For decades, the continent of Antartictica was used by the Dark Fleet as a military outpost where it had several bases. The Dark Fleet fled this area months prior to this message, leaving behind a vast amount of resources and technology. China attempted to recover these resources for its secret space program. During the Jupiter Meetings, China was evaluated by the Council of Five and found to have many selfish interests; therefore, it was given liited access to new bases and technology being built. One of the goals of the Federation is to unite all space programs and countries, so that Terra is united. Once united, the planet can move forward into progressive evolution.

Commander Val Nek connected to me via telepathy and I once aain relayed conversations between him, myself and Dr. Michael Salla.

Val Nek: I am happy to report that upon completion of many successful missions, the bases in Antarctica are cleared and in control of the Alliance. The Alliance has worked alongside members of the Federation to clear the Dark Fleet and its allies from its numerous bases. This is not new information, but is relevant to agreements made with China, what you have called the Artemis Accords.

As I have previously mentioned, China had limited access to the new space station and other zones as outlined in the Jupiter Agreements. Part of the reason for limited access was their interest in taking control of the Dark Fleet bases and expanding their space program in this area. As many know, this area has been used by the Dark Fleet and the Ciakahrr Empire for human experimentation, manufacturing and also human trafficking.

Our agreements with them (China) were very strict. They must agree to relinquish control of certain areas of these bases, and [in return] they will have access to the stations built by the Alliance and the corporations. This is important, as the Federation’s goal is to unify the space programs and countries so that they work together for the good of humanity and one day become a member of the Federation. It is important to note that once a planet or species joins the Federation, they are obligated to work for peace and balance in the universe and are no longer a threat to the rest of the galaxy. China agreed to these terms and is now working alongside the Alliance.

I know Dr. Salla will find what we are using these bases for very interesting. I can report that some of the manufacturing for the star fleet will take place here. As your planet and its governments have proven to be very complicated and interesting, it was also necessary for China to agree to our terms due to its availability of certain supplies. To my knowledge, China has much production of many supplies, which are shipped all over Terra. This has likewise proven to be the case with building the star fleet.

China is working with the Alliance to manufacture these materials and supplies. Much of the human work force from the Dark Fleet have also opted to be employed by these programs in the interest of keeping their jobs. Our ships, the technology to build these ships, is also readily available in Antarctica, which makes it a the logical place to start production of these materials. This is good news and we continue to move forward.

Michael Salla: Does he know what happened to the slaves, workers, etc., at the Antarctica bases once the Dark Fleet and Ciakharr left? How many people were involved—thousands, tens of thousands?

Val Nek: The exact number I cannot say; it was in the tens of thousands. This includes the slaves, but also workers. Most, if not all, of the slaves had been experimented on. This includes not only humans, but hybridized species of humans as well. Like the super soldiers from Mars, these people are being cared for by the Alliance in medical facilities. I can also say that whether they are hybrids or humans, most have undergone a great deal of mind control, with implants placed in the cerebral cortex. This requires the Federation to assist the Alliance in deactivating the implant and assimilating the brain to its original function.

The hybrids, of course, require the Federation to intervene since they carry genomes that are unknown to the Terran military and therefore providing medical treatment would not be appropriate. The Alliance and the Federation have the ability to transport medical treatments to these bases to give them proper treatment. What your people call med beds, is the technology, or very similar technology, that is being used. The workers have been given new employment options with the Alliance in these areas. Their help is useful in explaining the facilities and how they operate in some cases. Of course, these people are employed personnel and are not elite workers who directly reported to the Dark Fleet.

Michael Salla: Can Val Nek say how many Dark Fleet bases were taken over by the Chinese and their approximate locations, e.g., Queen Maud Land, West Antarctica, etc.?

Val Nek: This information I am not at liberty to disclose completely. . . . I can say that between 3-5 bases were handed over to the Alliance, and their respective locations I cannot say, but you are welcome to speculate. When we are able to disclose the purpose for these bases, if the time comes, it may help your inquiry.

Michael Salla: Val Nek referred to certain parts of these former Dark Fleet bases first handed off to China, have now been turned over the Earth Alliance as required by the Jupiter Agreements. Does that mean China still controls other sections of the bases where it can do what it likes under certain limitations?

Val Nek: China does not have complete control over any bases at this time. The agreements are written as such. The goal of the Federation is to ensure that the countries work together and are organized in how they approach their respective space programs. China was reluctant, at first, to relinquish control, as I mentioned previously; they had many selfish interests. While the United States was chosen to be the leader of these countries and their programs, they are exactly that, leading the space fleet with the intention of unity and peace among the countries of Terra.

China originally claimed some bases in Antarctica, through no legal agreements, but quickly handed them over after the Jupiter Agreements. Many of your countries use their military assets against each other, for land and conquest. The Federation has found this way of doing [things] very interesting, considering the much more hostile threats to Planet Terra in the galaxy. We are making change and progress together, moving forward as one planet.

Michael Salla: The Dark Fleet worked very closely with a Corporate Conglomerate that was building many of the large starships for the Dark Fleet. Has this Corporate Conglomerate handed over their facilities to other companies, the Earth Alliance, or have they realigned themselves to now build spacecraft for the Earth Alliance?

Val Nek: I cannot disclose this information in the interest of Megan’s safety and ongoing operations.

Michael Salla: To understand the big picture, the mass production of antigravity and advanced health technologies is now happening on the moon and in Antarctica and is to be distributed by the Earth Alliance. Similar facilities on Mars have been destroyed or taken over by the indigenous Martians, while similar ship-building facilities on Ceres have been left for its residents to use as they wish. Is there a timetable for when the advanced technologies being mass produced on the Moon and in Antarctica will be released to the rest of humanity?

