Nacht Waffen Regir are Alliance. There might have been some who have made it back. They’re active in reconissance or operatives.
German Ancestry and Walter Krüger
Krüger is an important a Nazi military contractor from another world-line in which the Nazis won WWII. It is headed by Gabriel Krüger
(37:00) NÜSKEN: When my great-grandfather disappeared from WWII Luftwaffe records, I do have a feeling he got promoted a couple of pegs, but I’m not sure if he was stll in the Luftwaffe or if he was thrown into a different division of the German armed forces. But I figure he might have had a connection with Walter Kruger, because he was stationed up near Vitebsk in Russia before Operation Bagration in June – July of 1944. After that, he was forced to fight all the way back to Germany, but somehow he surrendered to the Western Allies after that.

There’s a belief that two officers named Walter Krüger served on the Eastern Front. They both have a high, rounded forehead, light eyes, and a quite similar nose, mouth, chin and ears.

(39:00) NÜSKEN: Walter Kruger was a general in the Waffen SS for most of the Eastern offensive. He was a commander of Operation Barbarossa. He joined the SS in 1935, becoming the commander of the Das Reich Division in March of 1943. Supposedly, he committed suicide after V-E Day in 1945, but that might have been faked.
JAMES: And a lot of these guys, they may be 120, 150 years old now, but they’re still alive, because they have age-regression tech.
(41:00) NÜSKEN: In Nacht Waffen, for pilot searches, the Luftwaffe was getting shot down a lot over the course of the Second World War. There would have been a priority on pilots, because with Nacht Waffen Regir, of course, with space travel, you need a lot of pilots, either for the mercenary side of things, as Tony Rodrigues described, or the military side of things, as Johan Fritz said. But you need pilots to man most of those; you need people for the exo-suits. Luftwaffe would probably get a high priority, considering the testing and all the stuff they had to go through during wartime.
Question from the audience: Did they take people off the battlefields that would have died and do the same as the Valkyrie, taking them into Nacht Waffen, healing them and erasing their memories?
NÜSKEN: They could have done that during the war, yes, but they could also have done it years later with their time-travel technology. There might have been Valhalla missions where you would take someone who was serving in the military and rescue them and bring them off-world. Because I do have recall from Ceres, particularly of relatives that might have gone through that—very distant relatives—that might have survived and been brought into Nacht Waffen.
JAMES: Yeah, let’s go into that in a bit. That’s what actually happened with me. My files show that I was U.S. Army Delta 1, James Martin Reilsberg, and died in 1979, and then I was re-animated—or at least they took a fragment of the DNA and re-animated me.
Earliest memories and first 20-and-back
(43:00) JAMES: Do you want to start off with Ceres first, and we can just go through this list?
NÜSKEN: Yes. The greys showed up in my bedoom around age nine, so this would have been about 2002, 2003. I remember going through LOC and a little bit of Mars, but I have most of my memories from that regarding Iapetus, Ceres and Alpha Centauri. And Ceres, I remember greys showing up in my room. I’m still trying to get bits and pieces here and there, but next I know, I was on Ceres or something, being thrown through their educational computers or system.
(45:00) JAMES: Tony Rodrigues (describing Ceres Colony) talked about how there was a small group of elites, the original colonists, and most of the other people were slaves. So, my question to you is, as far as the Ceres hierarchy, what was your job or duty in that group. Do you recall?
NÜSKEN: I mostly recall Iapetus in a manufacturing or repair role. With Nacht Waffen, it doesn’t always have to be [combat] service: sometimes you’re going to get thrown into manufacturing. If you’re military, like an engineering corps of sorts. I remember in Iapetus they have the Walden machines and people screaming in German. We were wearing dark blue jumpsuits, or maybe they were black. Usually checking up on everything, like a quality-control sort of thing. My role in Iapetus, from what I could figure out, was mostly to do with manufacturing, repair, maintenance, because we were trying to rebuild the death star for either ICC usage or Nacht Waffen usage specifically.
JAMES: Because that whole moon was basically an old death star, a defunct death star.
NÜSKEN: And it also explains a couple of things, too. Remember this Great Awakening of Charts from awhile back? And it kept mentioning, with Corey Goode and other people mentioning that Iapetus and some of the moons of Saturn were strictly off-limits for anyone who wasn’t ICC or Nacht Waffen—they’d basically blow the craft out of the sky. And with Iapetus, it definitely explains a lot.
(52:00) JAMES: Do you recall how long you served in this particular scenario between Ceres and Iapetus?
NÜSKEN: Between all that, I think it might have been a 20-year tour. But the thing is, some of it felt like such a “Groundhog Day” with all the manufacturing that I don’t remember as much of it, especially once you start over-recording with stuff from Bluebeam. For example, Corey Goode was mentioning how they have previous tours, but each previous tour overwrote the other one, so you only get fragments here and there. So, for example, I probably had had a 20-year-and-back tour through Iapetus and Ceres, and visited Alpha Centauri, but that could have been overwritten by other experiences.
(53:00) JAMES: How about the Alpha Centauri trajectory? Do you have any information about what you were doing on Alpha Centauri?
NÜSKEN: They do have a 4-D civilization there called Centaurians. David Wilcock was mentioning some aspects, like purple or violet irises and vast technology; however, they were very opposed to Nacht Waffen and the Draco. So, they have been on-edge militarily for awhile, and before the events of 2016 with the laser beams and the ICC revolts. There were occasional rest-and-relaxation trips by Nacht Waffen—but onl Nacht Waffen—to Alpha Centauri for R and R. They wouldn’t dare try espionage or stealing missions there because of how closed a system it is, but they mostly send people there for R and R.
