6:00  And they’re kidnapping at least two million Earth humans a year, and prisoners of war in addition to that.

6:20  They’re kidnapping 150,000 Americans, plus everybody else, every year since at least 1959.  That’s a lot of people.  And that’s just for the Germans; there are other programs.  The Russians have a program, the Chinese have a program, the Japanese have a program.  And on top of that, I know at least six factions that are American.  And I believe there is a joint Arabic group.  And they’re all taking people from all over the world.

13:45  Remember that Neuschwabenland had a person on the board of directors of every corporation?  Some of those corporations were used to supply Nacht Waffen.  They were given ET tech to do so, and became powerful in their own right.

So, they made some extraterrestrial contacts of their own.  The Shahami, aka, the Annunaki of old; the Zetas, whom the government calls Ebans (Ebani); and the long-nosed greys who run the Dulce base.  They formed a section of the NSA to make contact with the group of ETs willing to give them tech.  They called that group The Cortium.  The Cortium has a drip-drip-drip of technology, and it’s given to a sub-group of the NSA, who passes it on to the military-industrial complex for reverse engineering and adaptation into our Earth-level technologies.  Some would filter into Earth use, but most were reserved for the Department of Defense.

They have a loose confederation with no real permanent leadership, just driven by profits.  They do a lot of in-fighting.  There are approximately 150 corporations involved in this–you know, the companies that work with the military.  And so, they get to make patents on technology that’s dripped from extraterrestrials.  So, they’re making a fortune off stuff that was given freely to the United States government, and that’s how some of these companies are staying in business. So, some of the technology, they don’t know how to use, and so it’s sitting in a lab–they’re still trying to figure it out.  But from the 1947 Roswell crash, they got optical fibers–you know, what electronics are based on now–and they got transistors.  And they have since miniaturized transistors to the point where your cell phone has almost a trillion transistors in it.

16:00  Now, this particular group, Ileana the Star Traveler served under them, and she calls them Planetary Corporations.  A certain whistleblower calls them ICC (Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate).  These are all names for the same folks: the military-industrial complex.  You guys may know them as The Cabal.  They are the largest American-based program out there.

We have all of this American propaganda that the Germans are worse than other people. What we have in space is the military-industrial complex, and the Germans call them “bankers in space.” And it’s a reference to the bankers under the Weimar Republic, and they usually spit after they say that.  And they are responsible for the worst of the atrocities in space.

(17:20) These people (the ICC) are the ones who have the cyborg factories. They are the ones who are kidnapping humans from Earth. They are who are creating cyborgs in space from anything with a pineal gland. That includes people abducted from Earth; that includes planets they have attacked, that includes other races that are similar to us. And yet their assets who are supposedly whistle-blowing are blaming the Germans for this.

The ETs that are used for this are the ETs that are most like us. So, these are basically humans from other planets,who are being turned into robots with a little bit of human brain inside so that soul is trapped in that machine for the next 600 years. And all of these robots, whether they’re humans from Earth or prisoners of war from space, they’re all being sold to other ETs in exchange for ever-more advanced toy-tech. That’s all the ETs are giving us is toys that they don’t expect us to be able to do anything with.