Val Nek: Yes indeed, the indigenous Martians are in the process of taking back control of their planet, the same as planet Terra. I cannot give an exact timetable as it depends on the corporations and their manufacturing speed, among a few other variables. We have a goal in mind of course. As I have mentioned previously, the corporations chosen have the infrastructure to meet our time requirements and demands. I have also stated previously that there is a time constraint, and we wish to accomplish these projects relatively quickly. I can say that considering how large this operation is, most with a logical perspective would be pleased with the time constraints and goals that we have put in place.

As part of the Jupiter Agreements, the manufacture and worldwide distribution of advanced technologies would begin. One of the means of control of the Terran people was keeping them in poor health. Although Terrans may believe their medical technologies are advanced, they lack the most important thing: the ability to cure diseases. An evolved society does not necessarily have a health care system, because that implies diseases exist. In the future, disease will be a thing of the past as Terrans acquire medical technologies that exist in advanced extraterrestrial societies. These technologies work with the genome, not for nefarious purposes but for the health and evolution of the race.

Lunar Operations Command

Lunar Operations Command was a base on the moon that was originally operated by the Dark Fleet, the Nazi-Draco military faction. The original purpose of this base was to carry out experimentation and mind-control on human subjects. Several other organizations, including the CIA, gained control of this facility by means of undisclosed agreements in the 1970s. Following their acquisition of this base, the Orion grey mind-control technology was installed.

The purpose of this technology was to transmit ELF energy from the moon to satellites, and from the satellites to Earth. Over time, this ELF energy would induce fear and change the development of people’s brains, allowing the Cabal to control the human race more easily.

The satellites were owned by the group that controlled the moon base, the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC). The satellites were dismantled by the Galactic Federation in April of 2021. The moon was liberated from extraterrestrial control in February of 2021. Without its predatory extraterrestrial partners, the ICC was forced to surrender Lunar Operations Command to the Earth Alliance. The humans who were forced into slavery on Mars and the moon, workers and soldiers, were rescued by the Alliance and the Federation. As victims of the enemy, the Alliance and the Federation had the responsibility to liberate and care for these people.

Once again, I contacted Dr. Michael Salla to report the latest intelligence from Val Nek. Our conversation is transcribed below.

Val Nek: I can now report that Lunar Operations Command is in the process of being remodeled into a medical facility for the Terran military. There are technologies, as you know, being manufactured. I repeat again that these technologies are advanced technologies from the Federation and are being manufactured by the Terran people. The technology that will be present in Lunar Operations Command are medical technologies. It will be used as a medical base for the Terran military.

It is necessary to point out that until this time, real healing technologies have not been available to the Terran people. It was and is important to the Federation that these technologies be released in the proper way, through us (the Federation) and the Earth Alliance. Thus, these medical technologies, and the release of such, is also outlined in the Jupiter Agreements. The Terran military is to help manufacture these technologies as well. Their scientists and medical personnel are being retrained and educated by the Federation.

Lunar Operations Command was chosen as the medical facility because of its vast space and also its location on the moon. The location on the moon makes it very accessible. The Alliance is in charge of Lunar Operations Command and organizing the Terran military there. The facility is being renovated with special technology. This technology is very interesting to the Terran people as it has never been used before.

There are healing frequencies that are blasted in certain sections of the medical bay at this facility. We are using this technology to heal the super-soldiers and slaves that we have rescued from Mars. As these people are victims of our enemy, it is the Federation’s responsibility, once they were evacuated, to give them proper medical attention. The technology is frequency-based . . . I cannot be too specific; however, I can explain that when the body comes in contact with these frequencies, it rearranges the atoms to its original structure, completely healing the DNA and returning it to its original sequence.

This process is especially beneficial for the super soldiers, who have undergone trauma based mind control. The trauma in their brains has caused the neurons to form strong connections, in a pattern that usually cannot be undone naturally or without intervention. While nothing is impossible, the best form of healing we can offer is through medical intervention. The high frequency retrains the brainwaves to behave in a normal pattern very quickly instead of the soldier doing years of therapy or psychotropic medications to retrain the brain tissue. I am happy to report that this process is ongoing and will report more when the time is right.

Megan Rose: So, has Lunar Operations Command already been refurbished or is it in the process of being refurbished? Is it functional as a medical facility?

Val Nek: There are sections of it that are operational. It is a very large facility; it has not been completely refurbished. There are other sections of the facility that will also be used for other things that will be reported at a later date. The operational sections are being used for the recovery of the human soldiers from Mars.

Megan Rose: Are you talking about med-beds?

Val Nek: We do not call them med-beds. . . . The concept of med-beds, yes; this medical technology is similar to what you call med-beds. Because of the potential for this technology to be misused or sold for profit, and not for the benefit of Terra, the Federation is very strict on how it will be administered as outlined in the Jupiter Agreements.

Michael Salla: Val Nek said that the release of medical technologies is part of the Jupiter Agreements. Does he know how many of the 5,915 suppressed patent applications in the U.S. Patent and Trademarks Office for the year 2020 involve medical technologies?

Val Nek: I am not sure about the exact calculation for the year 2020. . . . I can say, I know that about half of those patents include suppressed medical technologies. The reason the Federation is involved with the suppressed patents is because they involve extraterrestrial technology that was suppressed by our enemies, and according to Federation laws, we are righting a wrong. We are also helping to improve upon these plans, the schematics for the technology, so that it is the most up-to-date.

Megan Rose: So some of these technologies have already been manufactured for use?

Val Nek: Yes in preparation for the liberation of Mars and the Dark Fleet leaving, agreements were made on a smaller scale than the Jupiter agreements to manufacture some of these technologies by the [Earth] Alliance. As I said, Lunar Operations Command is in the hands of the Alliance and so are their manufactured technologies. The medical technologies, the same ones manufactured on a smaller scale by the Alliance, will be manufactured on a larger scale, mass produced by corporations that participated in the Jupiter Agreements.

Megan Rose: Val Nek gave me an image of this technology being used: I was shown a person lying down with a frequency around and running through their body. Val Nek’s explanation of the image.