Because the other thing, too, from what Tony Rodrigues was mentioning, within 5 light-years, your explosive collar does not go off, but anything beyond the 5-light-year point and it actually explodes. But Alpha Centauri is, like, 4.3 light years from Earth, and so, within the 5-light-year system, you can actually go to Alpha Centauri and go back relatively unscathed, or that would be a very hard explanation for the Centaurians.
(54:00) JAMES: Yeah. So, that means you were a slave? Did you have a slave collar?
NÜSKEN: Potentially, yes. I don’t recall it from most of my recall, but they might have thrown it on you if you were leaving the solar system, just in case.
JAMES: Do you remember what it looked like when you were there?
NÜSKEN: Lots of green and blue, lots of vegetation. Green, blue, purple glass. The beings were mostly wearing light blue. Some in jumpsuits; the rest of them were all like a silky garment. There was some advanced technology there in orbit. Their ships were teal in color, like a geometric shape, I guess, like a diamond of sorts.
(55:00) JAMES: Do you know what the beings looked like, the native Centaurians?
NÜSKEN: Yeah. It’s about 6-7 feet tall, blonde hair. Usually blonde, sometime a darker blonde. Then purple/violet irises. The men were muscular, and they also probed Nacht Waffen Regir for information quite regularly, so we did have to practice mode of silence when we were unarmed, just pretend we were tourists instead of what we were really doing.
(58:00) JAMES: Can you describe the resort they sent you to for rest and relaxation?
NÜSKEN: It wasn’t really a resort, but it was more like being able to teleport around the surface, where you could visit cities, go to shops, get something to eat, stuff like that for R and R. It didn’t seem to be a resort specifically. It was more like a trip to the planet; then we’d beam back after a week or two.
(57:00) JAMES: So, at what point did the NWR recruit you for this positively aligned faction? At what point did your realize they wanted to use you?
NÜSKEN: This one wasn’t from my first tour in the SSPs: it might have been from the Bluebeam timeline. Because during the initial stages of the Bluebeam-Nacht Waffen intervention, I mean, I rose up in the ranks, but after awhile there were massive red flags, and then there was one critical moment with the Draco which might have gotten me to switch over to the Alliance.
JAMES: Okay. Do you have memories that you can share about this incident with the Draco?
NÜSKEN: I have recall of— I don’t know how I got it, but, of course, there is the Draco facility right around Jupiter and that portal of sorts. But there’s also a Draco heading every single section of different aspects of human civilization. For example, there’s one handling the ICC; there’s one handling Ceres Colony Corp., or Iapetus; and there’s another one handling Earth. Somehow in there I got recall of my SSPs from earlier on, and then when Nacht Waffen Regir popped up in that timeline in order to “rescue us,” I started calling bullshit on certain things, which did cause the ire of some of them, but eventually they got more scared of the Draco response. So, I got away with it for awhile, but—
And one of my downloads and visions, I’ve had a direct meeting with a Royal White Draco, and that did not go well. And I got thrown out of med vats, and after that, I remember strictly going back into the Alliance and started doing work for the Alliance, applying for the Alliance.
(59:00) JAMES: Well, you gotta explain more. You said it didn’t go well with this Draco. What happened?
NÜSKEN: I guess it was a like some sort of mission I had to do. Either that, or it was calling out the Draco name. Because when you call out a Royal Draco name, depending on how you do it you can summon them on the spot, or you can just bring up their psionic powers for you, so they can just remote-view for you instead. If you do it well enough, sometimes they show up, but if you do it often they get extremely annoyed, and eventually pissed.
So, there’s one recall I’ve gotten recently where I was about to get a promotion, but in order to do that I had to go for a meeting with a tall Royal White Draco on Jupiter. There was some downloads I’ve had of me potentially going to one, having a direct meeting, and potentially getting split in half.
(1:00:00) JAMES: So, this is a Draco at a Kruger facility, which I visualize on the Moon, where they would put their talons on this freshly cloned body. Because essentially, they would abduct humans from Planet Earth, put you in stasis, and put your soul into a cloned body. So, the Draco would come here to make sure the new occupant in this vessel wouldn’t remember anything, so they’d do this psionic re-programming. So, yeah, they were typically overshadowing.

JAMES: But, I mean, Kruger, I think they would have been really— yeah, they wouldn’t be very cooperative. . . . So, what can you tell us about the relationship between humans and Draco [that you observed] in your service overall?
NÜSKEN: Initially, with Nacht Waffen Regir, when they came down, initially the main mission was roundup of Cabal and control of all the assets, by reactivating assets as well. They did get rid of the Cabal, which is good, but by replacing it with Draco directly commandeering the Germans, that’s bad. So, eventually, on the part of Nacht Waffen Regir, it was more of a, “Ooh, we’re getting rid of the Cabal” and, “Yay, a German planet for all of us,” and then, all of a sudden, the Draco started calling the shots and the black goo started kicking in.
Again, I got on the bad side of the Draco, possibly by using the Royal Draco name out loud, like, I guess, screwing up missions and stuff, and eventually I had to answer to one. I’ve had recall from a past life, and being able to see myself in a transparent aluminum room face-to-face with a Draco. It didn’t have the armor. It looked more like the one Corey Goode posted, with the 14-foot-tall Royal White with the snout and everything. Like, the regular rank-and-file Draco do look like that, but the Royal Draco didn’t have any armor or anything. It was a tall white.