Val Nek: The frequency is a higher frequency and has an interdimensional component. It goes between the matter and uses magnetic force to rearrange the DNA to its original pattern. In each strand of DNA, there are sequences that are held together by a magnetic pattern. This pattern is identified by the technology and then rearranged to form that pattern. It is very advanced.

Megan Rose: What is the technology made out of?

Val Nek: It is made out of precious metals and other elements; some of it is native to Terra and some of it is not native to Terra.

Megan Rose: Is there a reason why you have been giving so much intel recently?

Val Nek: Because I think it’s important to inform the Terran people of our ongoing operations. They need hope.

Michael Salla: Also, do the Jupiter Agreements refer to the release of new energy and propulsion technologies that are also part of the 5,915 suppressed patent applications in the U.S.?

Val Nek: I am very happy to report that free energy is part of the Jupiter Agreements. I can report that a corporation run by one of the men who was in attendance at the Jupiter Agreements will be manufacturing some of the free energy and releasing it within the decade.

Michael Salla: Val Nek refers to healing frequencies that are used to heal super soldiers and others suffering brain trauma and/or mind control. This sounds very similar to the kind of EM frequencies that Nikola Tesla promoted for healing and brain enhancement in the early 1900s. Is it correct to say that these kinds of EM healing technologies have been suppressed for more than a century by the Deep State?

Val Nek: Yes exactly, these ideas and technologies were given to Nikola Tesla over 100 years ago by the Federation. Since these ideas and technologies, the ideas and schematics, were interfered with by our enemy, in accordance with our law we have the right to intervene and right a wrong. It shall be noted that these improvements will benefit all of humanity, not one specific country, and will be administered as such, as they were originally intended. The Nazi-reptilian alliance and the Cabal, as you call it, interfered with the evolution of society by suppressing these advancements. So, in the interest of balance, we are involved with releasing to humanity what is rightfully theirs.

Michael Salla: Regarding the healing technologies that are about to be mass-produced by corporations, does this include companies such as SpaceX, Blue Origin, Virgin Galactic, Bigelow Aerospace that have an interest in such technologies for prolonged space travel?

Val Nek: Because this involves parties that are working with, but are also separate from the Federation, I cannot completely answer this question in the interest of the companies privacy, but also Megan’s safety. You can speculate if you wish, but I cannot confirm.

Michael Salla: Finally, William Tompkins said that from 1967 to 1971 he worked at TRW and they were working on age-regression technologies that were later incorporated into the US Navy Secret Space Program. TRW was acquired by Northrup Grumman in 2002. Therefore, is Northrup one of the companies that participated in the Jupiter Agreements, and will it be involved in the mass production of healing technologies soon to be released to the Terran population?

Val Nek: I cannot say much because these companies are separate from the Federation, but you can speculate if you wish. I am aware of the schematics given and incorporated into the U.S. Navy at that time. I can also confirm that I am aware of the Federation being in touch with the Navy during this time period. The healing technologies given at that time were very advanced and will be similar to those being released. The new technologies being released are overseen by the Federation to ensure they are the absolute safest and most effective. It is important to note that these technologies will be in accordance with the evolution of humanity. By this I mean everything has a potential to be misused for nefarious reasons, which is why the Federation and the Council of Five are involved with overseeing these projects while working with the Alliance.

With the liberation of Terra approaching, the Galactic Federation of Worlds saw the necessity of helping the Terran military acquire the technology that would enable it to defend the solar system from future invasions. After the expenditure of time and resources to liberate Earth, the moon and Mars, to leave Terrans without an adequate defense system would be foolish. For the first time in its history, Planet Terra would begin to evolve into a society capable of defending itself and traveling to distant star systems, federated as one people and as one planet.

The expulsion of the Dark Fleet from Mars was a big victory for the Galactic Federation, but also for the indigenous Martians, for their home planet, like Terra, had likewise been invaded by the Ciakahrr Empire (reptilian race from the Draco constellation). The Galactic Federation was also helping to arm the Martians, which are reptiloid and insectoid species. Several portals from Terra to Mars also existed and were used to transport humans in the slave trade. The Ciakahrr Empire had several military bases on Mars. There were also corporations involved in secret space programs—the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate—which were partnered with the Ciakahrr and the Orion Alliance.

Commander Val Nek connected with me via telepathy and I relayed the following information from him to Dr. Michael Salla.

Val Nek: Mars has been liberated. The Ciakahrr Empire, the Dark Fleet, have fled Mars completely. They are now trying to flee to other star systems, such as Sirius A, and form alliances to attack the Federation and Planet Terra. This is why there is a need for ongoing security and the training of personnel from the Terran military, along with building a space fleet equipped to handle an attack. On Mars, most of their dark portals have been completely closed, with the exception of a few, which the Federation is working on. Their main portal to their headquarters, Aldebaran, has been completely closed. This is a huge victory for the Federation, as it is impossible for the to re-enter and re-infiltrate their precious outpost on Mars.

As you know, I have been working with U.S. military officials to train and implement a fleet to protect and defend Terra. I want to reiterate that we have implemented technology to protect Planet Terra. The star fleet, as you call it, is designed with higher [frequency] technology, making many of the new ships undetectable to the enemy. The enemy is unable to track or locate these ships due to their higher frequency. The ships have the capability to materialize and dematerialize in a lower [frequency] when necessary. This technology was given to the Terrans and must be built/produced by Terrans according to the laws of the Federation. Thus the need for the Earth Alliance to make agreements with large corporations. I must stress that although there is, of course, the possibility of an external threat, Planet Terra is secure, and we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of the Terran people. Do not consent to fear. It is my honor and peasure to serve the Terran people.

Megan Rose: Can you say anything about why the Ciakahrr want to return to Terra?

Val Nek: I cannot disclose everything. They are interested, of course, in Planet Terra for its vast resources. They are trying to make alliances with other species from other star systems that will adhere to their strict code of ethics, if you can call them that. What I mean by this is that the Ciakahrr, historically, are not good negotiators. They need resources to offer [others], and some of these resources came from Terra. They do not make good allies as they have a predatory nature and look out for their own interests. Their ability to negotiate, their power, has decreased substantially since their supply of [merchandise to] trade has been cut off. They are rendered powerless. This is good news.

The Federation is working with the Alliance and their partners to develop outposts surrounding Terra. These outposts will be put in place for various purposes, but the main purpose is security and surveillance. There are different sections of the satellite grid, as I mentioned, the Space Fence, that will be monitored from these outposts. These outposts are like the International Space Station, but are not the same thing. The International Space Station is in the hands of the Alliance and will likely be dismantled or refurbished, depending on what the Alliance decides to do. The Federation is not involved in all of their decisions, and this is one of them. I cannot say any more about the ISS.

The outposts will be similar to what we call a mothership. It will be a station in the sky that is used to monitor Terra and the fleets protecting Terra. The technology that the station is built with will be manufactured by the companies that participated in the Jupiter Agreements. This is very good news and a very big deal. The motherships (by motherships, I mean that there will be a main one and several other smaller outposts, but still large compared to the size of a normal ship) will be equipped with medical technology, living quarters for soldiers, and many other technologically advanced components that I can reveal at a later date. There will also be space for fleets of ships to be docked, calibrated and inspected, to make sure they are working properly before and after space travel. Please understand this is a very large operation, as you can imagine. The Federation is helping engineers to work on, repair and learn about these ships once they are manufactured by the Terran people.

Megan Rose: The Space Fence, the satellite system, will be monitored from the moon as well?

Val Nek: Yes, of course. For security reasons, Terra will be monitored from many outposts in the sky as well as on the moon, at the new base. This is the most secure way to handle operations.

Michael Salla: I do have a question about the three outposts that will be established, and the decommissioning of the International Space Station. As far as I’m aware, the National Reconnaissance Office and the CIA had one or more wheel-shaped space stations launched in the 1970s and 1980s that they used to conduct covert operations. What will happen to the NRO /CIA space stations as the new outposts are set up?

Val Nek: Regarding the outposts, there are more than three, and there will be one main station, which is a larger structure. This structure is built with the same technology used to build the new moon base for the U.S. It is an impenetrabe technolgy that uses a high frequency to create a grid in the walls of the structure, but also, in this case, around the station. This prevents any unauthorized personnel from entering. This technology, of course, will be built by the Terran people, in accordance with the Jupiter Agreements. I would like to reiterate that it is likely, although I cannot confirm this, that the ISS will be dismantiled or at least refurbished because its technology will soon be very outdated compared with what is being manufactured for space at this time.

With regard to the NRO/CIA space stations . . . our operations with respect to some of these groups are ongoing. There has been, as many know, an alien infiltration of some of these organizations. The war on and underneath Planet Terra is ongoing. Now that the Dark Fleet has left Mars, the military allies of some of these groups are greatly weakened and they pose little threat. However, in times of war, we do not disclose ongoing operations.

Michael Salla: Does Val Nek know about China’s role in the mothership outposts?

Val Nek: China is considered by the Federation to be the least trustworthy and has limited access, as outlined in the Jupiter Agreements. There is an opportunity to gain trust with good behavior over time. I can reveal that the U.S. will be in charge of these stations we are manufactureing. Other countries and their space programs will have access to them, and this is outlined in the Jupiter Agreements as well. There is a code of conduct outlined in these agreements. For example, how to hehave in space, and other legal guidelines for maintaining their programs, respectively.

Michael Salla: Why is China considered to be the least trustworthy?

Val Nek: They were considered by the Coucil of Five, a spiritually evolved organization, to be somewhat regressive and to have many selfish interests. The Council of Five had a role in the Jupiter Agreements, and part of that role was to evaluate the spiritual evolution of Terran leaders. This was done, of course, to ensure the security of the Terran people. As we know, they have been under tyrannical control for some time.

On August 20, 2021, Commander Val Nek gave the following update regarding the moon:

Val Nek: The moon was liberated some time ago and put in the hands of the [Earth] Alliance. The U.S. is in charge of it, in charge of arranging all the different countries on the moon. There are sections on the moon, safety zones, where meetings can take place between delegates. There are technologies being released and tested on the moon. These technologies from the Galactic Federation of Worlds are being put in the hands of the Alliance to be used in service to humanity. Over the following weeks, Val Nek continued to explain the outcome of the agreements made during high-level meetings held at a base orbiting Jupiter in July of 2021. The Galactic Federation of Worlds is helping the Terran military to advance its technology, which was at least 100 years behind. The suppression of technology was attributed to the interference of the regressive extraterrestrials on Planet Earth. Val Nek described a new moon base that has been built, which is under the authority of the U.S. Space Command. He also elaborated on a planetary defense system that surrounded the planet, called Space Fence, which is operated by U.S. Space Force.

Val Nek’s message to me is transcribed below:

Val Nek: The moon base is a very large structure built with impenetrable technology. This technology was given by us (GFW) to the U.S. military so they would have a base that was protected from energy weapons and other weapons that use a frequency to hack technology. The walls of the base are built with the same technology we use for portals. Only those who possess the frequency key are allowed access; without it, entrance is impossible. This is important, as the reptilians and greys, the Orion Alliance, have the ability to invade areas using their technology, which is similar to ours but not as advanced.

The base is secure, and with the help of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, we have set up a satellite system that monitors the entire Planet Terra. The satellites are in orbit surrounding Terra: the grid covers the entire planet. This technology has an interdimensional component which is very important. It does not allow anything to pass through it and works as a protective mechanism for Planet Terra. This is very important because the Zeta Reticuli and Nebu create wormholes to invade different planetary systems instead of using a portal.

The satellite surveillance is located inside the base on the moon, where we are training engineers from the U.S. military to use it. There are many bases on the moon; however, the base I am referring to is an entirely new base built with new technology. The walls of the base are built with special materials used by the Federation. The old bases are being refurbished, this is true, but it is not the one I am specifically referring to. Lunar Operations Command is in the hands of the [Earth] Alliance, I can confirm. The purpose of the different bases can be revealed at a later date. It was necessary to build a new construction due to the materials being used. It is new technology that has never been used on the moon before.