JAMES: And they had wings, the Royal Draco?
NÜSKEN: Yes.
(1:03:00) JAMES: So, you pissed one of these guys off, and at that point was there retaliation?
NÜSKEN: I got warnings before, and usually the warnings were directed towards Cabal sympathizers that I brought in front of the Draco or other members from the unit, but eventually I did get one severe consequence myself, and got split in half.
After that, I have downloads of me being thrown in a med-vat with blue gel with the cover surrounding me. I think it might have been either on a ship, or potentially on Mars at one of their facilities. But I remember being thrown in a med-vat, and by then— They also fixed some of the stuff in my head, too, because, by splitting me down in half, they actually had to repair a lot of the original DNA code and stuff, and that might have actually helped me to awaken and start seeing the light side of things. And that’s when I basically switched over to the Alliance, from what I could get so far. Because technically, you can survive it—you still have your brain and pieced all together—but the whole experience is hell, to put it lightly.
There is also a priest caste in red. They’d be running around either in red armor or red clothing of some sort, kind of like silky garments. The Draco would have their guards, but they also have their priest caste ususally side-by-side.
(1:05:00) JAMES: Did NWR or Kruger ever try to hybridize these guys with humans? Did you ever encounter human-reptilian hybrids?
NÜSKEN: In service, no; in regular life, yes. I might have encountered one from a sub-species of Draco from their system. I can’t remember the exact name. It wasn’t Alpha Draconis: it was a different system in the main Draco cluster of systems that comprise their empire. It was a small one, about five or six feet tall, that does recon and espionage missions for the Draco. Because they’re a lot more agile and able to fit in to society better than, let’s say, a 14-foot Draco.

JAMES: Part of the schism that takes place with Nacht Waffen—which hasn’t happened yet—is over this black-goo issue, where the Draco, there are many of them that are infected with this AI, biobots that override their consciousness to be more negative. But then humans come along with an average !Q of 100, and compared to a Draco with maybe s 1000 IQ, so we have to figure out a way to level the playing field. So, humans decide to consume this black goo, and their IQ goes up to maybe 300-400, and now it’s a little more level, but now they’re consumed by the same problem.
JAMES: So, for the Alliance, the whole thing about this black goo was that in order to become an upper-level officer in Nacht Waffen, you had to consume this, but some members didn’t want to do that. Now, as far as what you’re describing, it seems the [rebel] group is opposed to that.
NÜSKEN: From what Jason Rice was mentioning a couple of years back, anyone at Lieutenant Coronel and above, they would try to bring him into the Black Sun Society or Nacht Waffen Regir. And that is where the black goo comes in, because usually they demand it. When I was going through the last promotion right after the White Royal Draco incident in the mid-to-late 2020s, in that timeline, I do remember getting promoted, and they were trying to get me on it. But the thing is, you could also transfer units; just like in the U.S. military you could transfer units and try to delay install. There are also combat operations and stuff like that.
And near the end of the 2020s, there was resistance movement that was starting to actively oppose the Nacht Waffen on Earth, before Russia and China intervened and ended it [the Nacht Waffen invasion]. Because Nacht Waffen didn’t land, but there was still Russia and China to contend with as well, and they weren’t beaming any of us up. They [Russia and China] were developing tech from God-knows-where. I mean, for example, Gobi Desert or Tartaria, they could just start ripping it out of the ground and start developing it at any point.

(1:18:00) So, Nacht Waffen did start landing [in that timeline]. They went mostly in friendly countries like North America, South America, Europe, but Russia and China wouldn’t have the landings but they were as skeptical as hell. . . . The U.S. has been basically Paperclip-Fourth Reich in Solar Warden and SSP stuff for decades.
(1:22:00) JAMES: I’m assuming you’re referring to the treaty that the Germans signed with the Draco—I believe it started in 1941—which basically gave the Draco exclusive rights to trade with the Germans. They gave them access to the technology and no one else. That’s why we haven’t seen free energy, antigravity and all the suppressed technologies, because of this treaty with the Draco. Now, that treaty ended August 21 of 2021, and so now the question is, did they extend that treaty, or have the terms been renegotiated, or is Space Force in charge now?
(1:24:00) JAMES: So can you describe [Nacht Waffen landing]? Is it . . . really obvious, like it’s on the news that there are definitely aliens here?
NÜSKEN: Oh, it’s a landing, absoluetly, but not the Draco-grey aspect. They’d be sticking in the shadows; it would be the Germans doing the work. It wouldn’t be like Draco patrolling around. The Draco and greys would all stay off-planet, but the Germans would be running around here.

If we follow the hypothesis that the Meier contact notes are essentially correct with regards to alien deception strategy and the Orion Betelgeuse malevolents are effectively at odds with or competitive to the Ashtar group of aliens, and the Ashtar group is also malevolent and parading under the banner of Christian savior Jesus’ “second coming” activities, a very complex, multi-level, well crafted deception strategy and tactics starts to come into view.

Forgotten Genesis, Cp. 16: The Anunnaki — A Delicate Problem
(p. 261) )”The origin of this civilization is in the planetary system of the star Sirius A,” he told me. “They are the original Sirian race, the oldest and basic branch from which other branches broke off before migrating to other areas of the galaxy.
He then told me that in the Sirian language, when someone is given a name, the root is put first. This root is modified by a suffix with a defining trait or characteristic of that person, often representing a group of people. Thus, if some of the original Anunnaki migrated to a planet in another part of the galaxy, they were called Anunnaki , but they also have another name that differentiates them from the original Sirians. This is one of the aspects that many authors have missed.
From the original Sirian civilization, many other secondary civilizations have developed that have relocated over time to other planets and other star systems. Most of them, however, have settled near the Canis Major constellation, especially in the Orion constellation and the star systems of Orion’s Belt. The mistake made by contemporary authors was to confuse one of these secondary civilizations that spread throughout the galaxy with the original Anunnaki civilization on Sirius A.
In the discussion I had with the man from Apellos, he synthesized these aspects very well.
“When a being is born, he begins the cycle of continuous evolution. A planet can only support the evolution of that being or civilization for a certain time: there comes a time when a civilization must mature. This happened with the E-N-L branch, which, at its maximum level of development, withdrew into the subtle etheric plane. [The soul-harvest that took place in Atlantis – the editor] This will be the case with the current human civilization as soon as it reaches its peak; but for now, contrary to what most people believe, homo sapiens’ civilization is still far from the beginning of its maturity. To draw a parallel, they are about somewhere between fourteen and sixteen, an age when all teenagers think they are extraordinary; but in reality, this is far from the truth. They have much more to learn.”
A common strategy, which is used by the vast majority of advanced alien civilizations, is to send certain members of a particular civilization that have not evolved as quickly as the rest of teh population to a more suitable plaet. In other words, they are relocated to another planet which better corresponds to their vibrational frequency, where they will evolve at their own pace. Those who remain on the home planet can thus accelerate their evolution without being hindered by those who have been relocated.
An example is that of the Anunnaki, because they proceeded in this way in successive phases, relocating entire segments of the population of their planet, originating in the Sirius A system, to other star systems. Such migrations to other planets follow the cosmic law of vibrational affinity because no being can remain in an existential reality unless he corresponds to that local frequency. An adjustment of the situation is then sought out, with the most natural solution being this kind of redistribution of the vibrational frequencies.
The Special Destination of Humanity
The course of the discussion with the man from Apellos brought me close to a very sensitive issue. What was the reason why the Anunnaki (from Sirius A) chose our planet to shape, develop and protect the human species?
“Indeed. To many of the other civilizations who have come to observe us, this choice of the Sirians is almost incomprehensible,” he said. [The Apellos people have a more pure DNA than those on the surface, but are still Terrans—that’s why he says, “us”.] “There are observers in space around our planet who simply attend events on the surface without intervening. It is a moment, even for them, to understand and experience how the destiny of a civilization flows. And one of the most difficult things to understand, for those who do not have access to a thorough knowledge of the true history of man and his origin, is why Sirians, along with the other extraterrestrial civilizations in the Alliance, assist humanity with great care and attach extreme importance to mankind in the context of the fundamental transformations that are takiing place today.
I replied that we are not the only ones enjoying such attention.
“I have seen that as the Anunnaki [Sirius A] assist this planet and transformations taking place at this level, so have they supported many other civilizations over the past hundreds of thousands of years, having laid the foundations of humanity. But now, in this very special convergence of space and time in the galaxy, they support us, not others.”
This was a good question and that is why some extraterrestrial civilizations are curious to attend events on Earth in order to observe what is happening in our solar system. For them, the situation is a great mystery: people remain at the level of industrial production; they are technologically and ideologically backward; they are violent; and many have a very low intellectual level and even exhibit animal behavior. Under these circumstances, why do the Anunnaki from the Sirius A system, known to be true spiritual masters in the galaxy, consider us to have such great importance? As far as I could tell, even if our civilization is in such a condition, we are important to the Anunnaki. It is therefore obvious that this area of cosmic space in which Earth resides is a special focus for the future.
“All this happens beause they are the ones who, in fact, guide the galaxy and are the ones who support humanity,” said the man from Apellos. “From many points of view, humanity is quite a backward civilization: not primitive, but backward in terms of understanding, principles and behavior. In contrast, the resources within human beings are immense, and it is precisely because the Sirians saw this extraordinary potential in humans that they give their endorsement through the very undeniable authority that they have among other civilizations at the galactic level. In fact, many alliances were formed precisely because they gave their endorsement and insisted upon our integration.”

It is as if a clever magician or magician’s apprentice had conjured up a great crowd of people: if they all hit him with sticks, clods, fists, or swords, he would bear towards them not even a single thought of anger; and if he were to introduce these magically created beings to such patience, no being at all would have been introduced to it, however many he had introduced to it.