[Val Nek was asked whether all of the interdimensional portals on Earth had been closed.]

Val Nek: I cannot share that information. What I can say [is that] it is under control. The portal in Antarctica is in the hands of the Alliance. There are many portals all over Planet Terra. I cannot say much more because there are active operations going on underground on your planet. It is in the process of being cleared out.

Wormholes

A wormhole is an interdimensional shortcut. These beings, the Nebu, use wormholes to change timelines by traveling to space-time coordinates in the past, present or future. A wormhole can also be used to link several places at once, making the enemy hard to catch. Instead of using a portal, a mechanism that can transport something from point A to point B, they prefer to use wormholes with multiple points of access.

Portals

Portals are simple technology used throughout the multiverse. They carry an energetic encoding that transports a person or vessel from point A to point B. Portals require a frequency key to unlock and close. The frequency key is a quantum configuration consisting of a frequency, shape and sound. Portals are created and closed using the frequency key with technology from the Federation.

Planet Terra was close to being liberated from predatory extraterrestrial control, and it was necessary for space programs to unite as one force to protect the planet from future invasions. The Jupiter Meetings were a series of meetings that took place among the Galactic Federation, the Council of Five, the Andromeda Council, and leaders of the Earth Alliance with their respective space programs. Leaders of corporations were also invited in the interest of manufacturing advanced technology to defend the planet.

The meetings were held at an outpost of the Ashtar Galactic Command in the orbit of Jupiter. This facility, which is routinely used for important meetings in this solar system, is highly secure and employs advanced technology for its protection. Once inside the facility, the frequency of each person’s thoughts is monitored. Positive thoughts emit one type of frequency, and negative thoughts emit another type. The negative thoughts are monitored and recorded by security personnel of Ashtar Galactic Command. Each person in attendance at these meetings, whether human or extraterrestrial, was subject to having his thoughts monitored. Even though humans are accustomed to concealing their intentions, that was impossible at this facility.

As Planet Terra had been ruled and ravaged by predatory extraterrestrials and the Cabal, it was important to the galactic helpers that the spiritual evolution of each attendee be evaluated. Their intentions were evaluated as “progressive” (service to all others) or “regressive” (service to self or service to a leader). Spiritual evolution or spiritual maturity is a sign of an evolved society.

As the war was coming to an end, it was important that Planet Terra move forward in a progressive state. After the series of meetings took place, the Galactic Federation of Worlds determined that the United States of America was best suited to be the leader of the organized space programs. The Galactic Federation of Worlds has been working with the U.S. Navy since the 1950s. The U.S. Navy demonstrated cooperative and progressive behavior over a long period of time. The current leadership of the United States also demonstrated benevolent intentions and an understanding of “liberty and justice for all,” according to The Andromeda Council. The Galactic Federation of Worlds also agreed that the military force available to the United States was exceptional, as they were able to observe their strategies, personnel and tactics as they fought alongside them in the underground war.

Planet Terra’s technological stagnation was also addressed in the Jupiter Agreements. The Cabal, the Orion greys and the Ciakahrr (reptilian) Empire had stymied technological advances. Their intentions in doing so were nefarious: if Terrans could eliminate disease and had free energy and advanced space craft, the aliens couldn’t control them. For this reason, the Galactic Federation of Worlds was prepared to make agreements for the production of advanced technologies that would liberate Planet Terra.

The Prime Directive is the governing body of the Galactic Federation of Worlds. It is a set of laws that revolve around one principle: a Law of Non-interference. The Galactic Federation of Worlds does not work for the light, but works for balance in this galaxy. It goes against the Prime Directive to interfere with a developing society. However, if the society or planet has been interfered with, invaded or its growth stymied by a predatory extraterrestrial presence, then in the interest of balance, the Galactic Federation of Worlds has a duty to evaluate and intervene. This is what happened with Planet Terra. In the case of technology, the Federation cannot give advanced hardware to a less advanced civilization; however, it can give it schematics. If the Terrans manufacture the hardware themselves, then it is not a violation of the Law of Non-interference and the Prime Directive of the Galactic Federation of Worlds.

The Jupiter Agreements were also significant in the history of the planet because for the first time, Planet Terra would have access to higher-frequency technology. Advanced technology from the Federation would be manufactured by Terran corporations that were present at the meetings. The corporations chosen agreed to manufacture a star fleet: military-grade quantum-techology spaceships that would defend the planet. As the end of the war approached, manufacturing such technology becomes a priority. As with any war, the losing side may attempt to retake the planet; therefore, time was of the essence.

Information about the Jupiter meetings from High Commander Val Nek

The Galactic Federation of Worlds is a military alliance and does not reveal active operations. After the meetings had taken place, High Commander Val Nek revealed to me his role in the meetings and the agreements that were made.

August 27, 2021

Val Nek: I was there representing the Federation, helping to facilitate things and negotiations between corporations and the [Earth] Alliance. The corporations, those three men (Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk and Richard Branson), as well as other smaller corporations, were chosen to manufacture technology such as spacecrafts to serve humanity and help defend Earth so that the Federation can hand over the responsibility to the Terran people. I have been working to train their military in space travel and navigation and helping train them to use the technology that will be manufactured. I personally have been working alongside Terran leaders to help organize their military and choose military leaders who have the consciousness to understand benevolent space beings and how to make peace in the galaxy.

The corporations chosen are under tight control. They are not allowed to waiver from the agreements made. I cannot say what the consequences would be for breaking the agreements, but I can assure the Terran people that the corporations do not want to make an enemy of the Federation. These corporations were chosen because time is of the essence; we need to manufacture a large number of space crafts and supplies to help defend Earth and start training Terran military (U.S. Navy/Space Force). Please understand that it is a very large operation and I have been working very hard to ensure the success of humanity. These corporations have made agreements with the Alliance and have agreed to manufacture the necessities in a timely manner. Their businesses on neighboring planets around Terra have completely collapsed and have been dismantled. Anything that does not benefit humanity has been cleaned out. We are ready to move forward. This is very good news. I salute you.

The Artemis Accords are international space agreements led by the United States, which include thirteen other cooperative nations. These nations are Australia, Canada, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, UAE, the United Kingdom, Brazil, South Korea, New Zealand, Ukraine, Russia and China. The agreements made marked an historic advancement for the nations of Terra. Organizing space programs and the exploration of space, the agreements also set a precedent for another set of agreements, referred to in this book as The Jupiter Agreements. The Artemis Accords are described on NASA’s web site as follows:

“Principles for Cooperation in the civil exploration and the use of the moon, Mars, comets and asteroids for peaceful purposes.”

Ashtar Galactic Command

These beings are a breakaway group of the Ashtar Collective in Sirius B. The Ashtar Collective, comprised of blonde humanoid extraterrestrials, was infiltrated by the reptilians (Ciakahrr Empire). A group of them, who were against the tyrannical treaty with the reptilians, separated and established a military outpost in the orbit of Jupiter called Ashtar Galactic Command. They are allies of the Galactic Federation of Worlds and have offered the use of their facilities to the Federation.

The word, ashtar, is a military title. There has been a psychological operation created by the Orion greys, reptilians and the CIA to discredit the Galactic Federation of Worlds by installing a false prophet in the spiritual community whom they call Lord Ashtar, or Ashtar Sheran. Often, this being is channeled by a spiritual medium to give messages as the leader of the Galactic Federation. The purpose of this operation is to confuse, distort and discredit the Galactic Federation of Worlds.

Lord Ashtar and Ashtar Sheran do not exist, and in time it will become clear that extraterrestrial military organizations do not seek to give spiritual advice through channeling.

Val Nek connected with me on this date to reveal the information transcribed below:

Val Nek: It is now time to reveal what will prove to be one of the most important movements in human history: the movement the Terran people call Q. I have previously confirmed that the Galactic Federation of Worlds has been in contact with the U.S. Navy. The Galactic Federation provided the Navy with the technology to create this movement in order to counteract the mind-control narrative of the Dark Fleet, the Nebu, and the Ciakahrr Empire. This program is comprised of U.S. Naval intelligence, the Federation and the Earth Alliance.

Our technology was used to assist in moving the human race onto the ideal timeline, the timeline in which Planet Terra becomes a member of the Federation and is liberated from the control of these nefarious influences. Future proves past. We used this movement to prove our intelligence, using data and facts. Combined with our quantum technology, the movement was in many respects successful, as we are now transitioning into the reality we have strived so hard for.

The technology, I can explain, is used by the Andromeda Council. This Council, as some of you know, predicted the fate of this galaxy far into the future to be unfavorable not only for Planet Terra but for all members of the Federation. It was the Council of Zenae who gave us permission to use their timeline technology to intervene, in the interest of balance, with the Terran people. This technology uses mathematical equations that are not known to Earth. The mathematical sequences are formulated and used to trace energy signatures throughout space and time. By doing so, it pinpoints certain events in the space-time continuum.

These events are extracted and can be re-arranged to form a positive or negative timeline. So, the Federation, in partnership with the Andromeda Council, extracted dates and times and re-arranged them, using mathematical equations to create a timeline that benefits the entire galaxy. Welcome to the future.

The Covid-19 Vaccine

Val Nek: The Covid-19 virus is a genetically modified virus that was created in the Wuhan lab and funded by the Terran people. In partnership with the Nebu, or Orion Alliance, the Cabal created this pandemic with the intention of forcing mandatory vaccinations, in order to implement the Nebu’s mind-control agenda targeting the human race.

The vaccine has an extraterrestrial component, an extraterrestrial technology that the Nebu gave to the Cabal to manufacture and administer to the Terran people. It was intended for the entire population. You see, these beings are invaders, and they attempt to enslave entire planets to do their work for them. The way they do this is by connecting all minds to their hive consciousness.

A simple term to describe this process is mind control. In order to connect to the hive consciousness, the DNA of the beings or subjects must be altered. It must be able to carry the frequency of the hive in order to connect. There is a genetic component. Over time, through a series of vaccines, their goal was to turn the human race into a complete slave colony connected to the hive.

They have done this to other races; for example, the Do-Hu, of Zeta-Reticuli. The vaccine contained components that modify the genes of the subject. The genetics must be modified to carry reptilian DNA. Certain genomes are able to carry the genetic encoding that connects to the hive consciousness. This would therefore change the human race, turn it forever into a breed of reptilian-human hybrids.

In order to activate this DNA and start mental and physical enslavement, it must be activated by a frequency. This frequency was supposed to be emitted through satellites that were Nebu technology and built by Terrans. Once that satellites were activated, the DNA would be activated and artificial consciousness would impress itself in the minds of the Terran people, making them subdued. It is important to note that this would happen not with just one treatment, but several treatments over a period of time, through several generations. The plan for this was to happen over a relatively short period of time, however, in regards to the amount of people being vaccinated and the drastic change in their DNA.

The satellites were dismantled by the Galactic Federation of Worlds in April 2021. While those who got vaccinated still have gene-altering materials in their bodies, they will never be subjected to mental enslavement through the activation of their DNA using the Nebu’s satellite technology.

Megan Rose: The Cabal, The Galactic Federation, The Earth Alliance and Q

Megan Rose is what is called a star-seed. She is a soul from a higher frequency who volunteered to incarnate on Earth to help with the ascension of the Terran race. She has for some time been in telepathic contact with Commander Val Nek, of the Galactic Federation of Worlds.

Another reason to avoid Danaan is the fact that she’s a registered Druidic priestess. The Druidic Order or Druidic Council is another name for the Satanic Council: it is the Cabal’s seat of power.