The only growth there is, is letting go of the ego. So to use this concept of happiness versus misery, every time we are unhappy, if we just assume that this has its source in the ego, we may then look for the source of the misery.
Now, looking at it is not so easy, because we must learn how to look at it. When we are unhappy, we should look within for a frustrated desire—this is the source of all misery. We had a desire, and it’s selfish. We wanted something, we couldn’t get it, and therefore we’re unhappy. So, every time we are unhappy, we should sit with it, look at it, see its source in the ego. And when you see the source of it, when you see that desire that’s being frustrated, you’ll automatically let go of it, and by doing so, you’re letting go of a bit of ego. Continue this and you’ll get full realization; you’ll eliminate the ego.

At that time the goddess said to Shariputra, “Why try to brush off the flowers?”
“Such flowers are not in accordance with the Teaching,” he replied. “That’s why I try to brush them off.”
The goddess said, “Don’t say these flowers are not in accordance with the Dharma. Why? Because the flowers make no such distinctions. You in your thinking have made up these distinctions, that’s all. If one who has left the household life to follow the Buddha’s Teaching makes such distinctions, that is not in accordance with the Teaching. One must be without distinctions to be in accordance with the Teaching Look at the bodhisattvas—the flowers do not stick to them because they have already cut off all thought of distinctions. Just as evil spirits are able to take advantage of a person who is beset by fear, so because you disciples are fearful of the cycle of birth and death, the senses of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch are able to take advantage of you. But once a person has done away with fear, then the five desires that arise from these senses will not be able to get at him. Lester Levenson on Pain and Pleasure
Pain is a prod to push us in the right direction. The right direction is to know that we are masters over body and mind. The more we look in the right direction, the more we find that which is right and true, and the less the pain.
There is more pain from holding on to the thought of pain than there is in the situation itself. If you let the world strike you, it will do so less cruelly than your own imagination.
Pain in the body is the sense of heightened awareness at a point. When a part of the body is being damaged, a mental alarm is turned on, called pain. If the mind answers the alarm fully, the pain turns off immediately, and the body mechanics go to work at that point and rapidly repair it.
Because of past unpleasant experiences, we have developed a fear of pain, and mentally try to flee from it, to escape it. This is not fully answering the alarm; it causes the pain to linger, and the body repair mechanics to slow down. If one knows this, one can eliminate pain and effect a rapid healing of the body. [Since it isn’t] easy to understand what “feeling the pain” means, try increasing the pain. This mentally places one in the pain and makes one feel it. On really feeling the pain it will immediately disappear and the body will rapidly heal.
Mental pain likewise can be eliminated by recognizing it and facing it. A painful memory, when faced fully and squarely, will resolve. Because of its unpleasantness, one tries to flee from it and escape it. This holds it in mind rather than resolves it, and thereby holds onto the pain.

Meister Eckhart on confession
Whenever a man wishes to receive the body of our Lord, he may well approach without undue worry. But it is seemly and very profitable to confess first, even if one has no pangs of conscience, for the sake of the fruits of the sacrament of confession. But should a man have some compunction, and if his occupations prevent him from going to confession, let him go to his God, confess himself guilty with true repentance, and be at peace until he has a chance to go to confession. And if during this the thought or pangs of conscience for his sins disappear, he may consider that God has also forgotten them. One should rather confess to God than to man, and it is a duty to take one’s confession to God seriously and accuse oneself strictly. Nor should a man who intends to go to the sacrament lightly abandon this and leave it aside for the sake of some outward penance, for it is a man’s intention in his works that is righteous, godly and good. The greater we ourselves feel our sin to be, the more ready God is to forgive that sin and to enter the soul to drive it out; for everyone is most eager to get rid of what hurts him most. So, the more and the greater the sins, the more immeasurably glad and the quicker God is to forgive them, the more so since they are more hateful to Him. And then, when this divine repentance lifts itself up to God, all sins have vanished in God’s abyss more quickly than I can blink an eye, and they are completely destroyed as if they had never been, provided the repentance is complete. IRENE: Now specifically, I would like to go back to the creation and the Twenty-Four civilisations. Who created the Twenty-Four?
Tom: That is a large question. It was in this nature: there was one Creator, one energy, one pure light, one pure-being Self that contained all components of all that is. It is extremely complicated, but in simplification, [there] came into that Being the knowledge and wisdom to begin to divide the components of which it consisted, not to remove them but to build a structure. For in its aloneness it had only self for companion.
That was not wrong, but it was more valuable to create a situation whereby there was a separate element—to create a situation that would then have the structure to give the cells that would be populating different environmental existences those portions necessary for its attainment of its choosing.
For it was found, in the creating by that that was created out of nothing, that there would be the necessity to expand this creating. Now, what would be the purpose of creating nothing out of nothing? It was important to have created something.
So the Twenty-Four universal civilisations were created, as guides, elements of direction, elements of purpose, and also to know that there would be some areas of civilisation (such as that of Altea) which would govern and rule that element of their existence all over the Universe, as Ashan does with colour, sound and arts.
It was a way for the Creator to expand and provide and begin those elements necessary for expansion, because once that was created, then the expansion would continue and it would go on and on. Therefore it needed the different elements that would make expansion purposeful. If the expansion continued with only the creating of Universes, with no purpose, then it would have served no purpose. Now have we confused you completely?
IRENE: No, not only does it not confuse, this is the most brilliant thing I’ve ever heard! (pp. 19-20)
ANDREW: The next myths that we hear about are those about the Atlantean civilization. Did it exist and how long did it last? We have a beginning presumably just after the Akesu period.
Tom: We were wondering when you would ask. I may explain, but briefly. Atlantis ended 11,000 years ago of your time, and it began 32,000 years ago. What is called Atlantis was a colony which developed and with which we made contact. When I say we, I do not mean The Nine, but other civilizations. These civilizations translated technology. From there, other colonies went out, taking the knowledge and technology with them. At that time, because of the gravitational pull, not all the technology was refined enough in order for it to be functional on this Planet Earth. The time has now come when all this technology may be utilised.
ANDREW: What did they call it themselves? I’d like to get the true name.