The Galactic Federation of Worlds

The Galactic Federation of Worlds is a benevolent galactic military alliance comprised of many different planets pledged to work for peace and balance in the galaxy. A large percentage of their military is comprised of Nordic extraterrestrials and humanoid beings. They are governed by a body of laws, called The Prime Directive. They have a Law of Non-interference; they do not interfere with a developing society such as Planet Terra. However, in the interest of balance and in accordance with the Prime Directive, they have a duty to intervene if a developing society has been invaded by a regressive extraterrestrial species such as the Orion Alliance or Ciakahrr Empire.

The Andromeda Council

One of the most spiritually evolved groups of benevolent extraterrestrials is the Andromeda Council or Council of Zenae. They are from the Andromeda Galaxy and are humanoid beings with blue skin. They possess technology that can see far into the future and predict future timelines. They foresaw negative repercussions for the galaxy if the Nebu were successful in conquering Earth, and requested the military intervention of the Galactic Federation of Worlds in our solar system.

The Council of Five

A benevolent group of five civilizations, also referred to as the Orion Council of Light, the Council of Five performs positive abductions and assists humanity in the starseed envoy program. They work alongside the Galactic Federation of Worlds and assist in spiritual evolution. The Council was originally formed to oppose the Orion greys, sometimes known as the Orion Alliance.

The Earth Alliance

Commonly referred to as “white-hats,” the Earth Alliance consists of Terran political and military leaders committed to fighting the Cabal, and is partnered with the Galactic Federation of Worlds.

The Q Movement

The Q Movement was a United States naval intelligence operation that emerged on the internet during the administration of President Trump. Many Terrans viewed this operation as the work of the administration; however, it was the work of the Earth Alliance and the U.S. Navy.

The U.S. Navy operated this program from secure naval intelligence servers, a simple fact that the mass-media ignored. The movement encouraged patriotism and family. It was the goal of the Federation and the Earth Alliance to reveal the truth about the Cabal. The operation revealed the existence of elite human-trafficking and child-trafficking networks that were serving the extraterrestrial infiltration on Earth. As this movement grew in popularity, counterintelligence operations worked to discredit it. The Q operation was a success. Even though many Americans were bitterly disappointed in the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, it was all part of the plan. All past communications have been validated: future proves past.

Hey, guys! Welcome back to my channel! And in this video, I have another update from Val Nek and myself and the Galactic Federation. And so, of course, I will just describe what he shows me, and that’s what I’m gonna do.

So, the first thing he brings my mind to, he’s saying, “The continent of Australia.” He’s saying, “In my previous updates we have discussed this before.” He’s saying, “There are very interesting things going on there” and he’s talking about under [the] ground. He specifically brings up three-letter agencies and he’s showing me a room. This basically looks like . . . He’s talking about this being gray technology. He’s saying, “Some from the Dark Fleet.” He’s saying, “Cabal technology re-created from a level in extraterrestrials.” He’s saying, “in the underground of Australia.” Uh, he’s saying, “Connected to three-letter agencies.” He’s talking about, “This is how they control the government.”

He’s showing me a guy in, uh— I’m trying to think; like I’m reading his mind. This is like a human, but then as soon as I looked at him, it’s like, not really. Uh, almost like some type of synthetic android-type person, but they look human, but they’re not human. And he shows me in this guy’s brain that there’s a chip, there’s a chip in his brain. But it looks like one chip inside his head, but then it’s like, uh, all the neural connections, and this is in a higher [frequency]. Uh, he says, “Yes, 4-D”; but I’m just seeing the frequency, like I see most things.

I’m going to describe what I see, because the way that I see it, it makes a lot of sense. So, it’s like there’s a chip in his brain, and then I’m seeing a frequency run through the brain waves. And the frequency in the chip, it’s like running the brain waves. It’s like almost like a circuit, like back and forth back and forth. He says, “Yes, this is mind-control; you are correct.” He’s saying, “Part of this technology was dismantled in England.” He said, “We’ve discussed this previously.”

Uh, he’s bringing up the royal family again, and he’s talking about the elites in England. He’s saying, “This is a process.” He’s saying, “It’s a very big process; please be patient.” He’s bringing me back to this person, or this, like, I don’t know. It’s like this person was almost like a clone, like they weren’t born. He’s saying, “Yes, this is correct.” He’s saying, “They have many of these facilities underground,” and he’s also bringing up in, uh, Canada. He says, “Yes, this is correct. There are many still there.” He keeps bringing my mind back to this person, though, this man. He’s talking about a network of control. So, that person can be controlled remotely from another country. So, you basically have all of these countries, [and they are] controlling things through technology underground.

Uh, he keeps bringing my mind back to this person. I’m gonna bring up the word, the n-word (Nazis). He’s saying, “Yes this is correct.” He’s saying, “It is all connected. He’s bringing up three-letter agencies. He’s saying, “They are responsible for much of the disinformation on your planet.” He’s rolling his eyes. He’s saying, “A big mess.”

He is now showing me, he’s saying, “You will understand why this is very specific and why this is very important.” He’s talking about “No deals.” He’s showing me, like, elite leaders—mostly, uh, U.S. presidents, and other people who also have the same chip in their brain.

He’s bringing up Area 51. He’s showing me gray aliens, tall greys, and he’s showing me tall white gray aliens. He’s saying. “Yes, this is correct.” He’s saying the Killy Tokurt, and he’s also talking about the Maytra race. He’s saying, “We removed them both from Area 51.” He’s saying, “They are doing the same thing in Australia.” He’s talking about our book that we wrote: “Please reference the book.” He’s saying, “This is what we are doing underneath.” He’s saying, “This is what they are doing underneath Australia.” I’m asking him to slow down. He’s talking about U.S. Navy Special Forces. He’s saying, “They are responsible.”

He’s bringing me back up to the moon and he’s talking about Space Force. He’s saying they both work together he’s showing me the Federation, and he’s showing me a meeting. He’s saying, “Yes, I was there.” I’m just— he’s just showing me him at a table and I see a, uh, like another military general. He’s talking about U.S. Navy and then he’s also talking about Air Force, Space Force. He’s saying they both— he’s saying they both are there working together.

Uh, he’s showing me a list of names, like in this meeting. He’s saying, uh, “We discuss these operations so we’re all on the same page.” He’s saying they meet often, like, um— I’m asking how often. He’s saying, uh, monthly? He’s saying, “Yes this is correct.” He’s saying, “Very often, more than that.”

Uh, but he’s bringing my mind back to this list. He’s saying, “Some are incarcerated.” He’s saying, “Some are not. Some we have to dismantle the technology first.” He’s saying, he’s using the words, “The fall of Cabal.” I like that movie. Uh, he’s saying, “It was very helpful to your people. I salute them.”

He’s bringing my mind back to Australia and he’s talking about three-letter agencies, uh, and the mainstream media. He’s saying, “I have a friend that wants to say, “Hi.” He’s talking about, uh, he’s showing me this person. He’s talking about being in his office. He’s saying, “Yes, is correct. We are both here.”

He’s saying, “My friend is of the Tal Shiar, the renegade race,” and he’s talking about— he’s saying, “My friend is a rebel from that race and he works for the Federation.” Uh, he likes to see the success. He likes to see the people’s success in breaking free from mind-control. Commander Ak Varu. He says, “He salutes them.” He’s saying, “We are working together,” and he’s showing them, like, fist-bumping.

Uh, he’s saying, “It’s very important that these people know Ak Varu’s race, the Tal Shiar, he is no longer a part of anymore. They are enemies of the Federation. He’s saying, “But we like to see— we like to see the people succeed and we like to see them raise consciousness.” He’s showing them fist-bumping again.

Is there anything else? He says, “Do not be afraid.”

Hey, guys! Welcome back to my channel. And in this video I’m in a great mood. So I have another update from Val Nek and myself and the Galactic Federation, and of course, I’m just gonna describe what he shows to me as I see it.

And the first thing that he brings my mind to is Australia and England. He says, “Yes, this is correct.” He’s bringing my mind to the queen of England. I’ve tried to filter some of what I’ve said, but it’s just not going to work when I’m communicating like this. The queen of England underneath the ground. And he’s bringing my mind to March. And he’s saying, um, he says, “The Federation helped remove some extraterrestrial technology that was connected to the Ciakahrr Empire” or the reptilians. Uh, he’s showing me port, a portal, a specific portal underneath— is it in England? He’s saying, “Yes this is correct: underneath the ground.” He’s saying there are many, and he’s talking about it being connected to the Vatican. But he’s bringing my mind back to England and underneath the ground. And the technology and the reptilian army, the Ciakahrr Empire.

Uh, I don’t know what this is because this is not this is not normal technology that we have, but I’m gonna give it a shot. He says, “Go ahead.”

It’s not necessarily— Okay; I’ll just show you what I’m seeing. It’s like these screens, touch screens, but he’s saying that they can also communicate with the screens using their brain. He’s saying, “Yes, it’s like AI”—sort of like an artificial consciousness moving the screens. But I see people on the screens, and it’s like people in the military. But he’s saying, “Part of the Cabal. This is underneath England, underneath. Her underground—” he keeps saying, “reptilian army.” He’s saying, “This was removed. Keep explaining, keep going.”

So, the screens I’m seeing are like people, people in the army, people in the military, humans, and they have implants—brain implants. He says, “Yes, this is correct. They are controlled remotely, receive instructions remotely from underground, from the monarchy, from the reptilian empire.”

So, [on] the screens I’m seeing are people, people in the army, people in the military, humans, and they have implants—brain implants. “Yes, this is correct. They are controlled remotely, receive instructions remotely from underground, from the monarchy, from the reptilian empire.”

Uh, it’s like quantum resonance, where the computer sends a signal. The signal goes to the implants. That person receives instructions and they keep operating. He’s saying, “We assisted the Alliance in removing this technology because it was connected to Australia.” So he’s showing me Australia. He showed me England. He’s showing me people underneath Australia. “Army part of the Cabal.” He’s saying, “These people have the implants but they were connected to England underneath the ground.”

He’s saying their technology was removed. He is making me feel like he’s talking about information, information connected to the reptilian empire. “We needed to disconnect their power source,” he’s saying. “Removing their technology disempowers them. This is why it’s important for Australia right now.” Um, he’s saying, “We did a great job.”

Um, he’s showing me underneath like this technology has been removed, and then he’s showing me a human in a military uniform—not the Alliance—part of the Cabal. It’s like the implant is turned off. “They receive no more instructions and—” but he’s saying “from the reptilian overlords.” He’s saying part of the Dark Fleet, like the instructions (are) turned off. He’s saying, “As I’ve said before, there are a few left. There is no way for them to escape.” He says, “If they do, we will catch them.”

He’s showing me a human in a military uniform—part of the Cabal. It’s like the implant is turned off. “They receive no more instructions from the reptilian overlords.” He’s saying, “part of the Dark Fleet,” like the instructions [are] turned off.

Uh, is there anything else?

He says, “Keep going.” Um, he’s talking about Australia again. He’s saying some of this technology is still present underground. He’s saying that the Alliance has the tools to intervene. Uh, he’s saying it’s not as serious. He’s talking about England’s being the capital and Australia being the army underneath. He’s saying, “It’s important to disable the queen’s army before we disable the queen.”

Uh, is there anything else? He says, “I don’t think so.” He says they like our update—short and sweet. Um, he’s saying, he’s saying, “It’s very important: do not fear.” He’s saying, “Turn off the news; turn off the mainstream news.” He’s saying, “I am appealing to the intelligence of the people that this is disinformation—information warfare.” He’s saying, “Your hearts know what is true.” He’s saying, he’s saying, “Feel with the heart. People who speak with their hearts, you can tell.” He’s saying, “They will know the difference. They have big hearts, just like us.” He’s saying, “I salute them. Do not consent to fear.”