Dr. Wernher von Braun – born in 1912 in Wirsitz, Germany (now part of Poland), into an aristocratic Prussian family. His father was Baron Magnus von Braun and his mother was a direct descendent of Valdemar I of Denmark (1131-1182). Von Braun became an accomplished physicist and worked for the German government until the end of WWII.
After the war, von Braun and 125 other scientists were brought to Fort Bliss, Texas, where they worked on rockets for the Army and assisted in V-2 launches at White Sands Proving Ground, New Mexico.
In 1950, von Braun’s team moved to Alabama, where they designed the Army’s Redstone and Jupiter ballistic missiles, as well as the Jupiter C, Juno II, and Saturn I launch vehicles. In 1960, President Eisenhower established the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and von Braun became the director of the Marshall Space Flight Center and the architect of the Saturn V launch vehicle.
Wilhelm Reich – Austrian doctor of medicine and a psychoanalyst. Developed weather modification devices (Project Phoenix) and psychosexual mind-control, also known as trauma-based mind-control. The technique originated with Satanic ritual abuse, and consisted of subjecting children to pain and terror with a sexual component to, as Eric Hecker said, “basically rape the mentality of these children” and create dissociative identity disorder. Michael Karkoc (March 6, 1919 – December 14, 2019) – A military officer who served in the Ukrainian Self-Defense Legion (USDL) and later in the Waffen-SS during WWII. In June 2013, Associated Press identified a man living in Minnesota as Karkoc. Jessie Czebotar has named Karkoc as one of her three abusers, along with Michael Aquino and John Brennan. She says Karkoc was Josef Mengele’s right-hand man in government trauma-based mind-control projects.
Herman C. Untermann – Took over the Montauk Project from Dr. John von Neumann, who suffered a psychiatric split in 1977.
Josef Mengele (living in U.S. as late as 1987) – .Josef Mengele, alias Dr. Green, was called The Angel of Death in the Nazi concentration camps. The U.S. government downplayed his criminality at the Nuremberg trials. To confuse investigators about his whereabouts, U.S. officials would report he was in Paraguay or Brazil, or simply that he was dead. Ewen Cameron: Son of Illuminati family member Alexander Duncan Cameron Sr., Donald Ewen Cameron (b. 24 December 1901) was a Scottish-born psychiatrist who became the president of the American Psychiatric Assn., the Canadian Psychiatric Assn. and the World Psychiatric Assn. He was the head of the CIA’s MK-ULTRA program. It is suspected that he extracted Rudolph Hess from his prison cell before his trial in Nuremberg under the pretext of doing a psychiatric evaluation.
Anna was born in Washington D.C. on November 11, 1941. She was a “blueblood,” of pure Aryan lineage, whose family was involved in the military and occult. She was pledged as a slave to Ewen Cameron from birth. Anna went on to become a member of the Illuminati group, Daughters of the American Revolution. Although Cameron tortured Anna many times over the years, he couldn’t break her spirit. This is what she told Peter Moon about mind-fracturing:
The missing ingredient with regard to the Montauk programming was multiple personalities. The intent of the “controllers” in various programs was to produce a condition known as multiple personality disorder. Eric Hecker: I can only assume that they say that it’s utilized to invoke a dissociative identity syndrome in folks; is, I believe, that’s what they were trying to function, is that they were working on this greater understanding of consciousness. And somehow somewhere somebody decided that SRA would be utilized to cause dissociation, so that these new modalities of understanding of consciousness could be applied to, I guess basically, rape the mentality of these children, to be used for compartmentalization programs in the future. One can envision the development of electromagnetic energy sources, the output of which can be pulsed, shaped, and focused, that can couple with the human body in a fashion that will allow one to prevent voluntary muscular movements, control emotions (and thus actions), produce sleep, transmit suggestions, interfere with both short-term and long-term memory, produce an experience set, and delete an experience set.
Translating the words ‘experience set’ from military jargon into plain English, this means, simply, that they envisage the ability to erase your life’s memories and substitute a new, fictitious set.

STEWART SWERDLOW: Some were drug-induced; some were electromagnetically induced. They had a large part of the program that was dedicated to mind control, and programming individuals as well as vast groups of people. And as an outgrowth of what happened at Montauk, such drugs as Prozac were developed, Ritalin. These were all outgrowths of what happened at Montauk. And they were actually able to take the resonant frequency of these drugs and broadcast them from satellites and cell towers, etc., so that you could just have the effects of these medications without taking them.
NICK: Do you feel that chem-trails have anything to do with mind control?
STEWART: The chem-trails per se are not exactly a mind-control tool; that was basically designed to alter genetics and to change the morpho-genetic rhythm of Earth. That was how it started. What’s going on in the last couple of years is that these chem-trails are being used to create a filament, or a very specialized network of material in the ionisphere, to create a net or a web around Earth that can be used ultimately for controlling grids on the planet for mind-control and other purposes.
NICK: That makes perfect sense. Not only to change genetics, but to have this web, to have this connection with electromagnetic fields as a way to produce connectivity throughout the atmosphere with frequencies: is that correct?
STEWART: Yes, that’s true. And you know, every thought, every word in every language has been filtered down to a specific frequency, so that the government can broadcast an entire set of instructions in any language using these frequency resonances, aimed at any individual, city or country, and the people in those places believe that that’s their own thought and then they act upon it.

Huge increase in Caesarean sections in mid-1960s may have been due to human women being implanted with grey-human hybrid embryos
Although the “modern” C-section procedure really emerged around 1940, the percentage of C-section deliveries remained under 5%. It was not until the mid-1960s that C-section rates began to dramatically increase, starting a trend that is continuing today.

First of all, many individuals have seen breeding labs, both underground and on spacecraft. In those labs, grey fetuses can be seen. Those fetuses have heads that are out of proportion to their body as compared to humans.
It is interesting to note that human heads are getting larger . . . more and more births require a Caesarean section. Heads are generally moving toward being too large for the birth canal.
Down the road, humans may no longer be capable of giving birth in the natural way. Fetal heads may be too big for the human pelvis and birth canal to accomodate. What then—artificial wombs?
The idea was brought out on the cover of Life magazine in 1985—the equipment looks similar to the artificial womb equipment used by the greys. Moving toward an artificial womb situation would avoid the promes and limitations placed on brain development in an enclosed womb. It also opens the door to artificial selection and genetic engineering, which are being pursued now in the wake of human genome research and sampling of amniotic fluid to tell whether the fetus is malformed.
It is pretty certain that brains and skulls evolve toward a larger size. Is this a universal problem that every species must eventually deal with?
Indications are that it may be just that. Greys are using human females to gestate their young during the fist 90 days—the grey females cannot do that. The First Montauk Veterans To Go Public
Al Bielek – (born Edward Cameron on Aug. 4, 1916; died Alfred Bielek in 2011, age 84) Physicist, engineer and veteran of both the Philadelphia Experiment and the Montauk Project.
Born in Bay Shore, Long Island, Edward Cameron was a natural son of Committee-of-300 member Alexander Duncan Cameron Sr. and a wealthy young German woman whose surname was Arville, who returned to Germany when WWI started.
A gifted student, Edward studied physics at Princeton, where he met Dr. John von Neumann. He earned a PhD in physics at Harvard in 1939, and his father arranged for him and his brother, Duncan, to join the Navy in September of that year. They were given officer’s commissions and assigned to the Institute for Advanced Studies at Princeton, where they worked with Dr. von Neumann on the Invisibility Project, aka Project Rainbow. As Al Bielek tells it, their father donated his sons to the project.
Edward and Duncan jumped overboard from the USS Eldridge on Aug. 12, 1943, and ended up at Montauk on Aug. 12, 1983. The NSA then began using the brothers to go on missions through the time-space portal they had created at Montauk, that is, until they went to Mars twice without permission.
During the war, Edward assisted Dr. von Neumann in Los Alamos, New Mexico, on the atomic bomb project. He was still at Los Alamos on the Fourth of July, 1947, when Edward Teller and others in The Majestic Twelve had him charged with espionage and taken to Washington. There were no charges—they just wanted him away from the lab. Edward went to California that same month to work at Edwards Air Force Base, and then invented, with Jack Ridley, an ion-propulsion engine in Malibu, California. However, he wasn’t allowed to see his wife and son until the 1950s.

Preston Nichols (1946 – 2018) – Electronics engineer specialized in radio receivers and jamming radar signals; paranormal researcher; recording engineer; time-travel engineer.
Preston Nichols was born on Long Island, New York, in 1946. He received degrees in Parapsychology, Psychology, and Electrical Engineering. At around the age of 15, Preston was taken to Alderon, a planet in the Pleiades (M 45) cluster, and given an advanced education in the sciences (1996, Cp. 12).
While attending college on Earth in the 1960s, Preston began working at Brookhaven Laboratories. At the same time, he was working as a sound engineer for the music industry. His engineering genius, combined with his psychic ability to imprint “thought forms” in record albums that made people buy and listen to music, made him the most sought-after engineer in the business, in which he was known as Little Buddha. He recorded for talents such as Chubby Checkers, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Beach Boys, and the Star Wars movie trilogy (2000).
From Brookhaven, Preston went to work for a military contractor, Eaton AIL, from 1971 to 1990. In 1968, his involvement with Montauk began. However, the military activated an alternate personality for his work there, so, like Al Bielek, he led a double-life without being aware of it. He would go to Eaton, and at some point he would receive a signal to go to a certain room in the basement. From there he would be “altered” and transported to the Montauk base, where he would work for a full day. He would then be returned to Eaton and finish his shift there, not realizing he was putting in eight hours in both places.
In around 1973, Preston became the assistant project director at Montauk. He was the genius who put together the equipment that was connected to the Montauk chair, which allowed the NSA to experiment with history.
In the early 1980s Preston became suspicious of Eaton AIL and started investigating Camp Hero. (Montauk was an underground base that was eventually encased in a bubble-reality to enable the NSA to meddle with timelines.) He introduced Duncan Cameron and Al Bielek, and in 1986, they started speaking publicly about the secret projects.

Duncan Cameron, Jr. (originally born in 1917, then in 1951 to the same father; died in 2019 at the age of 68) – A natural son of Committee-of-300 member Alexander Duncan Cameron, Sr., Duncan was the half-brother of Edward Cameron. They were raised together as brothers by their father’s sister on Long Island. Duncan was educated at the University of Edinburgh, where he received a PhD in physics.
In 1939 the Cameron brothers enlisted in the Navy and were made commissioned officers because of their education. They were assigned to work at the Institute for Advanced Research on Project Rainbow. On the day of the Philadelphia Experiment, they were running the equipment on the Eldridge. When the equipment began to behave abnormally and they found they couldn’t shut it down, they jumped ship. Instead of landing in the water they found themselves at the Montauk Air Force Station in the year 1983. After this, the NSA used Duncan to perform missions involving time-and-space travel.
At one point, Duncan accidentally lost his time-lock and started ageing at the rate of one year per hour. They imprisoned his consciousness in an energy field and sent word to his father in the 1940s to have another son. His father took his fifth wife, had a daughter, and then had a son in 1951. When the child was 12, in 1963, they transferred Duncan’s consciousness to his body, forcing out the consciousness that had been in the body since birth.
Duncan II went to college, joined the Air Force, and was in the U.S. war against Vietnam. After being injured, he left the Air Force and ended up in the Montauk Project some time after 1971. There he was targeted with so much energy from the SAGE antenna that his brain suffered extensive damage. However, Duncan didn’t exhibit any cognitive impairment.
Duncan II was the primary psychic used in the “Montauk chair” for research into mind-control, the manipulation of matter, and time-travel, including trips to Mars. When he was working on the original Philadelphia Experiment, he developed a device to help sailors in the event that they lost their time-locks. The body would rapidly age, which is what happened to Duncan.
Edward Cameron was age-regressed to a nine-month-old baby and placed with the Bielek family. Alfred Bielek grew up with his own identity and education, and became an engineer, again working for the Navy.
Beginning in 1956, the government started to abduct Al and send him 20 years in the future—to 1976—to work at Montauk for extended periods of time. He would then be returned to the moment of his abduction with his memory blocked. It wasn’t until 1985 that Al began to recover memories from his earlier identity as Edward Cameron. KB: Something I’ve never understood is that, since the government had access to time travel and all the information there, why did Montauk get closed down? It seems like it could have been foreseen and stopped.
Bielek: The reason it was shut down in 1983 was because Duncan and others wanted it to be shut down. They had to wait until after I, as Edward Cameron, and Duncan (the original Duncan) came to Montauk, spent our 12 hours there, and then were shipped back to the Eldridge. They had to wait until that sequence was over, or they would interrupt a part of the time history in this sequence and alter history drastically; so, they allowed that to happen. It was after we had returned to the Eldridge when Duncan number-two was given the cue by Preston, sitting in the chair in a semi-transit time. AL BIELEK: There are tons of highly classified proof which is buried because they do not want the public to know. If the public becomes heir to anything that augments the theory or shows real proof, it’s seized under national security rules. The people keep talking; some have been shut up and some killed, like Phil Schneider, for example, who knew the facts and had directly interviewed aliens himself in Area 51. He knew what was going on. He attended underground UN meetings. The real meetings are not held in New York at the UN Plaza: The policy-making meetings are held in the underground military bases (what he called the DUM bases). The general class of greys comprise several species. All of the species seem to have rigidly defined social classes, indicating their societies are ruled by a military dictatorship (what we know as fascism).
In general, there are three kinds of greys from the Orion constellation: Reticulans, who are about 4.5 feet tall, those from the Belletrix star, who are about 3.5 feet tall, and tall greys who range from 6 to 9 feet tall. (Matrix II)

Innumerable witnesses have confirmed the presence of underground facilities that the greys use for breeding. These facilities, of which Dulce is the most famous, provide for genetic work of all descriptions. Humans are brought to these facilities on a continuing basis in order to provide a genetic pool from which to extract DNA and RNA mixtures that will contribute toward the efforts of the grey species to strengthen their genetic structure. Cloned species have a distinct disadvantage in that the cloning process provides for increased DNA replication failure. First of all, many individuals have seen breeding labs, both underground and on spacecraft. In those labs, Grey fetuses can be seen. Those fetuses have heads that are out of proportion to their body as compared to humans.
It is interesting to note that human heads are getting larger . . . more and more births require a Caesarean section. Heads are generally moving toward being too large for the birth canal.
Down the road, humans may no longer be capable of giving birth in the natural way. Fetal heads may be too big for the human pelvis and birth canal to accomodate. What then—artificial wombs?
The idea was brought out on the cover of Life magazine in 1985—the equipment looks similar to the artificial womb equipment used by the greys. Moving toward an artificial womb situation would avoid the promes and limitations placed on brain development in an enclosed womb. It also opens the door to artificial selection and genetic engineering, which are being pursued now in the wake of human genome research and sampling of amniotic flui to tell whether the fetus is malformed.
It is pretty certain that brains and skulls evolve toward a larger size. Is this a universal problem that every species must eventually deal with?
